Two others, Pankaj Yadav and Dablu Yadav, managed to escape as all these three were involved in supplying illegal firearms from Kunti’s residence in Gaya and adjoining districts.”

SSP Mishra added that three accused have supplied more than 150 firearms in the past. Pankaj Yadav is said to be related to Kunti Devi’s son Ranjit. “Jakie is being interrogated to elicit further information about the illegal supply of arms and how they were procuring these arms”, he further added.

It is reported that the RJD MLA was not present at the house when the raid was conducted. The police officials said that the arrested person was being interrogated. Kunti Devi is the wife of former RJD legislator Rajendra Yadav, who is serving a life sentence in a murder case.
