‘I got 25 crores but gave details of 26.6 crores on MPLADS funds’: Is Bhagwant Mann the only MP to share details of interest amount?

On February 16, during Aaj Tak’s Punjab Panchayat program, Aam Aadmi Party leader Bhagwant Mann claimed he got Rs 25 crores under Members of Parliament Local Area Development Scheme (MPLADS) but had given an account of Rs 26.6 crores during 2014-2019. He said the additional 1.01 crore was the interest paid by the bank, and the remaining amount was carried forward from the previous MP.

He was replying to allegations made by CM Charanjit Singh Channi during a rally where he had questioned what Bhagwant Mann has done for his constituency. He said, “I got 25 crores under MPLADS fund between 2014 and 2019. I gave accounts of Rs 26.61 crores.” Explaining how he got additional funds, Mann said, “When there are elections of any kind, due to Election Commissions code of conduct, I could not use MPLAD funds. During that period bank keeps adding interest to the amount. Rs 1.01 crore was the interest amount that I got in five years. Rs 60 lakh was carried forward from the previous MP. I said if Rs 25 crores belong to the public, its interest belongs to the public as well.”

Bhagwant Mann’s record as MP between 2014-2019

According to the data available at MPLADS’s website, Rs 25 crore were released to Bhagwant Mann during 2014-2019 in 10 instalments of Rs 2.5 crores each.

A total of Rs 25.84 crores were available, including interest for that period. As MP, Mann sanctioned Rs 24.87 crores for the projects in his constituency, out of which Rs 24.53 crores (96.11%) were utilized in the projects. By the time his tenure in the 16th Lok Sabha was completed, he had Rs 1.31 crores unutilized.

Further, the dashboard data shows he had recommended 2,103 works, out of which 1,759 were completed. He had spent the maximum on infrastructure (73.67%) and least on agriculture-related works 0.64%).

The claim over the interest on MPLADS

While the claims made by MP Bhagwant Mann about the funds received and accounted for are close to what government data shows with little difference in the total amount, he tried to imply that he was the only MP who gave accounts for the interest and carry forward amount from the previous MP.

The reality is, as per the law, whatever amount the previous MP was unable to utilize will be carried forward to the successor MP. Also, interest on the amount is accumulated and accounted for all the MPs, and Bhagwant Mann has not done anything out of the ordinary.

As a matter of fact, only six MPs out of 15 MPs from Punjab had spent a lesser amount compared to Mann. Three MPs, Sunil Kumar Jakhar (INC) at 119.23%, Vijay Sampla (BJP) at 100.23% and Sher Singh Ghubaya (INC) at 100.33%, had spent more than the initially sanctioned amount.

As per the law, MPs can ask for additional funds if required. The interest and carry forward amount is adjusted in the ‘amount available with interest’ for every MP.

Punjab CM Channi calls AAP CM-candidate Bhagwant Mann a ‘drunkard and illiterate’

Ahead of the assembly elections in Punjab, the political parties have intensified personal attacks against their competitors.

In the latest attack, Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi referred to Aam Aadmi Party’s Chief Ministerial candidate Bhagwant Mann as a “drunkard and illiterate person”.

CM Channi claimed that Mann, who is AAP’s chief minister candidate, has taken three years to pass his 12th Board exams and asked how the people can give command of Punjab to him.

“Bhagwant Mann is a drunkard and illiterate person. He passed 12th class in three years. How can we give command of Punjab to such a person?” Channi asked in an election rally in Bathinda. Punjab Chief Minister Channi was campaigning for Manpreet Singh Badal, the candidate from the Bathinda Urban seat.

Last week, Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi had claimed that Bhagwant Mann had failed on his promise of giving up alcohol.

The elections in Punjab will be held on February 20 to elect 117 members of the state Assembly. The counting of votes will be done on March 10.

Bhagwant Mann and his ‘drunk’ incidents:

Bhagwant Mann, the AAP’s chief ministerial candidate, is known in the political circle as “Pegwant Mann” for his alleged addiction to drinking alcohol. The Lok Sabha MP from Sangrur has come under the scanner several times in the past for his indecent behaviour.

From funerals to Parliament sessions, comic-turned-politician Bhagwant Mann has displayed his theatrics in an intoxicated condition.

It all started when the fellow parliamentarians accused Bhagwant Mann of arriving at Parliament after consuming alcohol. In 2015, former AAP leader Yogendra Yadav had alleged that Mann attended Parliament sessions drunk.

“I discovered it first in July 2014 when AAP had a meeting of all its Lok Sabha candidates. Mann was sitting next to me and was smelling of alcohol. I mentioned it to Arvind Kejriwal, and he nodded. Around this time, I heard rumours that Mann was going to the Lok Sabha sessions drunk,” said Yadav.

In October 2015, at the bhog ceremony of the Faridkot firing victims, Mann was asked to leave the stage after Jagtar Singh, former granthi of Dabar Sahib, Amritsar, had found him drunk. The incident caused AAP national embarrassment.

A few months later, the then Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh had accused Mann of being an alcohol addict.

A week later, AAP leader Harinder Singh Khalsa had written to Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan stating that it is “torturous” to sit next to Mann, who “reeks of liquor”.

In August 2016, three more MPs wrote to a nine-member committee set up by the then Speaker Mahajan on the same issue.

A month before, Mann had live-streamed his trip to Parliament and posted it on Facebook, triggering outrage from other members of the House. Mann was accused of breaching security by shooting a video around Parliament. It was alleged that Mann was drunk on that day and had leaked the Parliament security apparatus. Following the incident, the AAP MP was asked by Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan not to attend the sittings of the House until a decision was taken.

In November 2016, Mann had also allegedly turned up at the funeral of Manmeet Alisher in an inebriated condition. The family had asked Mann to leave the premises since he misbehaved with them and the journalists present at the venue.

Again in 2018, Bhagwant Mann had gone to address in an election rally at Gol Diggi in Bhatinda. When it was Mann’s turn to speak, Mann could not even stand. He was seen blowing flying kisses to the people before collapsing on the dais. He managed to get up somehow and, after blowing some more flying kisses, he started speaking.

‘You are safe around Hindu Samaj, no need to wear hijab’: BJP MP Sadhvi Pragya

On February 16, while speaking at an event in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, Bharatiya Janata Party MP Sadhvi Pragya said when a (Muslim) woman is around people from Hindu samaj, there is no need to wear hijab.

In a 40-second video of the event shared by news agency ANI, Sadhvi Pragya was seen saying, “A Hindu has high values and culture that we do not need to wear hijab anywhere. Hijab is required for those who face danger at their homes. They should wear hijab at home. There is no need to wear hijab when they are among people of Hindu samaj, especially at educational institutions.”

Earlier during another event, Sadhvi Pragya had said women are worshipped in Sanatan Dharma, and there is no need to wear hijab. It is only required in the houses where men can marry anyone, including cousins and relatives. She warned if anyone breaks the dress code at educational institutions, it will not be tolerated.

She said, “When you go out, it does not matter to us if you show your face or not. It does not matter if you are beautiful or ugly. If you put hijab in place of hair dye and hair dye in place of hijab, it is obvious things will turn upside down. It does not matter if you wear hijab or put hair dye in madarsa, but if you refuse to follow regulations in rest of the educational institutes, Hindus will not tolerate.”

‘If Cm Yogi and Sadhvi Pragya can wear religious attire, why not women can wear hijab’ – Congress

On February 8, former actress and Congress leader Nagma had raised objections on the religious attire of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Sadhvi Pragya while talking about the hijab controversy. She said, “India is a secular country. Every citizen has the right to follow their religion. If Yogi Adityanath and Sadhvi Pragya can wear particular religious attire, then the government should not have objection with hijab.”

Calling saffron scarf-wearing boys in Karnataka goons, Nagma had said BJP failed at the development front hence using such controversies for political gains.

Kerala: BJP party worker hacked to death Alappuzha district

In a tragic incident, a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) party worker was stabbed to death at Haripad in Kerala’s Alappuzha district.

According to the reports, the deceased has been identified as Sarath Chandran, a native of Varyamkode near Kumarapuram in Haripad. The gang attacked Sarath following an argument with the BJP worker during a temple festival.

The police said that the gang was led by a person identified as Nandu Prakash. The police said they had received several complaints that mafia gangs created problems in the Alappuzha district. The police suspect that the same drug gang may have killed the BJP worker.

The murder took place at around 12.30 last night. Meanwhile, BJP has alleged that members of the drug mafia attacked and killed Sarath.

Similar incidents have been reported in Mavelikkara, Alappuzha district in the last few days. The drug mafia had stabbed two young men.

Killing of BJP and RSS leaders in Kerala

In recent years, Kerala has become the epicentre of violence against BJP and RSS activists. Last November, a 26-year-old Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh worker Sanjith was hacked to death in front of his wife in Ellapully, Palakkad.

In broad daylight, the assailants who came in a car way hit Sanjith’s bike and attacked him in front of many people, including his wife.

In December, another BJP leader Ranjith Sreenivasan was murdered at his residence by suspected SDPI workers. The incident took place in the Alappuzha district of Kerala. The unidentified perpetrators broke into his house in the wee hours of Sunday and hacked Ranjith to death.

Taliban judge says women have lesser brains: Read how human rights are crushed in Afghanistan after Taliban have taken over

As liberals and seculars of India are overtly supporting the Islamists in the ongoing Karnataka hijab row, a documentary covering the after-effects of the Taliban taking over Afghanistan by Vice News has been released into which a Taliban judge says that women cannot become a judge under the Taliban rule as they have lesser brains and as they are not good believers. While the hijab is argued to be a matter of choice or freedom of religious practice in India, the documentary by Vice News is done by a journalist covering herself with hijab throughout the report. She was also forced to wear a complete burqa strictly according to the sharia law while visiting a Maulana for an interview.

The documentary made by Vice News covers many aspects in Afghanistan under the Taliban rule for the last six months. It majorly focuses on the life and situation of women depicting how brutally their human rights are crushed under Islamic rule in a nation that briefly had a glimpse of the world view, however incomplete, in the last 20 years when the Taliban was not in power.

Now as the Taliban has returned to power, the Afghani women are facing more and more troubles every day, while the Taliban, on the other hand, continue to believe that laws are naturally different for a man and a woman, and they must be treated differently. The Taliban also believe and propagate that whatever is happening with the women in the country right now is their internal matter and moreover there is no trouble or injustice to the women at all. Taliban say that it is nothing but the problems arising due to recent changes in the government and everything will smoothen over the course of time.

The documentary covers various regions of Taliban-ruled Afghanistan. It reveals that women have no human rights in the Islamic rule there. Marrying a 15-year-old daughter to some 80-year-old man in exchange for some money and a few sheep is normal. Women get beaten by their husbands on a regular basis. So much so that their hand-bones, leg-bones, nose, etc. are broken.

One such case is referred to in the documentary in which the victim woman had complained against her husband with all the proofs of domestic violence including medical reports. She was asking for the divorce and the lady judge in that court had ordered the separation of the couple. Before the judgment could realize, the Taliban took over the country. Now the woman is forced to stay with her husband who continues to beat her on regular basis and the lady judge who had passed the judgment is living somewhere secretly, hiding her identity fearing the Talibani torture.

A Talibani judge who had handled this case in the new Islamic setup was asked about this. Replying to the journalist, he had said, “It was a very simple case. She just put allegations. She had no witness to the domestic violence she was claiming. On the other hand, her husband had sworn in by the holy book. So he was to be believed.”

Next, he was asked if women could do his job to which he replied, “No. Because women have lesser brains and they are not good believers.”

Another such case is explained in this film in which a minor girl was married forcefully to an 80-year-old man who tortured her on regular basis. He used to demand her a child which he was no more capable of producing. When she tried to escape his clutches he accused her of adultery that is punishable by stoning her to death as per the sharia law. She has somehow escaped and has managed to live in a shelter home run by a women’s rights activist who herself is living under threat.

Vice News has also covered how the Taliban rule has stopped the education of the girls and forced them to wear burqa everywhere. While explaining the difference in the law of God for women, a Talib clearly says that women are meant to live in the home and serve their husbands. According to him, there is no problem with this, and no woman in Afghanistan is offended by this rule. Earning money, taking care and responsibility of the family, etc. are the male jobs. No wonder a child in the documentary was seen willing to become a Talib as his father used to be one.

Besides, Vice News has also covered how people are eager to leave this country. Many people willing to go to Pakistan were reportedly stopped at the Durand line in the middle of all the anarchy that could ever visit the place. From sick and crying kids to begging mothers and from hopeless youths to some old man waiting weeks to cross the border, Afghanistan under the Taliban rule has become the house for every possible misery.

India to sign Free Trade Agreement with UAE on Friday, PM Modi to hold a virtual summit with Abu Dhabi crown prince

The Ministry of External Affairs issued a statement on Wednesday which announced the comprehensive partnership of India and the UAE over the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) which is to be signed on Friday, February 18. PM Narendra Modi and Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed al Nahyan are going to hold a virtual summit on Friday, the statement said.

“Both Leaders are expected to lay out their vision of the historic and friendly relations between the two countries, at a time when India is celebrating 75 years of its Independence as Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav and UAE is celebrating the 50th anniversary of its foundation,” the MEA statement said. The two leaders will also discuss bilateral cooperation and exchange views on regional and international issues of mutual interest during the virtual summit.

The MEA has confirmed the news of FTA between India and the UAE which was being speculated for a few days already. It is learnt that the two leaders will be discussing issues on bilateral cooperation and will exchange views on regional and international issues of mutual interest. As a major initiative to boost bilateral trade, The Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) will be signed between the two countries on the same day.

Reportedly, the FTA will be signed by Indian commerce and industry minister Piyush Goyal and UAE economy minister Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri. Under such free trade agreements, the participating countries reduce or eliminate customs duties on the maximum number of goods traded between them.

Earlier in January this year, Australian Minister for Trade Dan Tehan was in New Delhi to discuss long-pending issues with mutual negotiations related to the bilateral trade agreement between the two countries. Indian Minister for Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal had assured that the CEPA between India and Australia would be signed before the end of this year.

What is the FTA?

The Free Trade Agreement officially touted as the ‘Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement’ (CEPA) is an agreement signed between two countries intending to liberalize bilateral trade by doing away with many import and export duties on prominent goods. The two countries which sign the pact, deal on reducing customs duties, tariffs, cutting the red tape to attract foreign direct investment, and sometimes share expertise in manufacturing goods and services.

So Far, India has shared FTAs with neighbouring countries like Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Nepal. Currently, India is holding dialogues with Israel, Australia and the UK and is moving forward to hold FTAs with them. Here, the United Arab Emirates stands out as one of the first countries on the list with whom India is about to sign FTA recently.

Trade between India and the UAE

In the statement issued the MEA has said that UAE is India’s third-largest trade partner and bilateral trade and investment ties are expected to see significant enhancements after the agreement. In 2020-21, Bilateral trade between India and the UAE stood at $43.3 billion. While exports from UAE happened close to $16.7 billion, India’s imports amounted to $26.7 billion in 2020-21.

India’s top imports from the UAE include petroleum and petroleum products, precious metals, gems and jewellery while it also exports majorly in precious metals and jewellery from India. Apart from this, India also exports food items such as cereals, sugar, fruits and vegetables, varieties of tea, meat, seafood, textiles and engineering and machinery products. Experts have stated that with the signing of the FTA, the gem and jewellery industry is likely to get a major boost.

Dear Gandhi Siblings, I am from Uttar Pradesh and we ‘bhaiyyas’ have put our blood and sweat to build this nation

When the Chief Minister of Punjab mocked citizens and migrants from Uttar Pradesh and cautioned them on visiting the state, Priyanka Gandhi clapped, demonstrating how rotten her personal resolve to public welfare is.

Taking offence at Rahul Gandhi’s remarks calling us stupid in Wayanad and his dear sister clapping on while the Chief Minister of a state ridiculed us, I am writing here to make them a reminisce of the contribution of us, the ‘bhaiyyas,’ of Uttar Pradesh to this nation.

Do you despise us because we have given the most Prime Ministers? But that could not be the reason as your father, Rajiv Gandhi, also resorted to UP to make his way to the parliament.

Do you people hate us because we contributed to your party losing the 2014 or 2019 general elections? Or because we made Rahul Gandhi lose the Amethi seat in the 2019 elections? This could be the reason because that’s what after which you rushed to Wayanad to save your existence in the parliament.

And by the way, why us, why Uttar Pradesh?

Do you people even have any idea what Uttar Pradesh as a state has given to this nation? We are the largest state in terms of the human workforce. Our people can be traced everywhere across the globe contributing to the global community and earning respect and foreign exchange for India.

And for your kind information, Uttar Pradesh is the top farming state in India and according to the agriculture Census 2015-16, UP has 2.382 crore agriculture landholdings – the highest in the country.

In terms of modern technology and apparatus, UP is manoeuvring with the best efforts to bring in state-of-the-art technology in fields ranging from agriculture to road construction to the health sector. Uttar Pradesh has the highest number of airports in India, and that is obviously not because of your party, or I’d rather say your family.

I am not flaunting my political affiliations with any political party, but the disdain which you people have on us must be uprooted from the very depth.

Instead of hating, you and your family should have been generous to the people who voted for you continuously for years hoping that you’ll be making their lives better.

Let me advise you one thing, hating us, and for that matter, anyone, will not take you anywhere in time. This is the nation that has taught the world the virtues of love and inclusiveness. This is the nation that has been at the forefront of teaching this world the concepts of tolerance and peace. And, Uttar Pradesh, is the state of love that is well known in the universe for its etiquette and hospitality. So, better not belittle these people again. You must never forget that we are the ones who showed you the way out of UP. And if you hate us for this reason, keep hating!

Uttar Pradesh shall oust everyone who has no respect and affection for its people and we will keep working for the country we live in for our lifetime.

Until next time,

Pallav

‘Why hijab alone? Hindu girls wear bangles, Christian girls wear cross’: Petitioner’s lawyer argues in Karnataka HC in burqa row

0

While the Karnataka HC heard the arguments over the hijab row for the fourth consecutive day today, Senior Advocate Professor Ravivarma Kumar appearing for petitioners hit at the state government and asked why was it having issues with hijab alone and not with other girls of other religions wearing religious jewellery. “Why is govt picking on hijab alone. Hindu girls wearing bangles and Christian girls wearing cross are not sent out”, he questioned.

He said that the state government had no objections over the Hindu students displaying their religion by wearing bangles, turbans and Christian students wearing religious pendants. He added that college going girls wear a dupatta, whether Hindu, Muslim or Christian and asked under what rules were meant to keep only hijab-wearing students out of the class.

“Why is govt making this hostile discrimination? Bangles are worn? Are they not religious symbols? Why is govt picking on these poor Muslim girls? A bindi wearing girl is not sent out, a bangle wearing girl is not. A Christian wearing cross is not touched. Why only these girls? This is violation of Art 15”, he said.

Kumar further quoted the Karnataka Education Act and stated that there were no provisions in the act to imply a ban on hijab. “Rule says when educational institution intends to change uniform, it has to issue notice one yr in advance to parents; if ban on Hijab, it should inform one yr in advance”, he added.

He also argued that uniform is not mandatory for students studying in Pre-University colleges. Some colleges and management committees have imposed uniforms as mandatory, which is illegal. Prescription of any uniform is illegal. Explaining the role of education, Kumar said that education is to promote plurality, not to promote uniformity or homogeneity, but heterogeneity. Classroom should be a place for recognition and reflection of diversity in society, he said.

It is pertinent to note that, not only Hindu girls but girls following Islam also wear bangles. Islamic law allows its women to wear bangles, earrings, nose rings and other kinds of jewellery. The accessories like bangles and pendants can’t be compared with hijab and burqa, because the latter is only worn by Muslim girls and is widely seen as an anti-women provision which is forcefully imposed in several Islamic nations.

The High Court last week had declared that nobody would dress up in religious attire in the educational institutes until the matter was being heard. The Court also on Friday ordered to reopen the educational institutions from February 16. However, the govt imposed section 144 in several cities of Karnataka to prevent violence and maintain law and order.

Many of the Muslim students were seen disrespecting the HC’s interim decision today as they continued to wear hijab and burqa in schools and colleges in Karnataka and protested against those who did not allow them to enter the campus with hijab, chanting ‘Allah-hu-Akbar’ on the streets.

The hijab matter is before a bench comprising of Chief Justice Ritu Raj Awasthi, Justice Krishna S Dixit and Justice JM Khazi who will continue to hear the petitions tomorrow at 2.30 pm.

Andhra Pradesh: Pastor booked for raping 17 women, 7 boys inside the church for over four years

A case has been registered against a 42-year old pastor for sexually exploiting 17 women in the last four years at Payakaraopeta in the Visakhapatnam district of Andhra Pradesh.

According to the reports, the Christian priest was also involved in forcing women and boys into slave labour, fraud and cheating. The incident surfaced when one of those women escaped from the church and approached the police officials. One of the victims lodged a complaint against the pastor on February 3.

The pastor, identified as Ambati Anil Kumar alias Prema Das, a native of Krishnalanka in Vijayawada, Krishna district, was earlier working as a TTE in the railways, report the Hindu Post.

In 2017, he resigned from his job, left his family and settled in Payakaraopeta to set up a Christian missionary. In 2015, he established a trust named “Prema Swaroopi Ministries”, became Pastor A Anil Kumar and set up a church in a two-storied building. He then lured around 17 women from various places in the name of giving Christian religious discourse and lodged them in the ministry premises at Payakaraopeta.

In her complaint, the victim said that the pastor brought her and other women to the ministry. The pastor sexually exploited them for the past four years. The pastor then threatened them by saying that their family would face dire consequences if they tried to leave the premises.

Reportedly, in addition to women, seven boys have been kept there forcibly and made to work as enslaved people. The victim said the boys were also tortured, she informed the police.

Based on the statements of the victim, the Payakaraopeta police questioned the other women, but they did not speak up due to fear of the pastor. Some women appeared to be trance-like and unable to provide answers.

Upon the investigation, the police also learnt that Pastor A Anil Kumar had made huge money from many people in the name of god. The rape-accused pastor also had a YouTube channel and conducted online Christian prayers for the suffering, unemployed, and patients. The victims fell for his persuasive talk and duped lakhs of rupees on his promise of getting jobs and remedies for ills.

D Manikanta, Additional SP, Narsipatnam, inspected the ministry premises and said that the police were carrying out a detailed investigation. Payakaraopeta police have registered cases under relevant sections, and the victims were sent to Anakapalle hospital for medical tests.

Four persons have been arrested in connection with this incident. Pastor A Anil Kumar is reportedly also one of those arrested. The accused pastor lived with Rajeswari, aka Lilly from East Godavari district, who was also a partner in his crimes. The police are tracing for Rajeswari too.

The police have now sealed the ministries’ building and sent home eight of the 30 inmates – men and women.

AAP threatens media houses for covering Kumar Vishwas’ video exposing Arvind Kejriwal, Raghav Chadha warns of stringent legal actions

AAP, the self-proclaimed cleanest party, has yet again showcased its goon-like attitude, this time to media houses. Raghav Chadha, AAP MLA from Rajendra Nagar of Delhi, has threatened media houses for covering a video in which Dr. Kumar Vishwas, the poet and an ex-leader of AAP, has exposed Arvind Kejriwal and his separatist aspirations. Raghav Chadha shared a tweet threatening media houses from his Twitter handle on 16th February 2022 after the video had gone viral and was reported widely by many media houses.

Raghav Chadha openly threatened everyone especially the media houses, saying that his government will take stringent legal actions against these media houses that have covered the news about this video.

In his tweet, Raghav Chadha has said “Kumar Vishwas through the means of forged and fabricated video with the devious intent to defame and deride Sh Arvind Kejriwal has been circulating/publishing the said videos.”

He has further added, “Malicious, unfounded, fabricated, inflammatory insinuations made by Mr.Vishwas are not only demonstrably defamatory but is redolent of promoting hatred, ill will, hostility in society and in particular against AAP, as well as supporters as also intending to create a situation of unrest.”

Attacking the freedom of media houses, he added, “In view thereof, it is forcefully submitted that in case any channel publishes/circulated aids or provide a platform to disseminate the same we shall be found forced to take stringent legal action which shall include the commission of the offenses of abetment/aiding him.”

It is notable that, as soon as the video appeared, it became the talk of the town. Many media houses reported it in detail. Dr. Kumar Vishwas is seen in this video alleging Arvind Kejriwal to be obsessed with power and a supporter of separate Khalistan.
