What to do with these termites? Does ‘ha-ha’ reaction to terror attacks have a religion?

Empathy is a fundamental emotion that comes naturally to humans as they grow. Mind you, I am talking about humans and not these terrorists or terror sympathisers. Even with some people, who don’t feel the same way at certain events, choose to stay silent as it might not move them as much. Our proximity to certain events, human loss or its news determines the degree of our concern. It dictates how much you feel related to those incidents.

Over 40 jawans were martyred when we were not at war. Pulwama attack is one of the biggest terrorist act in Indian history. It is obvious that the whole nation stands united in the face of these ghastly incidents. But is it that obvious? Because the whole nation doesn’t seem to show its empathy because, for some people, just the Islamic names in these ‘Allah hu Akbar’ brand suicide bombers is enough to swing them that way.

You have seen the image above. If you feel it is photoshop, I would suggest you to go to any Indian news site’s Facebook page, find out Pulwama attack related news or videos and click on ‘ha-ha’ reaction names. You will get a sense of what I am trying to state.

Media calls these people as ‘samudaay vishesh’ whereas the only ‘visheshta’ that these people have in the name of their ‘samudaay’ is to stand in support of terrorists, violent ideologies and the likes. These are some of the Muslims of these country. It is completely a different thing if someone starts saying there is no religion of such people with ‘ha-ha’ reaction. Because, even when someone chants Islamic words, even when the flag of ISIS has those Islamic words, yet Islam is detached from terror. I don’t understand how far we can go in being politically correct and get perished while doing so!

I am just laying out some facts that are visible to public. It is not some accident that they were giving ‘angry’ reaction and somehow ended up pushing ‘ha-ha’. The number in which these reactions are coming, if someone does a survey, the results will prove that this percentage of users is sizeable. People will realise, if they haven’t, that there is a large majority of such Muslim names that mocks the martyrs and stands in unison chanting the terrorists’ chants. And then, you don’t feel appalled when some Muslim names gather in a university and chant ‘Bharat tere tukde honge’. It is just a tangible extension of digital ‘ha-ha’.

This is just one aspect of insensitivity, another one is still a step ahead. Some Muslim names are running a hashtag asking ‘HowsTheJaish’, a mocking reference to the popular dialogue, ‘How’s the josh’, from a recent movie based on surgical strikes, while endorsing terror outfit Jaish-e-Muhammad. These people are in abundance and you just need to run a hashtag search on Twitter. You will realise that these names are not only Islamic, but these are people living in India. I would request the champions of fact check websites to do a basic non-rocket science research on it.

If seeing these kinds of reactions after every terror attack, someone starts to hate these filthy humans, would they be wrong? These roaches do not deserve to live in this country, or even any civilised society. They deserve to live in isolated places where they can bomb each other and hail their gods while claiming the act to be purely religion in nature. These Muslims not only support these terrorists but even Pakistan and ISIS. You don’t need extra research to find them after every terror act they will seem happy and flaunt it.

I despise these guttersnipes. Every single India-loving person will hate these cockroaches who eat and sleep in the warmth of India while singing tunes of terrorists that attack us. These are those treacherous insects rotting and crawling in the stinking drains of their filthy thoughts that can laugh on the martyrdom of the very soldiers that give them a good life. These people should be identified and asked about the meaning of their vulgar laughter. Or, should we accept the flawed logic that these can be the Muslims from anywhere? But really, are these Muslims ‘from anywhere’ or ‘from here itself’ who shamelessly go on with their anti-national activities in universities like AMU?

And yes, please don’t give me the ‘these are not good Muslims’ argument. Where are the ‘good Muslims’ who are conveniently silent and tolerates these ungrateful insects among them? Have the good Muslims ever denounced these despicable acts of their own ‘bad Muslims’? The proportion of the so-called good and bad Muslims is so tilted that you seldom find one Muslim denouncing such acts on social media. Anyway, where are these good Muslims, or those institutions that certify good Muslims as such?

It is painful that even these types of humans are allowed to live in India, nurture an anti-national thought process, and survive under the protection of Constitution. Even though, these are those termites that are hollowing up our society and nation. The armed forces would see to the external threats, but who will take on these ‘ha-ha’ reaction giving Muslim names? Why are they being tolerated by the ‘good Muslims’ of this country?

Controversial media house NDTV has suspended one of its Deputy News Editor for a comment she had posted on her Facebook page about the horrific Pulwama attack on a CRPF convoy yesterday.

NDTV announced on its official Twitter handle that the news organisation strongly condemns the comments made by the Editor. She has been suspended for 2 weeks, while the company’s Disciplinary Committee will be weighing further against the deputy editor.

Nidhi Sethi, Deputy News Editor of NDTV, had posted a comment on Facebook which seemed to glorify the terror attack by Jaish-e-Muhammad. She had written, “where a grisly 44 has been proven to be greater than the mythical 56”. With this, she had added a hashtag #HowstheJaish, a take on the famous dialogue ‘How’s the Josh’ from the recent movie Uri: The Surgical Strike.

Nidhi Sethi was clearly celebrating the tragic terror attack on Indian security forces in her Facebook post, for which she was severely criticised. The screenshot of the comment immediately went viral on Twitter, and many people started asking NDTV whether it agrees with the views of its employee.

At the time of writing this report, the Facebook page of the journalist could not be accessed, which means she has deactivated her account on the social media site. NDTV says further action will be considered by the Disciplinary Committee against the journalist, it will be interesting to see what actions they take.

Nidhi Sethi was not the only Indian celebrating the terrorist attack yesterday, several other such comments have surfaced on social media from various persons. A student from Aligarh Muslim University had posted the following Tweet, celebrating the terror attack.

Basim Hilal, the student, has been suspended by the university, while the Aligarh police have registered a case against him. His Twitter account has also been withheld in India.

China refuses to back India’s appeal to list Masood Azhar as global terrorist, again

In the aftermath of the Pulwama Terrorist Attack, China has yet again rejected India’s appeal to list JeM Chief Masood Azhar as a global terrorist by the United Nations Security Council.

China, however, did condemn the attacks but refused to change its stance on Masood Azhar. “China has noted the reports of suicide terrorist attack. We are deeply shocked by this attack. We express deep condolences and sympathy to the injured and bereaved families,” spokesman of the Chinese Foreign Ministry, Geng Shuang, stated. “We firmly oppose and strongly condemn all forms of terrorism. We hope relevant regional countries will cooperate to cope with the threat of terrorism and jointly uphold regional peace and stability,” he was quoted as saying.

On the issue of Azhar, Shuang said, “As for the issue of listing, I could tell you that the 1267 Committee of Security Council has a clear stipulation on the listing and procedure of the terrorist organisations. JeM has been included in the Security Council terrorism sanctions list. China will continue to handle the relevant sanctions issue in a constructive and responsible manner.”

China has always vetoed India’s appeal to designate Masood Azhar as a global terrorist. Moreover, in recent times, China and India have been involved in the conflict, most notable over Doklam. The relationship between Pakistan and China also has become very intimate in recent times with the latter making heavy investments in the country to further its own imperialist interests.

The foreign secretary Vijay Gokhale of the Ministry of External Affairs has summoned the Pakistan High Commissioner to India Sohail Mahmood at MEA to register India’s protest against the Pulwama Terrorist attack. Pakistan based Jaish-e-Mohammad had claimed the responsibility of the attacks in which over 40 soldiers lost their lives.

Earlier today, taking stock of the situation in Jammu and Kashmir in the aftermath of the grisly attack on the CRPF personnel, a Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS) meeting led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, decided to take diplomatic action to isolate Pakistan on an international level. Briefing the media after attending the CCS meet, senior Cabinet minister Arun Jaitley announced that the Most Favoured Nation (MFN) status to Pakistan stands withdrawn.

Claiming that he understands the rage brewing in the country, PM Modi today promised vengeance against the plotters of the ghastly attack. He reassured that the country’s Armed Forces have been given free rein to exact revenge from Pakistan. PM further warned that the perpetrators committed a huge mistake to attack the Indian armed forces, for which they will have to pay a huge price.

PM Modi continued his fierce attack on Pakistan in his rally in Jhansi. He excoriated Pakistan for nurturing Terrorist groups on its land. Modi said that Pakistan which is going through a severe economic crisis and it roams around the world with a begging bowl will get a befitting reply not just from India but from the entire world who have called out their complicity in the terror attacks.

CRPF pledges to avenge the heinous terror attack in Pulwama where 44 soldiers were martyred

0

As the country is reeling in the throes of a ghastly terrorist attack in Pulwama and mourning the death of 44 soldiers, the CRPF, which the martyred security personnel were part of, has pledged that it will not forget the martyrdom of its personnel and the horrendous attack on its convoy will be avenged.

More than 2,500 Central Reserve Police Force personnel, many of them returning from leave to rejoin duty in the Kashmir Valley, were travelling in the convoy of 70 vehicles when they were ambushed on the Srinagar-Jammu highway at Latoomode in Awantipora in south Kashmir around 3.15 pm on Thursday.

The attack has been reportedly carried out by a suicide bomber, identified as Adil Ahmad Dar, belonging to Pakistani Army backed Islamic terrorist outfit Jaish-e-Mohammad. He rammed an SUV laden with over 3000 kg of explosives into the CRPF bus carrying about 40 personnel. The collision exploded the bus and the vehicle, causing the deaths of the CRPF soldiers.

‘Have sacrificed my son in service of the Motherland, will send another. But, Pakistan needs to be avenged,’ Father of CRPF jawan martyred in Pulwama

Displaying exemplary commitment towards the motherland, Ratan Thakur’s father has said that he has sacrificed a son in Mother India’s service. He has also pledged that he will send his other son to fight as well.

He said he is ready to give up his second son for Mother India as well, but “Pakistan must be given a befitting reply,” he said.

Ratan Thakur was one of the 44 CRPF jawan, who lost his life for the service of the nation when a fidyeen terrorist rammed an SUV laden with over 300 kg of explosives into the CRPF bus carrying about 40 personnel. Pakistani Army backed Islamic terrorist outfit Jaish-e-Mohammad has taken responsibility for the attack.

The attack stirred the national sentiments and received widespread-condemnation over the dastardly act. Amid the chaos, the father of one of the martyred soldier Ratan Thakur’s has issued a brave statement. Thakur’s father, who hails from Bihar, said that he has sacrificed his son for the greater good of the Motherland. But, he added, he will not shy away from sending his another son to the duty. In exchange, he has asked for revenge from the terrorist state of Pakistan, who openly harbours the terrorist organizations like Jaish-e-Mohammed.

A statement of Ministry of External Affairs has also incriminated Pakistan for aiding terrorist attack and added that the JeM founder Maulana Masood Azhar had been “given the freedom to target India.” Masood Azhar is the same terrorist who had to be released by India during the IC814 plane hijack of the year 1999. He has since been found involved in various terrorist conspiracies worldwide, including the 2008 Mumbai attack.

The country also witnessed mourning at the houses of the other soldiers.

A family in Punjab’s Gurdaspur lost CRPF soldier Maninder Singh in the attack.

The family of Panjak Tripathi of Uttar Pradesh’s Maharajganj mourns the death of its son.

The family of CRPF personnel Nasheer Ahmed, who hailed from Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri city, also mourned the martyrdom.

Early today, PM Modi acknowledged the pain and anger of Indians after the attack. He has assured that that martyrdom of its soldiers will not go in vain. He said that the armed forces of the country have been given a free hand, to exact revenge for the dastardly attack.

“I want to tell the terrorist organisations and their patrons, they have a committed a huge mistake. And for that, they will pay a huge price. I want to assure the country, the forces who are behind the attack, the people who are responsible for it, they will definitely be punished for their crimes.” PM Modi said.

India has also withdrawn the ‘Most Favoured Nation’ tag accorded to Pakistan.

Madhya Pradesh: Muslim man defying all odds marries a transgender women on Valentine’s Day

Despite facing disapproval from parents, Junaid Khan, a man from Indore has married Jaya Singh Parmar, a transgender at a temple in the city on Valentines’ day, reports ANI.

According to the reports, the two tied the knot in a Hindu ceremony in a temple on February 14 and also plan a “nikaah“, which is a wedding ceremony as per Muslim traditions.

The couple fell in love last year and Junaid had proposed Jaya 15 days ago. The couple chose Valentine’s Day – a day that celebrates love worldwide – as the day to get married. The couple’s wished that their marriage is accepted by Junaid’s family.

Speaking to the media, Junaid Khan said, “I want my family to accept us but even if they don’t, I will stay with her. I love her a lot and I will always keep her happy.”

Jaya Singh Parmar said that getting married is a big challenge for a transgender person in India as the society finds it odd. “His parents were against this marriage but he still chose to marry me. I hope they will accept me soon and one day I will get to serve my in-laws,” she said.

Deluded conspiracies and deplorable caste politics: The Leftist response to Pulwama terrorist attack

The reactions to the terrible Pulwama terrorist attack flew in thick and fast as the death toll breached 40. While most people offered their condolences and expressed their support towards our armed forces, a significant section on social media resorted to making cheap comments for partisan politics.

Contributor to several liberal media outlets and a TEDx speaker and Fellow, Sanjukta Basu, went to the extent of suggesting that the terrorist attack was a conspiracy hatched by Prime Minister Modi.

The insinuations made in the tweet are horrible. Basu wants people to believe that the Indian armed forces murdered their own soldiers at the behest of Narendra Modi. And the tweet appears to be posted long after Jaish-e-Muhammad claimed responsibility for the attack. The ‘Modi Derangement Syndrome’ that liberals suffer from is inspiring them to make reckless and deplorable remarks that amount to monumental disrespect towards our armed forces at a time when their morale is very low.

That is not all. Hours after Congress leader Navjot Singh Sidhu almost gave a clean chit to Pakistan on harbouring and nourishing terrorists, another Congress spokesperson tried to float a theory whether the Pulwama terror attack was a Modi conspiracy.

Then there are ‘reputed intellectuals’ in liberal circles, who spread hatred in India society sitting from abroad, who attempted to politicize the martyrdom of our soldiers along caste lines.

Pakistani media has earlier used Ashok Swain’s tweets to undermine Prime Minister Modi. Incidentally, Swain had insinuated that Narendra Modi will force India into a border confrontation with Pakistan ahead of the elections. The Pakistani media had then lapped up those tweets and asserted that Pakistan wanted peace while the Indian government wants conflict.

Then there were others who rued the fact that there wasn’t a single Brahmin among those martyred.

Indeed, there appears to be a concerted attempt to sow seeds of division within the country at a time when the entire country is in a state of shock and utter dismay and standing as a rock behind the family of our martyrs.
