Hizbul releases pictures boasting they outsmarted Indian Army, Army neutralises six terrorists in Anantnag

The terror outfit, Hizbul Mujahideen had reportedly held a meeting at Lal Chowk, Srinagar, on Tuesday. They had released images of the meeting and had claimed that the meeting was conducted in the presence of their commander Abu Hanzalla.

A purported open letter had surfaced a few days back, allegedly issued by Hizbul’s Field Operational Commander Mohammad Bin Qasim. It was reportedly circulated on social media also. In the letter, the terrorist had dared the authorities and ‘challenged’ them to try and stop the meeting, which he had announced would be held on November 21.

However, soon after the terror outfit dared to mock the Indian Army, the Army has neutralised six Hizbul terrorists in Anantnag. It was reported earlier today that the security forces in Jammu and Kashmir’s Anantnag district killed six terrorists in an encounter today. The encounter was reported from Sekipora area of Bijbehara in the district.

The LeT commander Azad Ahmad Malik who has been shot down during the operation was reportedly involved in the assassination of Kashmiri Journalist Syed Shujaat Bukhari in Srinagar.

Hizbul had claimed in a letter that the meeting, which allegedly lasted for 47 hours, was attended by few most wanted terrorists from Hizbul Mujahideen, Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) and Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) terror groups.

A photograph of Hizbul Mujahideen commander Umer Majid alias Hanzalla posing in front of Ghanta Ghar at Lal Chowk in Jammu and Kashmir’s Srinagar surfaced on Thursday, with reports suggesting that the picture was taken on Tuesday.

“As you all know we had planned a meeting in Srinagar. By the grace of God mission was accomplished and now our next meeting will be in Delhi. Insha Allah we can conduct such meeting in any city of choice in India in future,” Hizbul chief Riyaz Naikoo reportedly said.

However, DNA reported that the veracity of the image and the quote going viral, could not be verified.

In the meeting, which was headed by Hizbul’s Valley operational commander, Riyaz Naikoo (Mohammad Bin Qasim) and deputy chief Saifullah (Musaib Ul Islam), the terror outfits allegedly discussed how to recruit new people including girls and their strategies to fight the security forces.

The terrorists had reportedly also released a poster threatening Kashmiri girls to shoot them in their legs if they upload their videos of dancing on social media.

Notably, last year, the Jammu and Kashmir Police had announced a bounty of Rs 10 lakh for information on Umar, also known as Umer Majid, who has been accused of killing seven people including five policemen at Kulgam in May 2017.

BJP MP alleges breach of privilege by senior Congress leader Veerappa Moily

In a letter to the Speaker of Lok Sabha, Sumitra Mahajan, Lok Sabha MP Dr Nishikant Dubey has alleged that senior leader of the Congress party has committed a breach of privilege as the Chairperson of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Finance.

In the letter, a copy of which is with OpIndia, Dubey has claimed that Moily has polarized the functioning of the Parliamentary committee for media attention. He further accuses Moily of trying to “gain despicable media attention and serve his ulterior political motives, thereby, lowering the dignity and ethics of the Finance Committee.”

The letter alleges that Moily committed a breach of confidentiality on the proceedings of the Parliamentary committee by issuing statements on Demonetization on Twitter while the Finance Committee had called upon the Ministry of Agriculture to study the impact of Demonetization on Agriculture.

Dubey further alleges that provisions in the Rule of Procedure and Conduct of Business on Lok Sabha/Directions by the Speaker have been violated. He states that as per the rules, the evidence tendered before a Parliamentary Committee and its report and proceedings cannot be disclosed or published by anyone until these have been laid on the table of the House.

He added that Moily’s conduct constitutes a breach of privilege of the Committee as well as violation of the relevant provisions relating to confidentiality of the proceedings.

The BJP MP has requested the Speaker to allow him to raise the issue in the coming Parliamentary session and refer the letter to the Committee of Privileges for examination.

NDTV starts the process of whitewashing the crime of zealot Christian missionary John Allen Chau

After the killing of American missionary John Allen Chau by Sentinelese people in the North Sentinel island, it had emerged that he went to the restricted area flouting rules, and he went there to spread Christianity. But now efforts have begun to whitewash the crimes of the missionary.

Controversial media house NDTV has published an article on its website claiming that an order of the government of India may have facilitated John Allen Chau in violating the rules. They are referring to an order of ministry of home affairs issued in June this year which had removed the requirement of Restricted Area Permit (RAP) for visiting 29 islands in Andaman & Nicobar Islands. North Sentinel Island was one of those 29 islands.

As we have already clarified, removal of RAP for the island does not permit anyone to visit the place without prior approval. This is a misinformation being spread by media to somehow prove that the missionary didn’t violate any rule and instead Indian government is responsible for his death. This is absolutely wrong.

The same MHA circular which had relaxed the RAP requirement had also stated that other restrictions for visiting various places in the islands will continue as before. Section 2 (VII) of the circular said that “separate approvals of the competent authority continue to be required for visiting Reserve Forests, Wildlife Sanctuaries and Tribal Reserves as is the case at present”.

Under the Foreigners (Restricted) Areas Order, 1963, the entire union territory of Andaman & Nicobar, and parts of Sikkim are declared as ‘Restricted Areas’. Similarly, several states in the north-eastern region and parts of Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, and remaining parts Sikkim are declared as Protected Areas. Foreign tourists wishing to visit these areas are required to obtain a Restricted Area Permit (RAP)/Protected Area Permit (PAP) from Indian government authorities before doing so.

In a bid to develop the tourism industry in these areas, the government has relaxed the norms in recent times. As part of that, the RAP requirement was relaxed from 29 islands in Andaman & Nicobar.

It is important to note that Restricted Area norms applied to the entire Andaman & Nicobar, and it is not specific to protected tribal areas. For the protection of tribal areas, forest areas, and other sensitive areas, there are other stringent norms in place, which have not relaxed by the government. The North Sentinel Island is protected by Protection of Aboriginal Tribe (Regulation), 1956 and the Indian Forest Act, 1927. Therefore, even if the RAP requirement has been relaxed, going to the island without permission is still a violation of the rules. To claim that RAP relaxation encouraged John to carry on the misadventure is dishonest.

Moreover, John Allen Chau knew he was violating the rule. The version of fishermen who took him to the island makes it abundantly clear. They have been arrested and they have revealed that the went to the island in the night to escape patrolling by coast guard and navy. John’s diary also makes it clear that he knew he was violating rules. He wrote, “God Himself was hiding us from the Coast Guard and many patrols,” after reaching the North Sentinel Island.

The objective of John’s visit, to convert the last remaining isolated tribe in the world to Christianity, is also clear from his diary that he left with the fishermen. He wrote, “Lord, is this island Satan’s last stronghold where none have heard or even had the chance to hear your name?”.

After the relaxation of RAP norms, some organisations had opposed the move. At that time, the Union Territory administration had clarified that other restrictions for tribal areas will continue and nobody is allowed to go to places like North Sentinel island, and a buffer zone of 5 km around it, without prior approval after extensive scrutiny.

The decision to include the North Sentinel in the list of islands relaxed from RAP regime is indeed questionable. Perhaps it was an oversight by at the home ministry or at the administration of Andaman & Nicobar. But even with the relaxation of RAP, the island remains a protected area and media should stop this attempt to hide the illegal activities of the Christian Missionary.

While speaking at a rally in Mizoram, PM Modi hailed the rich cultural heritage of Mizoram and expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the people of Mizoram for welcoming him. He stated that it’s always special for him to visit the region and claimed that he has visited the Northeast 27 times now.

Extolling Mizoram’s culture, Modi said that Mizoram has a rich culture and tradition that the inhabitants of Mizoram have preserved and nurtured. Modi asserted that the BJP for the last four and a half year has worked towards recognising such myriad cultures and traditions belonging to different parts of the country.

Modi expressed anguish watching Congress leaders mocking this rich culture and traditions of Mizoram. He said Congress leaders have routinely mocked and displayed their insensitivity towards the people of the Northeast. Taking a jibe at Congress leaders, particularly Shashi Tharoor for his ‘outlandish’ remark on the Northeast’s traditional attires, Modi alleged that Congress leaders have disrespected and insulted the traditions and attires of the people of the northeast.


Mounting the attack on Congress, PM Modi further alleged that Congress leaders have abused and neglected the region of the Northeast for the most part of the history. He blamed Congress of playing ‘Divide and Rule’ and promoting dynasty politics to come into power instead of heeding the demands of the rural people and respecting and enabling them to fulfill their aspirations.

Modi said the Northeast has undergone remarkable progress under the BJP and has moved past from bandh, guns, and blockades. “The BJP government works towards both pace and the development. The development work of the Railways has grown three times during our government,” he said.

Christian Evangelism and The Joshua Project: An existential threat to Hinduism

Recently, the death of the Christian missionary who risked the existence of the entire Sentinelese tribe to ‘establish the kingdom of Jesus’ on the North Sentinel island revealed the extent of zealotry that prevails among the missionaries and the lengths they are willing to go to convert people to their faith.

In India, evangelism has always been a cause for concern as it poses a severe threat to the demographic stability of the country. In this report, we would elaborate on the zealotry of the missionary and the extent of their efforts to convert people to the worship of their ‘One True God’.

The Joshua Project is a ‘research initiative’ that seeks to ‘highlight the ethnic people groups of the world with the fewest followers of Christ’. They further state, “Accurate, updated ethnic people group information is critical for understanding and completing the Great Commission. Revelation 5:9 and 7:9-10 show that there will be some from every tribe, tongue, nation and people before the Throne.” The Great Commission refers to Jesus’ instruction to his apostles to spread Christianity among all nations across the world.

As per their website, “Joshua Project gathers, integrates and shares people group information to encourage pioneer church-planting movements among every ethnic group and to facilitate effective coordination of mission agency efforts. Joshua Project compiles the work of numerous missions researchers to develop a list of all ethnic peoples that is as complete as possible.” Thus, it’s aimed at coordinating the work of the numerous missionary organizations that exist and provide them with a one-stop shop for information on the demographics of any group.

The entire ‘about us’ section of the missionary website is filled with zealotry and disdain towards the non-Christian faiths. They state, “Our desire is to help focus the Church on the most spiritually needy ethnic people groups.”

The Joshua Project declares that they are not a ‘formal research organization’ and that the margin of error varies from data point to data point according to their sources. They have various sources across the world and they claim that their data is the ‘best available’. In Asia, their source is the Asia Harvest and in India, it is the Omid/South Asia Engineer.

For India, the Joshua Project says that there are 2,554 people groups of which 2,289 are ‘unreached’. 94.6% of the Indian population lies in the ‘unreached’ groups. The percent of professing Christians is pegged at 2.1%. The Evangelical Annual growth rate is pegged at 3.9% which is significantly above the global rate of 2.6%.

People group is defined as, “A significantly large grouping of individuals who perceive themselves to have a common affinity with one another.” For evangelical purposes, “a people group is the largest group within which the Gospel can spread as a church planting movement without encountering barriers of understanding or acceptance.” ‘Unreached group’ defined as, “a people group among which there is no indigenous community of believing Christians with adequate numbers and resources to evangelize this people group without outside assistance.”

The website lists every ‘people group’ under the Sun and even states the estimated number of workers needed to convert the community to Christianity. It’s a very organized effort to undermine the dominant Pagan faith in India.

From their database, it’s clear that the tribes with the most minuscule population have the highest proportion of Christians. The Adi Bori people group which has a population of merely 300 has a 37.15% of Christians. The Adi Ramo people group which has a population of merely 1400 people has a 45.49% of the Christian population. The Aimol group which has a population of only 3000 has over 98% Christian population. The Christian population of the Bangni group who number at 700 is at 46.97%. The proportion of Christians among the Bokar group who number at 4,700 stands above 67%. The Bori group with a population of 3,400 has a Christian population above 78%.

The Halam Chorei, Halam Kaipeng, Halam Kaloi, Halam Molsom and Halam Rupini which have a population of 3300, 5700, 3100, 5500, 4700 respectively have a Christian population of 52.39%, 49.53%, 46.39%, 49.16% and 44.93% respectively. The Havi Tangsa group which number at merely 900 have a Christian population at 46.98%. The Hualngo group with a population of 200 has been completely converted to Christianity. The Jugli, with a population of 300, has an 86.39% Christian population. The Kalya Kengyu, with a population of 400, has been completely converted to Christianity. The Keralamuthali with a population of 9,100 has a Christian population at 34.79%. The Kuki Chin Amre with a population of 500 has a Christian population of 93.75%. The Bujur group with a population of only 2500 has Christians at over 99%.

It’s pretty clear from their database that Christian missionaries has had far better success with groups with critically low populations. Among groups with larger populations that have a high rate of Christian population, there are the Kuki Chin with a 91% Christian population among its 153,000 people. The Ao, a Naga tribe, with a population of 233,000 has a Christian population over 99%. The Angami, another Naga tribe, with a population of 159,000 has over 98% Christian population. The Chakesang, another tribe among Nagas, who number at 157,000 has Christians at over 99%. The Arasar group with a 77,000 population has Christians at 77.60%. The Bharathar group with a population of 73,000 has Christians at over 81%. The Hmar tribe in the Northeast with a 98,000 population has Christians at 98.87%.

From the database, it appears that Christian missionaries really believe that for Judgment Day to arrive, they must convert at least some people from every single group on Earth. Thus, it appears that John Allen Chau’s bid to convert the Sentinalese tribe to Christianity is consistent with their effort to have Christians across all groups that exist in the world. And it’s really no wonder that evangelicals are calling him a ‘martyr’.

Given the infinite resources at the Vatican’s disposal and the huge resources available to other Christian denominations to evangelize and taken into consideration the Joshua Project with its extreme level of coordination, it appears that there’s an international conspiracy against Hinduism.

They have had very little success among other monotheistic faiths but given the huge diversity of India, it makes it much easier for them to further their agenda. And they won’t stop until there are Christians in every group that exist today. By the time they have representation in every existing group, more groups would have popped up naturally or they might simply invent them and their conversion agenda would continue. There is no end to this cycle. And the Indian government needs to do something urgently to put an end to this menace and safeguard the nation from the perils of demographic instability.

India has registered a strong protest with Pakistan over the harassment of the Indian diplomats and denial of access to Sikh shrines to meet Indian Sikh pilgrims visiting Pakistan.

Just a day after India decided to build and develop Kartarpur corridor for Sikh pilgrims, the authorities in Pakistan blocked Indian diplomats from interacting with the Indian pilgrims at Gurudwara Sacha Sauda and Gurudwara Nankana Sahib in Pakistan. Both the Gurudwaras are located in Pakistan’s Punjab region.

On the day of the 550th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev, the Indian diplomats  Arananjit Singh and Sunil Kumar were stopped from entering the Gurudwaras. As per reports, this is the third consecutive incident where Indian diplomats were barred from entering the Sikh shrines. MEA has stated that Pakistan authorities are doing it in order to deflect attention from Pakistan’s violation of the international legal instruments and conventions like the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, 1961 and the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations, 1963.

According to reports, the consular officials of the Indian High Commission in Pakistan were denied entry and were forced to leave from the Gurudwaras despite having obtained prior level permission from the Pakistan Foreign Ministry.

The Ministry of External Affairs released a statement raising grave concerns on the treatment meted out to the Indian diplomats and pilgrims visiting Pakistan. Slamming Pakistan’s provocation, MEA stated that such hostile treatment of Indian High Commission officials and pilgrims is unacceptable and unwarranted.

Expressing concern over the reports of pro-Khalistani banners being displayed to Sikh pilgrims, MEA also said that such attempts to incite communal discord and intolerance and encourage secessionist tendencies with the objective of subverting India’s sovereignty and territorial integrity are not in accordance with the bilateral protocol.

While India granted permission to Pakistan’s High Commissioner to India and other consular officials to travel to ‘Kalyar Sharif’ to meet the pilgrims from Pakistan, the same treatment is not being extended to Indian diplomats by Pakistan. This is not the first time that Pakistan has exhibited its hostility towards Indian diplomats either. In the past too, Pakistan had snubbed Indian diplomats by restricting them from meeting Sikh pilgrims.

Leftist propaganda website The Wire has problems with lots of things, like toilets, cooking gas etc. The latest to be attacked by the website is the humble gamosa from Assam. The rectangular piece of cloth which is one of the most well-known symbols of Assamese culture is actually a symbol of insecurity, declares The Wire.

The reason? The Wire thinks a lot more people are seen with the gamosa around their neck these days. Hima Das, the sprinting sensation from Assam, had it with her after she won medals at international events. People going to watch a cricket match at the newly built cricket stadium in Guwahati were seen with the gamosa on them. Basically, everyone in Assam carries the gamosa with them, suggest the article. And somehow, in some convoluted, liberal way, that is related to the ongoing process of updating the National Register of Citizens (NRC) in Assam.

Out of nowhere, the article on Gamosa brings the brutal killing of two youths in Karbi Anglong district in Assam by a mob. During that time, the rumour of child kidnappers roaming the streets was going on full fledge and people would suspect any unknown people seen in their area. Local people thought the two Assamese youths were child kidnappers, and brutally killed them, while video recording the event. This was the second event of non-Karbi people killed in the district mostly inhabited by people from Karbi tribe. In 2013, one 21-year-old young man named Jhankar Saikia was beaten to death by auto-rickshaw drivers in Diphu town when he refused to pay ₹10 more.

After both the incidents, ‘Assamese’ youths killed by Karbi people were raised. But the writer mistakenly assumes it to be an effort to impose a notion of Assamese identity on Karbis. Of course, the Karbi people, including all other tribes in Assam are Assamese people. But in Assam, the words ‘Assamese people’ are also used to refer to caste Hindu Assamese people, the non-tribal people in the state who speak the Assamese language as their mother language. It is just a nomenclature of convenience, as unlike the Karbis, the Bodos, the Misings, the Rabhas, the Ahoms, the Tiwas, the Dimasas, the Marans, the Mataks, the Sonowal Kacharis, the Bengalis etc, the non-tribal indigenous Assamese speaking people don’t have a separate community/ethnicity name, and that’s why they are usually referred to Assamese people.

It does not mean that only they are ‘Khati Assamese’ (real Assamese), it is just a shortcut to differentiate them from other tribes and communities in the state. The Wire is completely wrong in this assertion.

Coming back to Gamosa (not Gamusa, the mo in Gamosa to be pronounced as the mo in mole), The Wire in the second paragraph correctly says that it is used by all irrespective of ethnic background. But just a few paragraphs below, it makes a 180° turn asserts that Gamosa is not a cultural symbol for all and asks why the other versions of the gamosa of different tribes are not seen in public. Well, that is a weird question, if the gamosa belongs to all communities and not just Caste Hindu Assamese, what is the problem if everyone carries it?

The gamosa is a rectangular piece of cloth woven on a handloom. The most familiar form is white with red borders. The borders on the long side are stripes, while the borders on the short sides are intricate designs woven into the cloth, never embroidered. This is the gamosa that is used to facilitate dignitaries at public events. Gamosa is also an integral part of the Bihu festival. It is wrapped over the Bihu Dhol, the men use it as headscarf during Bihu dance. During Bohag Bihu, newly woven gamosa is gifted to family members and relatives.

Gamosa is also an integral part of religious rites in Assam. A gamosa around the neck is a must while offering prayer at a Namghar, the Vaishnav shrine. The Sanctum Santorum of the Namghar also must have the gamosa, where it is laid on the Guru Aaxon. Often such gamosas are woven with religious motifs.

Yes, gamosa is an integral, inseparable part of Assamese identity. But no, keeping it on you all the time will not ensure inclusion of your name in NRC, that is one of the dozens of misconceptions about the NRC process. Only some political parties and left-wing media outside Assam are worried about NRC, the people in Assam are generally cool about it. In fact, there is no protest in the state despite such a large number of people being left out of the final draft of NRC. The state is seeing massive protests over the proposed citizenship amendment bill, none on NRC. So, the assumption that more people are carrying the gamosa for the NRC is baseless and wrong.

But do we see more people with gamosa these days? Perhaps yes. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is seen with regularly, not just when he is in Assam. Even leftist activist Yogendra Yadav is always seen with a gamosa around his neck. Like Hima Das, more and more people from Assam have received national and international fame. More people from the state are seen on national television these days, and often such people carry the gamosa with them. It is just a matter of a particular item becoming popular, like a food item or a music form.

Moreover, like Modi jacket, the gamosa has also become a fashion statement due to its increased visibility. It does not have anything to with proving one’s identity. And people love it when their cultural symbol is seen carried by an international leader, an international champion, or a Kaun Banega Crorepati winner, only a few leftists may cringe at that. Rest assured, it is not a matter of concern at all.

Nobody is being forced to carry the gamosa, not even indirectly. People are doing it on their own. It does and cannot suppress the identity of other tribes in the state. The Wire should stop worrying about such non-issues, and stop attempting to create animosity in the minds of tribes in Assam against other communities in the state.

Don’t attribute motive to us: Delhi HC in Gurumurthy contempt case

A Division Bench of the Delhi High Court comprising of Justice Siddharth Mridul and Justice I S Mehta, today while hearing a contempt petition against journalist and Economic Analyst S Gurumurthy stated that social media cannot be used to scandalize the judiciary.

As per reports, the contempt petition was filed by the Delhi High Court Bar Association (DHCBA) against S Gurumurthy for posting the tweets asking if Muralidhar J, who had granted bail to Karti Chidambaram in the INX Media bribery case, had been a junior to Karti Chidambaram’s father and Senior Advocate P Chidambaram.

Another Bench of the Delhi High Court had earlier issued a suo motu contempt notice against Gurumurthy last month after he had shared a tweet hinting to bias on the part of Justice Muralidhar after he had passed an order setting aside the transit remand order against alleged Urban Maoist Gautam Navlakha earlier this month.

Gurumurthy’s advocate had said that he was an eminent journalist and the tweet was merely a question and claimed that the petition filed by DHCBA was not maintainable. Justice Mridul observed that the present case does not concern a specific judge but the judicial system. He said, “We are not supposed to defend ourselves on social media. Judges don’t defend themselves. Is this fair comment that you attribute motive to the judiciary? We are dismayed.”

The court also reportedly turned down Gurumurthy’s counsel’s request seeking time to file a reply to the rejoinder filed by the DHCBA saying that there can be no reply to a rejoinder and asked the lawyer to proceed with his defense.

Justice Mridul also expressed his displeasure commenting, “Journalistic license does not give you the right to make unsavoury allegations. We are all in for free press but don’t attribute motive to us”.

The court had directed two social media platforms to block the web links of the offending article leveling ‘scandalous’ allegations against the judge. The matter will be next heard on December 4.

Absolutely unpardonable. This is outright casteist name-calling directed at the PM and a Cabinet Minister. And don’t miss the reference to “pandits” … remember that Jawaharlal Nehru is often referred to as Pandit Nehru.

The only way Congress can possibly atone for this is for Rahul Gandhi to personally apologize to PM Modi and to Uma Bharti.

Instead, Rahul Gandhi came up with a response that didn’t so much as condemn C P Joshi’s remark explicitly.

Wow! Merely expressing confidence that C P Joshi will eventually realize that he has done wrong and suggesting that C P Joshi should express regret.

No condemnation. No apology from Rahul Gandhi. Not even regret from Rahul Gandhi. No expulsion of C P Joshi. Didn’t even ask C P Joshi to apologize, merely suggested that he should express regret.

To a casteist element like C P Joshi, this would feel more like a pat on the back.

The toxic, casteist messaging has been coming from the topmost levels of the Congress Party for a while now.

The remarks of C P Joshi can only be seen as an addendum to those of Congress’ official spokesperson Randeep Surjewala when he explained that Rahul Gandhi is “not only a Hindu but a Janeudhari Hindu“.

The meaning was already crystal clear when the Congress said it at the time. That among the Hindus, the Congress believe there is something very special about being a “janeudhari”. What is special Rahul Gandhiji? Tell us, please.

Around the same time, Mani Shankar Aiyar referred to PM Modi as “neech”. At the time, the media made it appear as if Aiyar had thought of using that expression all by himself. But before this Priyanka Gandhi had herself used the word “neech” for Modi.

Today C P Joshi’s remarks merely provide a confirmation of the thinking within the Congress party.

So it is not like C P Joshi’s words should surprise anyone. Earlier Ghulam Nabi Azad himself had described Modi as a”Gangu Teli”, another direct reference to Modi being born in the Teli caste. We have seen Congress cadre using posters such as this that leave nothing to the imagination.

And yet Rahul Gandhi doesn’t apologize. Doesn’t expel C P Joshi. Doesn’t even condemn.

And neither will anyone from India’s liberal intelligentsia, media or academia condemn C P Joshi. We have had a few stray reactions from them in which they have only expressed irritation at C P Joshi possibly jeopardizing Congress prospects in the Assembly Elections happening less than a week from now. Not one condemnation. Not one call that Rahul Gandhi should apologize.

Where is the entire caravan of Indian liberal revolutionaries who spend their lives delivering heady speeches against caste repression?

I remember one JNU professor who said that Hindu society is the “most violent in the world” because of its repressive caste hierarchy. I would like to know what she has to say about these remarks from Rahul Gandhi’s man.

They get triggered by everything: by the lighting of “Hindu looking” ceremonial lamps, by women wearing sarees, by rasam, by bhajan sandhyas, by Hanuman posters, everything.

Everything they see makes them want to get up and “Smash Brahmanical Patriarchy” and burn Manusmriti. But the one time they hold their peace is when a Congress leader throws casteist slurs at Narendra Modi.

They are still mad at Manu for what he said 2000 years ago. But they have already forgiven C P Joshi.

There is a lesson here for all of Hindu society to remember. Just in case you haven’t figured out the reality of these “activists”, it could not be more clear today. They don’t care even a tiny bit about justice. Their only aim is to divide and defame Hindus, to put them on a defensive, so that they the liberal elite may rule over them.

That is why their idea of smashing “Brahmanical Patriarchy” is to get the OBC Prime Minister voted out of office, to be replaced by a fifth generation ‘janeudhari’ dynast.

Smash hypocrisy.

Attack on Chinese consulate in Pakistan, two policemen killed

The Chinese consulate in Pakitan’s Karachi was attacked today by three (some reports say four) gunmen who opened fire on the consulate in order to get inside.


“There were three attackers and all three have been killed … They could not even get in the compound. They tried to get into the visa section,” the police chief, Amir Shaikh, told reporters. “They tried to get inside but the Rangers and police killed one of the terrorists,” Shaikh said.

Two policemen have reportedly been killed in the attack as the gunmen stormed the Chinese consulate. No Chinese citizens or Pakistani civilians were killed.

Pakistani Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi while addressing a press conference, confirmed, “All of our Chinese friends and officials who work at the consulate, 21 in total, all of them are safe and they have been shifted to a secure location.”

India has condemned the attack on the Chinese consulate.


Jiand Baloch of the Balochistan Liberation Army, taking responsibility of the attack, confirmed that there were three suicide attackers .“They stormed the Chinese embassy in Karachi. China is exploiting our resources,” spokesman Jiand Baloch told over the telephone.

Balochistan, despite its rich mineral and natural gas reserves, remains the poorest province of Pakistan. China, one of Pakistan’s closest allies, has invested billions into the country in recent years as part of a massive infrastructure project that seeks to connect its western province Xinjiang with the Arabian Sea.
