The Ukranian woman explained that her home country, Ukraine, was in chaos as a result of the ongoing war. Later, she stated she would provide him with a box containing $9.7 lakh in cash (roughly Rs 8 crore in Indian currency) to help him launch a new company in India in her name.
The incident is said to have happened at around 3 p.m. on 8th November. The incident came to the fore after former AAP leader Dr Kumar Vishwas tweeted about the matter and alleged that his convoy was hit by a private car in Ghaziabad.
The first information report (FIR) was registered on Tuesday against "app promoter Saurabh Chandrakar", and key accused Ravi Uppal and Shubham Soni, and others for committing the fraud since 2019 until now.
