‘They peddled fake narrative in exchange for crores of rupees illegally taken from foreign sources’: Delhi Police in FIR against NewsClick promoters

"Foreign funds in crores have been infused illegally in India by Indian and Foreign entities inimical to India in pursuance of conspiracy with the intention to disrupt the sovereignty and territorial integrity of India, to cause disaffection against India and to threaten the unity, integrity, and security of India," Delhi Police stated in the FIR.

After the sealing, the promoters and staffers of NewsClick will have to approach the court to get the premises back. Since 6 am in the morning, extensive raids have been going on in multiple premises. Laptops, phones and other gadtets have also been seized by the Delhi Police.
