a meeting was held on Thursday between Air India Express Union and the airline CEO to reach a solution. Apparently, after the meeting, a middle ground has been reached and the strike will end, much to the relief of the travelers.
The DGCA issued a statement in which it noted that Air India leased a Boeing 777 plane that flew to the US without having the required system of emergency oxygen supply.
Air India wrote, “Dear Ms. Jain, we request you to remove the information given in the open tweet, so that no one can misuse it and direct message your complaint with PNR.”
In her post, Shreyti stated that virtually everything on their three seats on Air India was “nonfunctional”, their seats were broken and the in-flight entertainment system was faulty. Additionally, the overhead lights failed to work.
As many as 212 Indian nationals from Israel have arrived at the Delhi airport. Union Minister Rajeev Chandrasekhar was present at the airport to welcome them.
