a meeting was held on Thursday between Air India Express Union and the airline CEO to reach a solution. Apparently, after the meeting, a middle ground has been reached and the strike will end, much to the relief of the travelers.

The termination letter was sent by Air India Express to 30 employees on 8th May who participated in the mass leaves.

The Vistara strike started on Monday 1st April and continues on the third day.

An IndiGo aircraft made contact with stationary Air India Express plane awaiting clearance to enter runway for its scheduled flight to Chennai.

The DGCA issued a statement in which it noted that Air India leased a Boeing 777 plane that flew to the US without having the required system of emergency oxygen supply.

As many as 212 Indian nationals from Israel have arrived at the Delhi airport. Union Minister Rajeev Chandrasekhar was present at the airport to welcome them.
