The end of Mamata's regime has ushered Bengal into a new era of development. The double-engine government in the State is bringing structural transparency, building central partnerships (such as PM-SHRI, Ayushman Bharat, and SASCI), and re-industrialising Bengal. This budget is a roadmap to building a secure, economically competitive, and culturally rooted Sonar Bangla.
