The Supreme Court on Wednesday granted an interim stay on legal proceedings against YouTuber Elvish Yadav in connection with a rave party case, where snake venom and other illegal drugs were allegedly supplied and consumed

Elvish Yadav submitted that he and other accused persons have compromised the matter with Sagar Thakur.

Elvish said in his video that Dhruv Rathee has a habit of blocking users who criticise him while he considers Indian leadership dictatorial. He explained, “Rathee blocks anyone who questions his narrative or criticizes him, which shows his inability to accept criticism.” He added, “Rathee uses bots and mass reporting tactics to suppress opposing views, demonstrating his dictatorial traits.”

SHO of Badshahpur police station, Satish Deshwal stated that the case against Elvish Yadav and Fazilpuriya has been registered following a court order under Section 156(3). 

YouTuber Elvish Yadav was arrested by Nodia police in snake venom case. He was booked for allegedly using snake venom during rave parties.

Besides Elvish Yadav, 10 others were booked by the Sector 53 police in Gurgaon under Indian Penal Code (IPC) Sections 147, 149, 323 , and 506.
