Love Jihad

Imran used a Hindu identity on Instagram to entrap the victim and proceeded to indulge in love jihad with her.

Adil had claimed that a false complaint had been filed to frame him in this case and said that now that the charge sheet was filed, he should be released on bail.

This case pertains to Adil Abdul Patel of Chavaj village whom Bharuch police arrested on January 6, 2024, for luring a Hindu girl using a fake social media ID. Adil, using the name ‘Arya Patel’, trapped a Hindu girl on Instagram.

By repeatedly misleading her, he had physical relations with her on multiple occasions. However, after impregnating her, he abandoned her and fled.

The offender Nizam used a Hindu name as his Instagram ID to trick the victim in love jihad. He has been nabbed and taken to prison.
