Haryana police deny report by YouTube channel which claimed that torn clothes of women were strewn in hills surrounding Nalhar Temple

Reports by two YouTube channels claimed that a cache of women’s torn clothes has been recovered from the hills surrounding the Nalhar Shiva Temple in Nuh, and several women from nearby households have gone missing, during the Islamist violence in Nuh against Hindu devotees. The Haryana police have, however, denied these reports.

The report by ‘Leading Bharat TV’ claimed that the hills in the vicinity of the Nalhar Shiva Temple, the place that witnessed an attack by Islamists against Hindu devotees, many of whom narrowly escaped death in the face of fierce and unrelenting onslaught, had women’s torn clothes strewn around its region.

Many of the locals interviewed in the report said that several women from nearby households have gone missing since violence convulsed Nuh on July 31 and later split into other parts of Haryana, including Gurugram.

Another report by Hindustan 9 UP also showed locals asserting that several women have gone missing in the wake of brutality that broke out in Nuh and subjected to rapes and violence.

Haryana police denies report, ADGP Mamata says no such incident took place

Soon after the report surfaced, Jagran News posted a video statement of ADGP Mamata, who was present at the Nalhar Temple during the Islamist violence against Hindu devotees denies these reports.

According to the Additional Director General of Police (ADGP), Haryana Mamata Singh no such incident took place during the clashes as she herself was present there on the spot.

“A narrative is going on social media since yesterday that the day the devotees were stuck at Nalhar Mandir, gruesome crimes like rape occurred with a few women devotees there during this. I would like to tell you that this is false, a complete rumour,” Mamata Singh told the reporters.

She further said that strict action will be taken against such rumour-mongers. “I am saying this officially as I was present there during the entire incident. Nothing like that happened with any woman. We have already cleared that what actually happened there…Strict action will be taken against such rumour-mongers,” the ADGP said.

She also said that as many as 216 people have been arrested in connection with the violence-related incidents in the state.
“216 persons have been arrested in the state and out of these numbers, 83 are preventive arrests,” she added.

Mewat Shobha Yatra attack

On Monday (July 31), violence broke out in Haryana’s Nuh district during the ‘Brij Mandal Jalabhishek Yatra,’ which was organized by Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal. The death toll from the clashes has now reached 5, including two personnel from the Haryana home guard. The deputy commissioner urged people to stay indoors, venture outside only for essential tasks, and disregard any circulating rumours.

Vehicles were burnt and stones pelted at the Vishwa Hindu Parishad’s Jalabhishek Yatra as clashes erupted between two communities in the Muslim-majority region of Mewat in Haryana.

“Religious Brajmandal Yatra” organized annually by Bajrang Dal, Islamic Jihadis pelted heavy stones, violence, arson and direct bullets from the hills on the pilgrims on the ancient “Religious Yatra” of Nallahad Shiv Temple, the centre of faith and reverence of Hindus in Nuh, Mewat. In which hundreds of vehicles were damaged and burnt to ashes,” said a statement shared by Bajrang Dal on Twitter.

Chilling testimonies of the victims have brought forth the extent of barbarity Hindus in Nuh had faced at the hands of their Islamist assailants. Abhishek Rajput, a Hindu devotee, was first shot at, then his throat was slit and his head crushed with a stone. Similarly, 4 other non-Muslims were hacked to death by Islamist mobs.

Note: This report was based on the claims made in a ground report by a YouTube channel. It has been updated with the statement of Haryana police – ADGP Mamata Singh, who has denied the claims made by the report.

“My arrest was expected”: Pre-recorded video of Imran Khan appears on his Twitter account after his arrest, asks supporters to not sit silent

Following the conviction in a corruption case followed by the arrest of former Pakistan PM Imran Khan, a video message was posted on his Twitter account. The video was recorded in anticipation his arrest, saying that it was expected, and it was posted hours after he was convicted in the Toshakhana case, sentenced to 3 years in jail, fined PKR 1 lakh, and disqualified from con

In the video message, Imran Khan said that when his video message would reach everyone, he would be arrested and he will be in jail.

“My arrest was expected so I recorded this message before my arrest. This is another step towards the implementation of the London Plan, but I want my workers to remain calm, steadfast and strong. We do not bow down to anyone except the Almighty God who is “Al-Haqq”. La illa illa Allah is our faith,” the Tweet with the video message said.

The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman asked his supporters “not to sit silent” after his arrest.

“By the time this video message will reach you, I would be arrested and in Jail…which is why I have a request…an appeal to all of you is that you should not sit at home in silence. These earnest efforts of mine are not for me but for my people, my community, for you. I am doing it for you. I am doing it for the good fortune of your children,” Imran Khan said in his video.

‘If you will not stand for your rights, you will live a life of slavery, and mind you slaves do not have a life,’ he added.

A district and sessions court in Islamabad on Saturday found former Prime Minister Imran Khan guilty in the Toshkhana case for illegally selling state gifts, and sentenced him to three years in prison. He has also been disqualified from politics for a period of five years, and the court also imposed a fine of Rs 100,000 on the PTI chief.

Following the court order, Imran Khan was arrested from his Zaman Park residence in Lahore and was taken to the capital Islamabad. He will be sent to Central Prison Adiala, Rawalpindi, to serve his sentence. The PTI chief has already moved the Supreme Court to challenge the verdict.

Ahead of today’s proceedings, a large contingent of police was deployed outside the court premises with only lawyers allowed inside the courtroom.

The development comes after the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Friday set aside the session court’s verdict on the Toshakhana reference against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman as maintainable and ordered the lower court to rehear the case. The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on August 2 deferred the indictment of former Pakistan PM in the Toshakhana case.

The Toshakhana case registered by ruling party lawmakers is based on a criminal complaint filed by the Election Commission of Pakistan.

Imran Khan had been accused of retaining gifts, received by the Office of the Prime Minister from other countries, either for free or at throwaway prices.

As per the Toshakhana rules, gifts and other such materials received by persons to whom these rules are applicable shall be reported to the Cabinet Division. Notably, PTI Chairman Imran Khan has faced a number of legal cases over his retention of gifts. He has also been disqualified by the electoral body over the issue.

Kanpur: Land given by Hindus to place Tazia during floods now occupied by Muslims, wall erected

0

In Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh some members of the Muslim community have reportedly taken over the property where Hindus once allowed them to keep Tazia and erected a wall there to further their encroachment.

The Hindus own the parcel of land in Bashir Ganj that the Muslims are trying to project as theirs. The latter was reportedly unable to find an appropriate location to pray 36 years ago because of heavy rains, therefore, the local Hindus had agreed to let the community use a space for their prayers, a report in Jagran stated.

Afterward, the organization of Tazia also started there. Now, the Muslim side has begun taking possession of the land and even assigned it the name ‘Imam Chowki’. Notably, no such place existed in the neighborhood.

Tazias from earlier times were kept under a tree in Bashir Ganj area, according to the police probe. When the area was flooded 36 years ago by rainfall, Swami Shri Shiv Narayan Ji Sant Samaj Gurdwara Seva Samiti granted permission to preserve Tazia on its grounds.

It was kept there for the following two years while it poured. The inhabitants of the akhada (Hindu religious organization) made no protests during the time. Tazia was housed on the premises where an idol of Lord Hanuman continues to be present. Furthermore, the Muslims chose to put it in that spot ever since.

The name of the place was also changed to Imam Chowki and the name got associated with the vicinity afterwards. Later, a wall was constructed there to demarcate the akhada from the aforementioned area. The committee has an Akhada stretched across four bighas along with a gurdwara, six rooms and a garden.

Ganesh Das Sonkar is currently in charge of the gurdwara seva samiti, as stated by Joint Commissioner of Police Anand Prakash. The body has been renewed in the year 2020-21. Tazia will be sent back to the original location if the Akhada committee does not approve of its prolonged presence.

Importantly, a previous incident involving a poster that was torn down close to Imam Chowki led to a dispute. Tension in the neighbourhood grew as a result of the same. The police commissioner then mandated an investigation into the matter which led to the clarification of the situation.

“Catch him, hit him, don’t let him run away”, shouted Muslim mob during Nuh Violence: Bank Manager Ravi Gupta shares his horrifying experience

The grisly targeted attack on Hindu devotees during the Jalabhishek Yatra in Haryana’s Nuh by the Islamist mobs has left a deep scar on the mental psyche of countless victims. More riveting first-hand accounts of the horrific terror act are coming out as victims are finally speaking up to shatter the Gobel-esque propaganda being peddled by the Islamo-leftist cabal. In a brazen attempt to white-wash the gravity of the crime and unequivocally call out this act of terror on Hindu devotees, the ecosystem has been shamelessly pinning the blame on devotees.

However, Ravi Gupta (40), who is a manager at the Pinangwan branch of Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank, has recollected his horrifying experience of narrowly escaping the attack by the Islamist mobs in Nuh. The accounts narrated by the victims like Gupta, clearly underscores that the Islamist mob targeted people for their religious beliefs and even brutally attacked those who were not part of the religious Yatra or would have touched the so-called raw nerve of victimhood of the mob in any manner.

According to several victims, the Islamist mob not just targeted and attempted to hold Hindu devotees part of the Yatra hostage, but they also randomly attacked Hindus passing by or living in their neighbourhood.

Bank Manager Gupta stated that he was heading toward his home in Hodal when an Islamist mob intercepted him in Singar. The mob shouted and launched a brutal attack to lynch him.

As per a report by The Indian Express, Gupta said, “At 5.30 pm, I was intercepted by a mob. They were running after someone. Suddenly, someone pointed towards me and said ‘pakdo, maro, bhaag na jaaye’ (catch him, hit him, and don’t let him run away).”

He stated that the mob not only attacked him, they robbed him and burnt his vehicle to foil any attempt to escape from the brutal onslaught.

He added, “They attacked me brutally with lathis. My helmet saved me initially, but they took it off.  They hit me on my thighs, feet, and shoulders. I also sustained a head injury. My mobile phone and Rs 4,000 in cash were gone as they tore my pocket. Later, I learned that my bike was set on fire.”

Subsequently, he stated that he filed a complaint on Friday, 4 August and it has been made part of a “cumulative FIR”.

Hindu patients in a hospital were segregated on a religious basis and attacked by a Muslim mob

Earlier there have been media reports that more than fifty rioters barged into a hospital in Haryana’s Nuh. They assaulted the patients, health workers, and doctors after segregating them on the basis of their religion.

The murderous Muslim mob assaulted Hindu doctors and victims after separating them from Muslims. A doctor’s three-year-old daughter was also beaten with sticks.

The report added that a pregnant woman who was admitted to the hospital was also attacked by the mob. The Islamist mob attacked her with sticks on her arms and legs. The woman collapsed after she was pushed and shoved for trying to escape the mob.

Later, the police analysed the CCTV footage and identified the two accused Nadir and Anjum, who were part of the mob. Both of them were arrested for indulging in riots and violence.

Previously, there was the murder case of Shakti Saini, who worked at a sweet shop. He was dragged from the shop and brutally killed. Later, the mob threw his body at the Chowk. His case had highlighted that the Islamist mob attacked Hindus who were or weren’t a part of the Shobha Yatra.

Hijab row reaches Tripura, Muslim student vandalises headmaster’s office in ‘protest’ against school uniform, gets thrashed

The debate over the wearing of hijab by female Muslim students, in complete disregard for existing school uniform rules, has now reached the northeastern State of Tripura.

A controversy broke out at the government-run Koroimura Higher Secondary School in the Sepahijala district of Tripura recently after the female Muslim students flouted school norms and attended classes in hijab.

On Thursday (August 3), a group of Hindu boys wore saffron-coloured kurta to the school in protest. The headmaster of the Koroimura Higher Secondary School, Priyatosh Nandi, intervened in the matter and urged all students to wear school uniforms irrespective of religion.

He told the media, “After a meeting with teachers, I recently directed all students to attend school wearing proper uniform. However, girl students from the minority community said they cannot follow this directive as wearing hijab is a religious belief.”

When Nandi told the Hindu students to refrain from wearing saffron-coloured kurta in school, they emphasised that rules must apply uniformly to everyone. “…These students asserted they will wear school uniform provided all the students come to the institute in proper school uniform,” he informed.

In the meantime, a 10th Std Muslim student, studying at Higher Secondary School, vandalised the room of the headmaster in ‘protest’ along with his other accomplice.

When he stepped out of the school, he was thrashed by a group of people. The accused, who is said to be a resident of Prabhurampur, was admitted to a nearby health centre. The development was confirmed by Jyotishman Das, the Assistant Inspector General (AIG) of Police (Law & Order).

The situation in the area is said to be under control. The Sepahijala police have dismissed claims of communal attack on the Muslim student and warned against rumour-mongering on social media.

“A specific case in this regard has been registered and an investigation is in progress. It is clarified that the incident is in no way related to any religious issue,” it said in a statement.

Hijab row in Karnataka

In February 2022, some Muslim students from a PU College in Udupi filed a petition in the Karnataka High Court to allow them to attend classes wearing a Hijab. They were denied entry into classes after the college management made it clear that the hijab was not part of the uniform.

Following that, the ‘students’ launched protests while being dressed in burqas. They had started wearing hijab and burqa to their school, college in defiance of the uniform rules since December 2021 after coming in touch with the radical outfit, Campus Front of India (CFI).

On March 15, 2022, the Karnataka High Court held that the Hijab is not an essential practice in Islam and that uniform is a reasonable restriction on the Right to Religion.

Rajasthan: 4 arrested in Bhilwara minor girl rape case, charred remains of the victim were found burning in a coal furnace

Four men and four women have been charged in connection with the alleged gangrape and murder of a minor girl in the Bhilwara district of Rajasthan. This comes after the remains of a 14-year-old girl’s burned body were found on Thursday (August 3) in a coal furnace in Bhilwara. The girl went missing on Wednesday after she went to graze goats.

Reportedly, four men have been arrested and a minor detained by the Bhilwara police. The arrested accused have been identified as Kalu Lal, Kanha, Sanjay Kumar, and Pappu.

As reported earlier, the minor girl had gone to graze goats along with her mother on Wednesday, however, she was somehow separated from her mother. Later, the girl’s bones were also discovered in a brick kiln in a field next to her home on Thursday morning after the locals searched for her again. The girl’s hand, silver anklet and shoes were found burning in the coal furnace.

Meanwhile, IGP Ajmer Range Lata Manoj Kumar said, “So far, four people have been arrested. Since there are no eyewitnesses to the incident, our team is gathering oral, physical, and scientific evidence. Two women were arrested in connection with this crime. “Our goal is to complete the investigation as soon as possible, bring it to a logical conclusion, and ensure that the guilty receive the maximum punishment.”

According to Bhilwara SP Adarsh Sidhu, this is a “rarest of rare cases,” and all efforts would be undertaken to ensure that the accused receive the death penalty.

“We will try to ensure capital punishment for all the accused through a fast-track court. It is the rarest of the rare crimes. The ten accused involved in the crime include six men and four women,” SP Sidhu informed.

Kanha and Kalu, according to the SP, were reportedly involved in the gang rape. Four women, including the wives of two of the male accused, were also implicated in destroying the evidence. The other two women who have been charged are the mother of one of the accused and the sister of another.

According to the authorities, the forensics team will determine if the girl was conscious or unconscious when she was placed in the furnace, as well as whether the body was chopped and then placed into it.

Bhilwara police earlier informed that the case against the accused persons has been registered under sections of rape, murder and POCSO Act.

As reported earlier, the deceased victim’s family had approached the police station to file a missing complaint for the girl, however, the police reportedly refused to act. Now the ASI of Kotri police station has been suspended for his alleged negligence.

‘Lock up the warden in the room and beat him up’, Karnataka Congress MLA provoke students to hit hostel warden over complaints of bad quality food

0

On Saturday, August 5, a video went viral where a Karnataka Congress MLA was seen instigating college students to rough up their hostel warden if their demands are not met. Students at the Karnataka government-run SC/ST legal hostel in Ballari town, including law and B.Ed students, have been protesting over the lack of facilities and poor quality of food served at the establishment.

In the video, KC Veerendra Puppy, the Karnataka Congress MLA from Chitradurga Constituency, tells the students in Kannada, which can be roughly translated to, “If this happens again, lock up the warden in the room and beat him up if he feeds you rotten vegetables. Don’t worry I’m there, this is too much. Take all the worms from the rotten vegetables and feed him the same. Then beat him up, all this will be rectified after that. This is not right.”

Meanwhile, BJP condemned tha Congress MLA’s actions. Defending the students, BJP MLC Tejasvini said that it is the responsibility of the concerned administration to see the demands. He, meanwhile, also said that it was wrong on the part of the Congress MLA to instigate them against the warden.

Speaking to Republic, BJP MLC Tejasvini said, “MLA is a responsible individual and we appreciate him for taking a stand but instigating students to lock up the warden and beat him up, feed rotten food is not acceptable. He should exercise caution in what he speaks.”

Notably, the Students of a Karnataka government-run SC/ST hostel have been protesting against the warden of the hostel accusing the establishment of providing them with low-quality food and poor amenities and facilities. The enraged students had warned the district administration of intensifying the protests if their demands were not met.

Notably, in January this year, as many as 25 students were evicted from the hostel after they had staged a protest in front of the Ballari district deputy commissioner’s (DC) residence protested over the sub-standard food being given to them.

The students were evicted allegedly as per orders from social welfare department officer Sakina.

The warden Shivappa said more students will be removed from the hostel soon. “We will allow them to stay in the hostel once they bring their parents and give a letter of apology,” he added.

Himachal Pradesh: Shopkeeper beats 15-year-old boy, puts chilli powder in his eyes, parades him naked in a market in Shimla

0

A 15-year-old boy was stripped naked, thrashed and paraded in the market on suspicion of stealing a packet of Kurkure from a shopkeeper named Rahul Soni son of Shiv Kumar on 31 July. The latter also rubbed chilli powder in his eyes.

The video of the shocking incident has since gone viral on social media. The police have registered a case and started an investigation. The case pertained to Tikkar Bazar of Rohru subdivision of Shimla district in Himachal Pradesh.

The victim is reportedly of Nepali descent. His mother was hospitalised for treatment after she was feeling unwell. He tried to take a snack from the store because he was hungry and was brutalised on the same day that she passed away.

The news surfaced a week ago, but efforts were put in to bury it. However, the startling footage gained traction on social media and the boy’s father Naresh Kumar lodged a complaint at Rohru police station against the accused on 4 August. He revealed that the sweet store employee blocked his son’s path, severely assaulted him and stripped him in front of everyone in addition to pouring chilli powder in his eyes.

Deputy Superintended of Police Rohru, Ravindra Sharma stated on 5 August that a First Information Report has been launched by the police under sections 341, 323 and 75 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act regarding the crime committed against the innocent.

He added, “The matter is quite serious and the inquiry conducted by the police is thorough. The offender will face the harshest punishment.”

War of words continues between “alliance partners” AAP and Congress: Delhi Cong leader says he could have shown “real truth” of AAP governance to Karnataka Min

On the 4th of August, Karnataka Health Minister Dinesh Gundu Rao visited a Mohalla clinic in Panchsheel Park in Delhi. He was accompanied by Delhi’s Health Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj. The visit was presented as praise of the Mohalla clinics by the media personnel. This was also echoed by Delhi’s Health Minister Bhardwaj and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal.

However, within hours of his visit, Congress Minister Rao gave his verdict and termed the clinics “overhyped”. He even went one step ahead and called his experience “disappointing” and claimed that Karnataka’s Namma clinic and many other southern states have better health facilities than AAP’s Mohalla clinic.

Apparently, Rao’s visit to learn the best practices in the health sphere from its alliance partner, AAP, has now ironically started to take a tol on the health of the newly stitched ideologically amorphous I.N.D.I.A. bloc.

Rather than passing pleasantries, the Congress Minister’s open display of “disappointment” and criticism of their alliance partner’s flagship programme, Mohalla Clinic, initiated a heated exchange, allegations, and counter-allegations against each other.

Congress’ Delhi Unit launches an attack against AAP

Now, the exchange of words over the health department has escalated further with Congress’ Delhi Unit launching a full frontal attack on the Aam Aadmi Party.

On the 5th of August, Delhi Congress’ Senior leader Sandeep Dikshit took to X (formerly Twitter) to accuse AAP, an alliance partner in I.N.D.I.A., of indulging in rampant corruption and giving misgovernance to the state in every aspect. He also expressed his desire that it would have been great if the Congress party’s senior Karnataka Minister had visited them as well. He added that in that case, he would have exposed the real truth of AAP which Rao could have conveyed to those Congress members who are all-praise for Arvind Kejriwal.

Son of former Delhi CM Sheila Dikshit, Sandeep Dikshit wrote, “Wish you (Dinesh Gundu Rao) would have met us also. Wud have shown the real truth of Arvind Kejriwal’s edu, health, finance, environment, water, roads, buses, infra, and rampant corruption. Perhaps you could have conveyed this to his new drum beaters in INC.”

AAP accuses Congress Minister of spreading falsehoods following a mysterious phone call

Earlier, the AAP had hit back at Congress Minister Rao for his alleged U-turn on the Mohalla clinic. They alleged that Rao had received a phone call after which he stormed out of the clinic and changed his stance afterwards. Claiming that only Rao knows why he changed his stance.

In a statement, AAP said, “Dinesh Gundu Rao received a phone call. Following the call, he mentioned an important meeting and left the location. A while later, he tweeted criticising the Mohalla clinic. However, only Dinesh Rao can clarify why his statement changed from praising the Mohalla clinic to criticising it after the phone call.”

Additionally, AAP targeted Congress for comparing Mohalla clinics with Karnataka’s Namma clinic and called the comparison “unjust”. Kejriwal-led AAP alleged that the Congress’ Namma Clinic, in reality, is just a name and it provides only primary treatment for some illnesses like fever. It further added that even this Namma clinic facility was initiated by the BJP government.

With Congress’ Delhi unit jumping into the fray, the matter seems to be far from over and what seemed to be a PR of the Mohalla clinic is fast turning into a catalysing reason for fissures in the just stitched I.N.D.I.A. alliance.
