Shaktipeeth Ambaji’s mohanthal prasad yet to be resumed after the 48-hour ultimatum by Hindu groups; further action to be decided after Holi

On March 5, Hindu Hitrakshak Samiti decided in a meeting to postpone a decision on protests demanding to resume the ‘mohanthal’ prasad at Ambaji Shaktipeeth Temple. Recently, Ambaji Collector issued a directive that the temple’s famous ‘mohanthal’ prasad will be discontinued, and only ‘chikki’ prasad will be given to the devotees. The collector noted that Chikki has a longer shelf life and it will make it easier for more devotees to get Prasad from the temple.

Hindu Hitrakshak Samiti gave a two-day ultimatum to take back the decision. However, on March 5, the organisation held a meeting at Pauranic Shiva Temple and postponed their decision to organise protests in view of the two-day Holi festival starting on March 7. A meeting will be held on March 8 to decide the next course of action to ensure Mohanthal prasad restarts at the temple.

Phaganni Punam, aka Holi Festival, is an important festival for the devotees of Ambaji. Every year, lakhs of devotees visit the temple for Darshan. The organisation decided not to take any action until the festival ends to ensure devotees do not suffer.

No chikki stock

As per reports, the reserve stock of chikki at the temple was exhausted on Sunday. The sudden decision to stop mohanthal prasad has allegedly shown the opposite results.

Mohanthal prasad Controversy

The temple administration at Shaktipeeth Ambaji Temple recently decided to discontinue mohanthal prasad. The change in prasad from the iconic decades-old ‘mohanthal’ to ‘chikki’ at the Ambaji temple, one of the Shaktipeeth, in Gujarat, has led to outrage and protests from the local residents as well as pilgrims. Mohanthal is a sweet made of besan (gram flour), sugar, ghee and milk. It is a traditional Gujarati sweet and has served as a prasad at many temples, including Ambaji temple, for many decades. Chikki is a brittle sweet made with jaggery and nuts, usually peanuts or sesame seeds.

The temple’s decision to change the prasad has been met with outrage. The administration has been given a 48-hour ultimatum to withdraw the order and reinstate Mohan thal as a prasad at the temple.

Uddhav Thackeray targets Hindus, says ‘the country did not get freedom from cow urine’, claims MLAs snatched by sedative injections

Former Chief Minister of Maharashtra Uddhav Thackeray made a controversial statement on March 5 targeting Hindus. In his statement, Uddhav said, “Did our country get freedom by sprinkling cow urine? Did it happen that cow urine was sprinkled, and we got freedom? It was not so. The freedom fighters had made sacrifices, and then we got freedom.”

Irked by the Election Commission’s decision to hand over the Shiv Sena party symbol to Eknath Shinde’s group, the former CM of Maharashtra made several controversial statements. He said the EC is a “Chuna Lagao Commission”. He also called EC the “slave of the people in power”.

As per media reports, Thackeray lashed out at EC during a meeting held at Khed village in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra. He said, “The Election Commission is a ‘Chuna Lagao Aayog’ and is a slave of those in power. The principle on the basis of which the Election Commission took this decision is wrong. The Election Commission has taken away the party name and symbol from us, but they cannot take away the Shiv Sena from me.”

He added, “Shiv Sena was founded by my father and not by the father of the Election Commission. Maharashtra is my family. How will they take care of it? I need you all with me. I want to tell the traitors that they can steal the name and symbol, but they cannot steal Shiv Sena. I want to specifically tell the EC if they are not suffering from blindness, then they should come on the ground and check the situation.”

Uddhav claimed efforts are being made to break him. “It is not an effort to break Shiv Sena but to break Marathi Manush and Hindutva. Those who did not matter to street dogs are now planning to break [us]. They [Marathi Manush] do not accept the decision of the EC. We will challenge the decision in the Supreme Court.”

He said, “Sardar Patel banned RSS. They stole the name of Sardar Patel. Similarly, they stole Subhash Chandra Bose and did the same with Balasaheb Thackeray. I challenge them to ask for votes in the name of Modi and not in the name of Shiv Sena and photo of Balasaheb Thackeray.”

He added, “The government was functioning well, but why was it dissolved? The government fell because we were cheated. Our MLAs were given sedation injections. We have written a letter to the Prime Minister. Kejriwal also came to meet me. He said a lot of things have been happening, and we have to unite. I am ready.”

‘We will respond with development’

Reacting to the remarks made by Uddhav, Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde said, “He (Uddhav Thackeray) should look within himself. Today the place was different, otherwise, his words & allegations were the same. Tomorrow he can call Anil Deshmukh & Nawab Malik freedom fighters. We’ll respond to their allegations by doing development work. We will take the state forward. People are watching and want development works and are not interested in seeing (politicians) abusing each other.”

The cow urine jibe

Cow urine jibe is one of the most popular ways among terrorists, Leftist liberals, to abuse Hindus and Indians. Sadly, this was not the first time Uddhav used the cow urine jibe. In October 2020, he attacked BJP with crass, Hinduphobic references to Gaumutra (cow urine) and gobar (cow dung). The Shiv Sena supremo made derogatory remarks while addressing the annual Shiv Sena Dusshera Mela.

Not to forget, in 2019, a Pakistan-backed Jaish-e-Muhammad terrorist in a suicide attack, killed as many as 40 CRPF soldiers in Pulwama, Kashmir. Following the attack, a video was released in which the terrorist could be heard saying he wanted to punish and kill the ‘cow urine drinkers’ in the name of Allah. The terrorist, identified as Adil Ahmed Dar alias Waqas was seen admitting that he had joined the Jaish-e-Mohammad a year ago. In the video, he referred to Indians as “Gae ka Peshab Peene Wale” (People who drink cow urine).

TMC leader Mahua Moitra is among the politicians who often use the cow urine jibe to attack BJP supporters. DMK leader Dr DNV Senthilkumar S also mocked the BJP-ruled States in the North by making the ‘gau mutra’ jibe on the floor of the parliament.

AAP leader Saurabh Bharadwaj says ‘Baby’ word used in songs refers to little children, ruins thousands of romantic songs for many

Senior Aam Aadmi Party leader and Greater Kailash MLA Saurabh Bharadwaj ruined thousands and thousands of romantic songs in one sentence earlier today. While questioning the decision of the National Commission for the Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) to demand action against AAP leader Atishi, Bharadwaj said that the word “Baby” used in songs refers to little children.

Demanding action against Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Manoj Tiwary as well from NCPCR, Bharadwaj made this statement. Referring to the song “Baby Beer Pee Ke” from the Bhojpuri actor and singer, Saurabh Bharadwaj said, “I know only one thing. Baby beer pee ke naache chamm chamm chamm chamm chamm. Check the meaning of baby on Google, it means shishu (little child).”

He further said, “If little kids hear this song at someone’s home, then what will they think? They will think that ok little children are dancing after drinking beer and who is saying that, BJP’s Member of Parliament Manoj Tiwary.”

While the bizarre comment left some people scratching their heads in confusion, it left others wondering what was the meaning of all the romantic songs they were hearing for years.

Was Shakira talking to a child when she said, “Oh, baby, when you talk like that, you make a woman go mad.” Was ‘Hips don’t lie’ really about pedophilia? Were The Beatles really asking little children to cry when they sang ‘Cry Baby Cry’, what was even the meaning of the song “Everyone’s trying to be my baby”, we can’t even begin to imagine.

Was “Baby I love your way” actually about the singer liking a path made by little children, did Enrique just want to be hero to little children when he said “I can be your hero baby”. (Awww cute Enrique). Justin Beiber just wanted to hang out with little kids when he sang baby and shot to stardom? Britney Spears bizarrely wanted to be beaten up by little children, is that a pedophilic kink?

50 Cent singing “have a baby by me baby” gets a horrific meaning now, doesn’t it? Bonjovi saying “And baby, I was made to be your man” is just so eww now, isn’t it?

Thank you Saurabh Bharadwaj for opening our eyes, and letting us know that music industry is just a bunch of pedophiles singing out their disgusting pedophilic fantasies.

No, Holika was not ‘Bahujan’: this Holi, burn the falsehoods and anti-Hindu rhetoric peddled by caste-politicians

This is Holi time, and like clockwork, the usual and expected anti-Hindu hate rhetoric around major Hindu festivals is back, like the flu, again.

Though the casual hate against Hindu festivals is something that we have gotten used to now, there are some takes so stupid that one cannot help but laugh.

The claim that the ritual of Holika Dahan is a symbol of hatred against a woman is an example.

Nobody “burned” Holika, she prepared the pyre herself and sat on it to murder her nephew

Recently, a video had gone viral where Nirdesh Singh, a female YouTuber, uploaded a video discussing the festival of Holi. She can be heard saying in the video that we consider ourselves to be citizens who live in a civilized society, but ask ourselves whether it is appropriate to celebrate by burning a woman alive in a civilized society. She claimed that the ritual of Holika Dahan is wrong because it teaches children that the idea of burning a woman is ok.

Singh’s interpretation of the ritual is that it is about ‘burning a woman’ and that should not be celebrated. What she totally misses is that the ritual is about burning the evil forces and praising the good. The woman in question, Holika was never ‘burned’ by anyone. She made a pyre herself and sat on it because she wanted to burn her little nephew to death.

Because the little Bhakt Prahlad was a devotee of Lord Vishnu, he was protected from the flames. Holika, though blessed with the power to survive fire, invited her own death by plotting to murder an innocent child, her own nephew. The evil act rendered her powers ineffective and she was charred to death by the fire she had herself lit to kill Prahlad. This is the story of Bhakt Prahlad that every Hindu is aware of. So Holika Dahan is not about a “cruel society” burning a woman, like the false equivalence of Sati cited by Nirdesh Singh. The ritual is a reminder of how the most powerful persons cause their own downfall when they decide to use their powers for evil acts against innocents.

Holika’s gender has nothing to do with it either. Not just Holika, but her brothers Hiranyaksha and Hiranyakashipu were both killed at the hands of Lord Vishnu for their acts of evil.

‘Holika was a Dalit/Bahujan woman’ : another falsehood

Another favourite rant against the Hindu festival of Holi is that Holika was a Bahujan woman and the ‘celebration’ of the Holika Dahan ritual is the symbolic hatred against Bahujan women perpetuated by Brahminical patriarchy.

Only the most idiotic minds can invent such a rant that is completely devoid of substance.

Holika was a Brahmin woman, the daughter of a great Brahmin sage

Contrary to what the caste politicians try to peddle about Holika, she was not a Dalit or Bahujan woman. Hindu scriptures clearly describe her ancestry. Holika was the daughter of the great Brahmin rishi Kashyapa and his wife Diti. The claims of Holika being a Bahujan woman is pure falsehood.

Rishi Kashyapa and his wife Diti had three children. Holika, Hiranyakashipu and Hiranyaksha. All three of them had demonic characters and inflicted atrocities on innocents. Hiranyakshya and Hiranyakashipu were killed by Lord Vishnu in his Varaha Avatar and Narasimha Avatar respectively. Holika got charred to death while trying to kill the child Bhakta Prahlad.

Prahlad, a dharmic and just boy, was anointed as the king after his father’s death. Prahlad’s son was Virochana, who later became the father of King Mahabali.

The celebration of the Onam festival to honour King Mahabali is also criticised by some usual elements, claiming that King Mahabali was a Dalit. This is false too. King Mahabali, though described as an Asura king, as the descendant of Rishi Kashyapa, was a brahmin, just like Ravana who was the son of Brahmin Rishi Vishrava.

Nikah ceremony takes place inside Hindu temple in presence of maulvi in Himachal Pradesh

A Muslim couple was married according to the Islamic wedding rituals at a Hindu Temple premises in Rampur of Shimla district on Sunday, reports news agency ANI.

As pre reports, the wedding took place in Thakur Satyanarayan temple complex premises run by Vishwa Hindu Parishad. People of the Muslim and Hindu communities came together and witnessed the wedding ceremony of the Muslim couple in the temple.

The Nikah ceremony was performed on the temple premises in the presence of Maulvi, witnesses and a lawyer.

The nikah ceremony took place at that the Satyanarayan Temple complex which also houses the the district office of Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh.

Thakur Satyanarayan Temple Trust Rampur General Secretary Vinay Sharma told news agency ANI, “Vishwa Hindu Parishad runs the temple and the district office of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. Vishva Hindu Parishad and RSS are often accused of being anti-Muslim. But here a Muslim couple got married on the Hindu temple premises. This is an example in itself that Sanatan Dharma always inspires everyone to move forward by including everyone.”

Mahendra Singh Malik, father of the girl told news agency ANI, “The marriage of the daughter has been done in the Satyanarayan temple complex, Rampur. The people of the city, be it the Vishwa Hindu Parishad or the temple trust, have led a positive and active cooperation in organizing this wedding.

“With this, the people of Rampur have presented a message of brotherhood among the people,” he added.

The bride is M.Tech civil engineer and gold medalist and his son-in-law is a civil engineer.

According to Islam, a nikah can take place only between two people who are Muslims. In this case, the bride, daughter of Mahendra Singh Malik, would have converted to Islam if the nikah took place with a Muslim man. Islam also forbids worshiping any other gods except Allah and idol worship is the biggest sin. Hindu temples have idols of the deities which are prayed in the temple.

CBI team reaches ex-Bihar CM Rabri Devi’s residence in land-for-job scam case

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Monday reached the residence of former Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi in Patna in connection with the land-for-job case.

The CBI officials told ANI that the CBI team has visited Rabri Devi’s residence in connection with the land-for-job case. The official version from the CBI is awaited.

Earlier on October 7 last year, the CBI filed a chargesheet against former Bihar chief ministers Lalu Prasad, Rabri Devi, their daughter Misa Bharti and 13 others in the alleged land-for-job scam.

According to the CBI, the chargesheet has been submitted before a CBI court in Rouse Avenue here.

“During the investigation, it has been found that the accused in conspiracy with the then GM Central Railways and CPO, Central Railways engaged persons as substitutes in lieu of land either in their name or in the name of their close relatives. This land was acquired at prices lower than the prevailing circle rate and much lower than the market rate. It was also alleged that the candidates have used false TC and submitted false attested documents to the Ministry of Railways,” the CBI claimed in a press statement.

The alleged scam occurred when Yadav was Railway Minister between 2004 and 2009. Apart from the RJD leader, the chargesheet also includes the name of the then Railway General Manager.

The FIR, registered in the matter earlier, reads that from 2004 to 2009, various persons were appointed as substitutes in group D posts in different Railways zones in exchange for land, by the unknown Public Servants of the Indian Railway and later they were regularised.

It was further alleged that unknown Public Servants of the Indian Railway did not follow the instructions/ guidelines etc issued by the department during the relevant period for the appointment of substitutes in group D posts in Railways.

The FIR further reads that enquiry has revealed that some individuals although residents of Patna, Bihar but were appointed as substitutes in group D post during the period 2004-2009 in different zones of Railway located at Mumbai, Jabalpur, Kolkata, Jaipur, Hajipur and in lieu thereof the individuals themselves or their family members transferred their land in the name of family members of Lalu Prasad Yadav, then Minister of Railway, Govt of India and a Company M/ s AK Infosystems Private Limited.

The FIR added, “Out of seven instances of land transfer, it is revealed that three sale deeds were executed in favour of Rabri Devi, wife of Lalu Yadav, one sale deed was executed in the name of Misha Bharti, daughter of Lalu Prasad Yadav, one sale deed was executed in favour of M/s AK Infosystems Private Limited, in which later Rabri Devi became major shareholder, in the year 2014 and currently she is one of the Director of the Company. Two gift deeds were executed in favour of Hema Yadav, daughter of Lalu Prasad Yadav.”

The enquiry has prima facie indicated that Lalu Prasad Yadav as Minister of Railways, Government of India as a public servant by abusing his official position obtained a pecuniary advantage in the name of his family members in the form of land in the matter of appointment of substitutes in group D post in different Zones of Railway, the FIR read.

Rahul Gandhi gets a tip from a Nehru-Gandhi family friendly journalist after his unhinged anti-India propaganda at Cambridge, here is what he said

On Saturday (March 4), a ‘journalist’ named Suresh Kumar Gupta chided Rahul Gandhi over his anti-India rant at the University of Cambridge. The incident took place during an interactive session, organised by the Indian Journalists’ Association (IJA), with the Congress scion in London.

A long-standing member of the IJA and a supporter of the Nehru dynasty, Suresh Kumar Gupta narrated, “Mrs Gandhi, your grandmother, was like an elder sister to me. She helped me a great deal and she was a wonderful woman…She came here in a press conference in London after being imprisoned by Morarji Desai.”

“A journalist asked her – What is your experience of prison in India. And she said I don’t want to talk anything bad about India in this conference. Now, you are being constantly attacked in the Indian media for your Cambridge lecture,” he further added.

“I hope you will take some lesson from what Mrs Indira Gandhi said because I am your well-wisher and I like to see you become the Prime Minister of India,” Gupta lamented at the lack of political acumen in Rahul Gandhi.

The Congress scion was completely taken aback but the interviewer Danish Khan (President of the Indian Journalist’s Association) immediately interjected and came to his rescue. This gave sufficient time to Rahul Gandhi to come up with a response.

Rahul Gandhi hints at foreign intervention to save Indian democracy

At about 28 minutes into the session, Rahul Gandhi cried foul over the lack of foreign intervention to safeguard democracy in India.

He remarked, “How would you react if something 3.5 times Europe suddenly went non-democratic? That’s happened already…But there is no reaction…If we are talking about Europe, that’s the thing that shocks me. There is no reaction…”

“There are of course reasons for not reacting, such as trade and money. But Indian democracy is a public good…The surprising thing is that the so-called defenders of democracy such as the United States and European countries seem to be oblivious that a huge chunk of the democratic model has come under,” he added.

“It is a real problem… The Opposition is fighting that battle and it is not just an Indian battle… It is the battle for a huge part of the democratic peak on this planet,” Rahul Gandhi emphasised.

Anti-India propaganda at Cambridge talk

While delivering a lecture to the MBA students of Cambridge University, Congress’ Rahul Gandhi spoke on topics like the Hathras case, the Pulwama attack and the Pegasus row to peddle his anti-India propaganda.

He launched one of his usual attacks on the Modi government and said that it was undermining the democracy of India. While delivering a presentation at Cambridge University, Rahul Gandhi lied that the Israeli spyware Pegasus was being used to monitor his phone.

Rahul Gandhi, who walks with dozen of commandoes, party leaders and supporters surrounding him, claimed that he walked very safely in Kashmir, even through the stretch in Pulwama where a “car bomb” killed 40 soldiers, and he saw two “militants” there.

He went ahead to claim that the militants saw him but could not harm him, because he was promoting the idea of non-violence and peace. Rahul Gandhi even compared the BJY to Gandhi’s Dandi March, drawing equivalence with the freedom struggle against the British, painting himself as carrying the legacy of Gandhi (they are not related), of fighting against tyranny.

While travelling in container trucks modified into ultra-luxury residences on wheels, equipped with all luxury amenities, and under VIP security, he went on to describe how the yatra was about facing difficulties and challenges.

Usman alias Vijay Kumar who fired first at Umesh Pal shot dead in an encounter by UP Police

Identified as Usman Chowdhar alias Vijay Kumar, the accused was a member of the Atiq Ahmed gang and was the first to fire a shot at Pal. The encounter took place in the Kaundhiyara area of Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.

As per reports, Usman sustained bullet injuries during the encounter. He was shifted to Swaroop Rani Nehru Hospital, where doctors declared him dead. Umesh Pal murder case

Since then, at least ten teams of UP Police and other agencies have been carrying out raids at various places. Amid this, the Creta car used in Umesh Pal’s murder was recovered from Atiq Ahmed’s house. Atiq Ahmed is one of the accused in the Raju Pal murder case as well.

Raju Pal was murdered on January 26, 2005, after being elected as an MLA after defeating Atiq Ahmed’s brother Ashraf on a BSP ticket. In 2004, Atiq was elected MP from the Phoolpur constituency. Pal’s wife had accused Atiq, his brother and three more of murdering her husband.

Umesh Pal was one of the witnesses in the Raju Pal murder case. Seven shooters, of which two were from the Atiq gang, were allegedly involved in Umesh Pal murder last week. Atiq Ahmed is currently lodged in Ahmedabad’s Sabarmati jail, where he is believed to have hatched the conspiracy.
