Amid the ongoing controversy over the song ‘Besharam Rang’ from the upcoming movie Pathaan, it is learned that the producer of the movie Yash Raj Films is left with very little option but to either change the color of the bikini worn by the Actress Dipika Padukon in the song or delete the song in its entirety from the movie.
According to the reports, a close friend of producer Aditya Chopra revealed that the unit can’t afford to take any risks at present and that they might completely delete the song from the movie. “They are likely to remove the song completely as it has already been given ample coverage before release,” he said.
He also added that the producer Aditya Chopra was not in the position to take any risk with the movie’s release, especially after his earlier two films Bunty Aur Babli 2 and Jayeshbhai Jordaar failed to perform well at the box office.
The controversy around Shah Rukh Khan’s recent movie ‘Pathaan’ sparked after BJP leader Narottam Mishra from Madhya Pradesh objected to the movie song named ‘Besharam Rang’ and said that the song had hurt the religious sentiments of the Hindu community. The state Home Minister said that the way the colors saffron and green have been used in the costumes used in the song is objectionable.
“I advise the makers of the film to fix the objectionable parts of the song. Earlier, Deepika Padukone had stood in support of the ‘Tukde Tukde Gang’ at JNU. Her mentality was exposed. I believe the song’s title ‘Besharam Rang’ is also objectionable. Changes need to be made, failing which we will take a call on whether the film should be screened in Madhya Pradesh,” he said.
Also, the Madhya Pradesh Ulema Board objected to the song claiming that the song and the movie have hurt the religious sentiments of the Islamic community.
Pathaan is an upcoming Indian Hindi-language action thriller film directed by Siddharth Anand, based on Shridhar Raghavan’s script and Anand’s plot. It is the fourth part in the YRF Spy Universe, produced by Aditya Chopra for Yash Raj Films, starring Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham in the lead roles.
Pathaan is scheduled to be released in India on January 25, 2023, over the Indian Republic Day weekend, alongside dubbed versions in Tamil and Telugu.
A complaint has been registered in a court here against former Congress president Rahul Gandhi for making derogatory remarks against Vinayak Damodar Savarkar during his ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra‘ in Maharashtra recently.
On Friday, additional chief judicial magistrate A K Srivastava issued an order directing complainant Nripendra Pandey to present evidence under section 200 of the CrPC. After he investigates himself and his witnesses under CrPC section 202, the court will decide whether or not to take cognizance of the offences and summon the Congress leader.
Pandey had filed an application under section 156(3) of the CrPC requesting the registration of an FIR against Gandhi. The court, however, refused to direct the police to investigate and instead registered the case as a complaint.
The court fixed January 9 as the next date of the hearing.
Other complaints filed against Rahul Gandhi
Notably, Rahul Gandhi’s remark against Veer Savarkar during his Bharat Jodo Yatra ran him into trouble. On Thursday (November 17), a case was registered against Rahul Gandhi for the same reason. The complaint was filed by Balasahebanchi Shiv Sena leader, Vandana Dongre, with the Thane police station and the Congress scion was booked under Indian Penal Code (IPC) Sections 500 (Punishment for defamation) and 501 (Printing or engraving matter known to be defamatory).
Another complaint was filed with the Shivaji Park police station by Ranjit Savarkar, the grandson of Veer Savarkar, against Rahul Gandhi for insulting the legacy of the Indian freedom fighter. He also named Maharashtra Congress President, Nana Patole, in his complaint.
Derogatory comments of Rahul Gandhi against Veer Savarkar
The Congress scion had gone on a vitriolic tirade against Veer Savarkar during the Maharashtra leg of his ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra.’ On Tuesday (November 15), Rahul Gandhi claimed that the freedom fighter took a pension from the British government to work against the Indian National Congress (INC).
Again on Thursday (November 17), he reiterated that Veer Savarkar helped the British government and wrote mercy petitions “out of fear”. Rahul Gandhi accused the Indian freedom fighter of betraying the likes of Jawaharlal Nehru, Sardar Patel and Mahatma Gandhi in the Akola district of Maharashtra.
He alleged, “Veer Savarkar, in a letter written to the British, said – Sir, I beg to remain your most obedient servant” & signed on it. Savarkar helped the British. He betrayed leaders like Mahatma Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru & Sardar Patel by signing the letter out of fear.”
He continued, “While he was lodged in Andaman jail, Savarkar wrote a letter to the British pleading with them that he be pardoned and released. He took a pension from the British and worked against Congress.”
“After coming out of jail, he accepted the British proposal and joined their force. The difference between Savarkar and Birsa Munda is that he died fighting against the British when he was just 24 years old,” Rahul Gandhi further claimed.
Under the pretence of eradicating crime, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has been carrying out mass surveillance drives in its Uyghur Region, Tibet, that has led a group of global lawmakers to urge their individual governments to halt business with companies like the PRC state-backed BGI Group and US company Thermo Fisher that are supplying the PRC government with technologies to conduct biometric surveillance, Geopolitik reported.
This legislative group’s action is a huge step toward guaranteeing that any subsequent action using mass DNA collecting is outlawed. According to Human Rights Watch, the bottom line is that these collection drives could be seen as part of ongoing efforts by Beijing to establish a police presence at the grassroots level throughout the region.
Since June 2016, the PRC government has been undertaking a massive DNA collection operation in the Tibet Autonomous Region, according to Human Rights Watch and other organizations.
It is estimated that this initiative reached up to one-third of Tibet’s total population, including many children. According to investigations, at least one American corporation, Thermo Fisher, has provided DNA profiling kits to the Tibet Autonomous Region’s police, reported Geopolitik.
Human Rights Watch’s findings also make clear how Chinese officials are conducting a systematic collection of the DNA of people living in the Tibetan Autonomous Region by drawing blood from children as young as five without their parent’s knowledge or consent.
Earlier, China used biological means to sterilize thousands of Uyghur Muslims, which has shown horrific results.
And the recent mass DNA collection drive occurring in Tibet where Human Rights Watch identified drives in 14 distinct localities across 7 prefectural-level areas indicates how wide this project is under the current regime.
Tibet under Chinese occupation has been repressed since 1949 when the People’s Republic of China (PRC) was established. However, the collection of genetic material is not new to China as its ministry of public security runs the world’s largest forensic DNA database, which probably contains more than 100m profiles. This activity involves gathering samples from criminal suspects or victims of crime, similar to what western countries do.

Moreover, for Tibetans, it was common knowledge that if you have family and links in Tibet, you must be apolitical even if you are personally far away from the direct clutches of Beijing’s authoritarian rule.
The reason is that your family members were immediately questioned, threatened and even sentenced due to your actions that occurs far beyond the jurisdiction of Beijing, reported Tibet Press.

A day after the Nepal Court ordered the release of French serial killer, widely known as the ‘bikini killer’ named Charles Sobhraj, Bollywood actor Randeep Hooda mocked the Times of India print media edition for confusing ‘reel’ Charles Sobhraj with the real one.
Times of India print media edition from Dehradun published the photograph of Randeep Hooda as the house reported the news of the Nepal Supreme Court issuing orders to release Charles Sobhraj, the French serial killer. The photograph printed was a still from a Bollywood movie named ‘Main Aur Charles’ in which Hooda played the lead role of Charles Sobhraj.
“Is that a back handed compliment Times of India or did you genuinely get confused between the ‘real’ and ‘reel’ Charles Sobhraj?” Hooda said on Twitter as he hilariously mocked the media house for its error.
Is that a back handed compliment @timesofindia or did you genuinely get confused between the “real” and “reel” Charles Sobhraj ? ?? pic.twitter.com/5Fa1DwMjra
Actor Randeep Hooda portrayed the role of Sobhraj in the movie ‘Main or Charles’ which was released in the year 2015. The film is a hypothetical thriller inspired by true events. It is recounted from the standpoint of an Indian officer, Amod Kanth, who worked on the case of Sobhraj. In the movie title, ‘Main Aur Charles’, ‘main’ refers to the character of Amod Kanth and ‘Charles’ to Charles.
Apart from the film ‘Main Aur Charles’, a web series named ‘The Serpant’, based on the life of the serial killer was also released in 2021 on Netflix.
On Friday, Sobhraj was released from the Kathmandu jail after the apex court there ordered his discharge on the grounds of his age. Sobhraj was imprisoned in Nepal since 2003 after he was arrested on allegations of murdering American tourist Connie Jo Bronzich in 1975 and has spent 19 years of a 20-year sentence.
According to the reports he was also jailed by the Indian authorities and was sent to Delhi’s Tihar jail for poisoning a group of French tourists in 1976. He was in jail till 1997 after which he returned to his home in France. It is said that Charles has murdered around 20 women from countries like India, Thailand, Nepal, Turkey, and Iran.

Manadaviya has also stressed the importance of public awareness campaigns regarding adherence to Covid-appropriate behaviour in view of the upcoming festive season.
He asked the State Health Ministers to personally monitor and review the preparedness of all infrastructure and ensure adequate stock of essential medicines.
Notably, Union Health Ministry has already issued “Operational Guidelines for Revised Surveillance Strategy in context of COVID-19” in June 2022 which calls for early detection, isolation, testing and timely management of suspected and confirmed cases to detect and contain outbreaks of new SARS-CoV-2 variants.
On Thursday Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya told Parliament, India will start randomly testing two per cent of international passengers arriving at its airports for COVID-19 in view of rising cases of COVID in China and other countries.
The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare informed on Saturday morning informed that in the past 24 hours, India recorded 201 new COVID-19 infections.
The country’s active caseload currently stands at 3,397 which accounts for 0.01 per cent of the total cases.
The recovery rate currently is at 98.8 per cent. As many as 183 recoveries were made in the last 24 hours, thereby taking the total recoveries to 4,41,42,791.
The daily positivity rate stood at 0.15 per cent, while the weekly positivity rate stood at 0.14 per cent.
Mandaviya told parliament on Thursday that the government has started random RT-PCR sampling among the passengers arriving at international airports in the country amid the recent surge of coronavirus infection in various countries including China, Japan, South Korea, France, and the United States.

On Friday, December 24, Trinamool Congress (TMC) leader Kirti Azad issued an ‘apology’ over his tweet which made insulting remarks about Prime Minister Narendra Modi without really apologising for insulting the Prime Minister. This comes after the TMC distanced itself from Azad’s disparaging remarks about PM Modi’s traditional attire which he wore during his Meghalaya visit.
Taking to Twitter, Kirti Azad in a series of tweets said that his previous tweet was misconstrued and that he has immense respect and pride for India’s diverse culture.
“My recent tweet was misconstrued. It hurt sentiments of the people. To them I say sorry. have immense respect & pride for our diverse cultures. I regret the hurt caused by my unintentional remark. I reiterate my pledge to work to uphold our constitutional values always,” Azad tweeted.
My recent tweet was misconstrued. It hurt sentiments of the people. To them I say sorry. have immense respect & pride for our diverse cultures. I regret the hurt caused by my unintentional remark. I reiterate my pledge to work to uphold our constitutional values always
The “soldier of TMC,” however, did not apparently apologise for derogatory remarks he made about PM Modi.
“As a soldier of the party, I have always followed the path laid down by our Constitution which calls for respecting and honouring our diversity. Anything that appears like an inadvertent digression from that path is absolutely regrettable,” another tweet by the former cricketer read.
As a soldier of the party, I have always followed the path laid down by our Constitution which calls for respecting and honouring our diversity. Anything that appears like an inadvertent digression from that path is absolutely regrettable.
Notably, on Wednesday, Kirti Azad tweeted a photoshopped image of PM Modi wearing a traditional attire of Meghalaya during his visit to Shillong to insinuate that PM Modi was wearing a woman’s attire.
In his now deleted tweet, Azad also wrote a derogatory caption which read, “ “It’s neither male nor female. It’s just the priest of fashion.”
Apparently, the TMC leader called the Prime Minister to be a transgender person or a cross-dresser.
As we reported earlier, the image that Azad shared was photoshopped and that two images were combined to create the fake image.
The official Twitter handle of the Trinamool Congress, posted a tweet distancing itself from Azad’s tweet mocking PM Modi.
“We uphold India’s diversity & respect the vibrant culture of our nation. Proudly, we celebrate the ethnic traditions of diverse people and strive to empower them. We do not support @KirtiAzad’s comments & strongly condemn it. His remarks do not reflect the party’s views,” a tweet by the official Twitter handle of TMC read.
Azad’s tweet sparked outrage on Twitter with netizens slamming Azad for stooping to a new low just to express his hatred for PM Modi. Besides, the Chief Minister of Meghalaya also called out Azad’s derogatory tweet.
Meghalaya CM Pema Khandu quoted Kirti Azad’s tweet (now deleted) and called Azad’s “mockery of the rich tribal culture and heritage as contemptuous and abominable and also an affront on the dignity of womanhood.”
It is pertinent to mention that PM Modi’s image used in the doctored image is from his recent visit to Meghalaya on Sunday.
On Sunday, December 18, 2022, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a North Eastern Council (NEC) meeting in Shillong. The meeting was held to mark the North Eastern Council’s formal inauguration in 1972 and its golden jubilee. During this program, PM Modi was dressed in Khasi attire.
On Friday (December 23) morning, a Maldivian politician named Abbas Adil Riza courted controversy after he called for an arson attack on the Indian High Commission in the capital city of Malé.
Abbas is currently a member of an Islamist political party named Progressive Party of Maldives (PPM) and had earlier served as the Commissioner General of Customs during the rule of former President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom.
In a tweet, Abbas Adil Riza wrote, “The 8th February arson attacks in Addu were carried out on India’s order. We haven’t retaliated to that yet. I propose we start from the Indian High Commission. #IndiaOut”
Screengrab of the controversial tweet by Adil Abbas Raa
The controversial tweet by Abbas, wherein he threatened violence against the Indian High Commission, was retweeted 58 times and liked by 32 people at the time of writing.
The PPM politician was referring to the violent protests, which took place on February 8, 2012, following the ouster of President Mohamed Nasheed at ‘gunpoint.’ After Nasheed was ‘forced’ to resign, his supporters held demonstrations at Republic Square in Malé.
This led to a clash between the protestors and the police, with the latter responding with lathi charge and tear gas shells. Several supporters of President Nasheed were also arrested. Abbas Adil Riza has now claimed that the violence by Nasheed’s supporters was orchestrated at the behest of Indian authorities.
He has now vowed to take ‘revenge’, 10 years after the incident, and directed his followers to attack the Indian High Commission in Malé.
Political parties in Maldives condemn tweet by Abbas
After realising the long-lasting damage that the tweet by the PPM leader can cause to the bilateral ties with India, the ruling Maldivian Democratic Party (MDP) condemned the statement.
“The MDP condemns in the strongest terms the call for an arson attack on the Indian High Commission and calls on the authorities to investigate the matter. The MDP also condemns the opposition’s continuous effort to incite violence & hatred towards friendly nations,” it said in a tweet.

Another political party nzmMaldives Third Way Democrats (MTD), which came into existence in 2018, also criticised the statement by Abbas Adil Riza.
“MTD condemns the call for arson attack & inciting terror against the Indian High Commission in Maldives by PPM member and former government official Abbas Riza. India is our closest neighbour & they are always there for Maldives in every time we needed,”

Maldives Reform Movement, a political party founded in 2019, stated, “MRM strongly condemns this cowardly incitement of arson and terrorism, targeted at High CommissionIMaldives. The so-called ‘India Out’ campaign began in 2020 as on-ground protests, which later shifted to social media as a ‘hashtag campaign’. Besides the Progressive Party of Maldives (PPM), one of the frontrunners of this anti-India campaign has been a news outlet by the name of Dhiyares.
While speaking to The Indian Express, Dhiyares co-founder Shifxan Ahmed alleged, “We are just protesting military presence in the country. We are not calling for a violent clash against India or Indians in the Maldives.”
According to one research analyst, Dr Gulbin Sultana, the ‘India out’ campaign is led by former President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom. Sultana added that it is not a civil society movement anymore but rather a political movement.
It must be mentioned that former President Yameen, who is behind the campaign, had been pro-China during his tenure between 2013 and 2018 as Maldivian President.
Owing to the anti-India sentiments fuelled by the divisive campaign, Indian teachers had been at the receiving end of harassment from protestors. ‘India Out’ campaigners had targeted 2 Indian teachers on two different islands under the garb of protests. They were asked to leave the country.
The cases were confirmed by the Education Ministry of Maldives. “The ministry has also filed a case with the police since the Shaviyani Funadhoo School’s wall has been vandalized with spray paint, in a sign that reads India Out,” a report in The Edition stated.
The Maldives is of strategic importance for both India and China, with the Communist regime trying to exert its influence in the Indian Ocean. To counter this, India has invested large sums of money in the island nation and has now become of the largest investors in the island nation.
One of the primary arguments behind the ‘India out’ movement is the alleged presence of Indian military forces in the island nation. While speaking on this matter, Chief of Staff at President’s Office Ali Zahir said that the presence of foreign military did not automatically imply foreign control over the Maldives.
“Even our own military personnel are stationed in various countries abroad,” he added.
On Friday, December 23, Madhya Pradesh police booked a wrestling coach for abducting a minor Muslim girl from Bhopal. Naveen Nara, a wrestling coach from Rohtak district in Haryana converted to Islam to marry his 16-year-old girl who is a Muslim wrestler. MP police claimed that Naveen was already married.
Speaking on the case, Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Riyaz Iqbal said that “The girl’s father told us that they met Naveen in Rohtak in July at a wrestling event. Naveen began attempting to persuade them to take their daughter to Rohtak for training. In August, Naveen travelled to Bhopal to visit the girl, but the family didn’t entertain him because they didn’t like his behaviour.”
The DCP further said that the family of the girl filed a complaint at Shyamla police station accusing Naveen of abducting their daughter in a car. Following the complaint, Naveen was booked for abducting a minor.
According to the DCP, while conducting an investigation, police located Naveen’s home in Charkhidadri in Jhajjar while tracking the stolen car.
“The girl was located in Rohtak, where he had married her by converting to Islam since he was already married and she was a minor,” DCP Iqbal added.
As per a Times of Indiareport, the couple got married as per the Islamic rituals in a Mosque at Nayagaon in Mohali.
Notably, the minor girl, citing a recent ruling of Punjab and Haryana High Court which held that a Muslim minor girl can marry a person of choice upon attaining puberty, filed a petition in Punjab and Haryana HC seeking protection for the couple from her family.
Umesh Yadav, Shyamla Hills police station in-charge said that the girl quoted the High Court’s October 28, 2022 ruling, which stated that a Muslim girl’s marriage after reaching puberty would not be invalid under section 12 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act 2006, to legalise their marriage. “We showed the court the CCTV evidence that proved he kidnapped the girl from Bhopal. On December 9, the girl was handed over to us by the court.
Despite everything, Nara was able to avoid arrest. According to a senior police official, they found the girl residing with him in Rohtak but chose not to arrest him due to the high court petition. “The girl appeared in court on the day of the hearing, and we brought her back,” the police officer added.
Notably, the girl was not willing to return to her parents and was repeatedly saying that she was not abducted. She said that she went along with Naveen and married at her own free will.
It is pertinent to mention that a woman named Jaya Phogat claiming to Naveen Nara’s first wife had filed a petition alleging that Naveen had not changed his religion while marrying the Muslim minor girl.
According to Shyamla police station inc-charge, the girl was handed over to her family members after counselling. On Friday, she recorded her statement in court that she was not abducted.
In the matter of Notification published in the Official Gazette on 28-9-22 declaring the Popular front of India and its associates and affiliates as unlawful association a Public Notice was issued in the State of Tamil Nadu on 9/12/2022 where evidence in form of Affidavits was called for against the proscribed PFI and its associated organisations. The Sufi Islamic Board filed an affidavit in the matter, listing evidence against PFI and supporting the ban on the Islamic organisation.
Calling PFI an organisation inspired by the Muslim Brotherhood, the affidavit says that Sufi Islamic Board had written to Tamil Nadu DGP to deny permission for the ‘Unity March’ that was proposed by PFI in several cities on the 10th of March 2022. For that, PFI sent a legal notice to Sufi Islamic Board and a counter notice had been furnished. On the 25th of March 2022, SIB held a press conference outlining the Jihadi threat posed by PFI and Turkish organisation IHH, especially after India had decided to be neutral on the Russia-Ukraine war.
SIB states in the Affidavit that PFI shares its ideology with the Muslim Brotherhood (MB), an International Terror organization, which has been banned in many Countries like Egypt, Syria, Saudi Arabia etc. The PFI dotes Muslim Brotherhood-based International terrorists like Aiman Az Zawahiri and Yusuf Qardawi. The International terrorist Aiman Zawahiri, the leader of the UN-banned Al Qaeda, is also a Muslim Brotherhood activist. He has also pledged allegiance to the Taliban which in turn is spearheaded by another International Terrorist Yusuf Al Qardawi who had issued a fatwa (religious edict) to Kill President Qaddafi of Libya. This Yusuf Al Qardawi had supported terrorism in Kashmir. In 2009, Al-Qaradawi issued a fatwa (religious edict), asserting that “the Kashmiris were properly fighting jihad against the Indian army.” and that the proclamation of jihad was legitimate.
Providing evidence of PFI’s Jihadi activity, the affidavit says that PFI had before the Egyptian Embassy in Delhi against the death sentence awarded to Qatar-based Jihadi Yusuf-al-Qaradawi and the ousted president of the Muslim Brotherhood. It says that PFI is aware of the role played by Qaradawi in the killing of Col Qaddafi and establishing a reign of terror in Libya. He had also called for Jihad against the Syrian government by calling it the ‘party of Satan’. In fact, the affidavit lists PFI Islamists who had then travelled to Syria on the call of Qaradawi and it says that these Islamists had gone to wage Jihad with the held of the Turkish Islamist organisation IHH.
In 2018 the leaders of PFI met had İnsan Hak ve Hürriyetleri İnsani Yardım Vakfı, “IHH” leaders in Turkey with a view to widening the ambit of Jihad. Ali Fuat Yılmazer, former head of the police intelligence department of Turkey specializing in extremist religious groups, testified in a Turkish court hearing on 16 August 2016 that “IHH” campaigns are designed to provide assistance to jihadists engaged in terrorism worldwide and to provide medical assistance, finance, logistics and human resources to jihadists.”He himself had provided detailed reports on the relations of the terrorist organization IHH with Erdoğan when he was Prime Minister. In the Affidavit it has also been stated that PFI knows that Russia revealed the irrefutable involvement of the “IHH” organization in terrorist activities, according to intelligence documents submitted to the UN Security Council on February 10, 2016.
The affidavit then goes on to list the terrorist activity espoused by IHH and says that if IHH is connected to ISIS and Al Qaeda, both proscribed terror outfits then by extension PFI also becomes a terror organisation by virtue of its association with IHH.
The affidavit further says:
On 7th of April 2022 at 11.15 pm the Sufi Islamic Board received a Tweet on its Official Twitter Handle from Dr. Al Massari and His Organization Party of Islamic Renewal stating “For siding with Hindutva-Brahman supremacist fascism against Muslims i.e. Hijabi Muslim school girls & Popular Front of India etc the @sufiboard exposed themselves as munafiq kaffirs”. Along with this Tweet, some other Tweets were also tagged to PFI and its state units. In one of the tagged tweets there is a copy of a letter/statement attached with the heading “Letter to the Popular Front of India. Disregard Bans and re-organise into a Revolutionary Army… in the coming civil war”.
In this letter which was addressed to PFI, it is said that Jihad against the Indian regime is the right of all Muslims on Earth and it is positive to see Muslims in India mobilising under The Popular Front of India. The letter continues: “ as such, Muslims in India have the Islamically legitimate right to carry out insurgency, sabotage and and espionage against the officials of the of the Indian regime involved in the oppression and as well as soldiers and Police officers enforcing oppression.”
In this letter it is also said that already the “Sufi Islamic Board (Shaukat Ali the deponent herein ) has criticized Popular Front of India for radicalizing the Muslims. it is the fascist BJP / RSS Hindutva Brahmin supremacist policies which are alienating the Muslims and if groups like Sufi Islamic board do not fall in line behind the project to protect the Muslims of India from prosecution and potential genocide they should be dismissed as munafiq (hypocrites) / Kafir (non muslims) which the treacherous Shaukat Ali (Advisor, International Affairs, Sufi Islamic Board) has clearly shown to be’…“To achieve in house cleaning must also be done ( Euphemism for killing opponents)…if war should erupt and if they and the enemies of Islam and Muslims either militarily or through propaganda they can be treated as Harbi Worriors / munafik / kafir and can be engaged militarily along with other forces engaged in the operation of Muslims.”.
PFI is fully aware that Al Massari’s call for jihad, insurgency, sabotage, espionage, against India is unlawful activity as defined under UAPA 2(o) which is punishable under section 13 of UAPA. As a so called organization standing for “communal harmony” , PFI is aware it has also committed sedition as it has brought hatred or contempt, disaffection towards the Government of India. It has promoted enmity between different groups on grounds of religion punishable under Section 153A IPC . It has incited others to commit terrorist activity like use of drone, 3D printing(counterfeiting ) , killing army and police officers punishable and cyber terror, under section 15 of UAPA and 66F IT Act respectively. By supporting the Taliban Haqqani Network and Al Qaeda Dr. Al Massari and his organization is their manifestation. By giving tacit support to Dr Massari and his Islamic Renewal Party, the PFI has shown support to an organization banned by the UNSC and UAP Act 1967 .
If PFI were a “law abiding Organization”, PFI would know that Al Massari has deliberately circulated this statement with intent to cause mutiny in the Defence forces and to create fear or alarm in the public or to induce others to commit offences against the State to incite the misguided elements among the Muslims to commit offence against the Hindus which is punishable under section 505 IPC.
If PFI claimed to believe in human rights then it would also be aware that the statement of Al Massari also criminally intimidates the members of Sufi Islamic Board for performing their constitutional duty of fighting disruptive and terrorist forces, Yet PFI remained silent which amounts to agreement with Al Massari, The Letter itself shows that there is a nexus between the Popular Front of India and Terrorists Organizations of the World and together they want to spoil the National Fabric of our Nation. The tweets were also tagged to PFI but till its ban the PFI did not come forward disapproving the tweet which shows an undeniable nexus and decimates PFI’s contention that it stands for “national integration, communal amity and social harmony and rule of law in the Country” .
Like birds of a same feather flying together, Al Massari choose to address PFI not any other organization in India to launch a jihad against the Government of India. From Al Massari’s clarion call to PFI to launch Jihad , any reasonable mind can come to a conclusion that PFI was being held in high esteem by like minded terrorists which lends credence to this ban. From a conspectus of the above, it is clear as daylight that the PFI harbours ill will to communal harmony and wants to bring Global jihad in India in order to convert India into another Syria.
