Speaking with India Today TV, Munni Devi said that the family feels the police are hiding something about the Badaun double murder case which has made her son "very angry".

Javed has claimed that he wasn't involved in any way with the murders and Sajid had emerged covered in blood.

OpIndia talked to a local Dulichand in Sakhanu who said that Sajid's family is not native to this village. He stated that Sajid's family had changed their home twice previously. Sajid's family used to reside in Kakrala and Uprala villages in Badaun.

The people in Badaun shared that the accused's family had taken over the barber business in the neighbourhood and they have 11 shops in the area.

Two Hindu children were brutally hacked to death by Sajid and Javed in UP's Badaun, sending shockwaves across the country.

However, SSP has denied the black magic angle in the double murder case.

Pertinently, Sana said that her husband had no relationship with any other woman. Both Sajid’s wife Sana and his mother Najin denied having any information about the whereabouts of Sajid and Javed.

According to the FIR copy accessed by OpIndia, accused Sajid had told the mother of the deceased Hindu children, “Today, I have done my work.”

The SP media cell blamed the BJP over the Badaun double murder case, highlighting the torching of the murderer Sajid's shop instead of condemning his horrifying deeds.
