The Bombay High Court has acquitted all 12 accused in the 2006 Mumbai train blasts case, citing lack of reliable evidence and weak prosecution. The verdict comes nearly a decade after some were sentenced to death and life imprisonment.

The area where the Dargah was located earlier was quite small which has now been expanded to more than a thousand square feet. The Hindu community protestors say that the expansion of the Masjid behind the Dargah has been undertaken without the state’s permission, hence illegal. 

A student from Singed Academy of Engineering in Pune was arrested for resharing pro-Pakistan post that criticized Operation Sindoor.

Three cars were vandalized and at least 21 police officers were hurt in the assault. 21 persons have been arrested by police.

The Bombay HC noted that TISS action did not violate freedom of expression of the student or act in a discriminatory manner.

The Bombay HC observed that the special court had issued the order without thoroughly examining the details or assigning specific roles to Buch and the other accused.

Bombay High Court announced that the girl had a consensual relationship with the perpetrator and was aware of her actions.

The court rejected the claim by both families stating they had resolved the issue and intended to stay peacefully. Acknowledging the specific allegations in both FIRs, the bench concluded that the legal process should proceed through trial.

"The petition is bereft of any substantiating and supporting material and contains absolutely bald and vague allegations," the HC said dismissing the plea against Adani Group.

 The corporation contended that the marriage may only be registered once under the Act and that the couple did not furnish the documents necessary for registration.
