Madhya Pradesh High Court denied bail to Mohammed Shahid Khan, an Islamic terrorist who was arrested by the National Investigation Agency in 2023 when it busted the ISIS Jabalpur module

In Bhopal Central Jail, a prisoner named Rajesh attacked an ISIS terrorist named Md Shahid with his handcuffs on 5th November at around 7:30 am

The Centre-appointed tribunal that examined the ninth renewal of the prohibition on the Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI) under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act maintained the ban on SIMI.

The sources told News18, “The way they have been absconding for so long and yet carried out a blast again clearly suggests they are getting financial and logistics support from outside India.” 

Two top ISIS leaders of ISIS module in India were arrested by and STF team of Assam Police in Dhubri in Assam on in the early morning of 20 March.

During the court hearing, prosecution counsel Vijay Fargade told the court, “Probe has revealed that a part of the proceeds from the armed robbery in Satara were used to purchase components to assemble a bomb. Probe has  also revealed these members… used the proceeds of the crime for terror funding.”

The NIA has taken custody of arrested terrorist Mohammed Sulaiman, Shayan Rahman alias Hussain, Anas Iqbal Shaikh and Syed Sameer
