Sonal Mehrotra Kapoor, an anchor working with the controversial channel NDTV, has self-quarantined after singer Kanika Kapoor, who is also the sister-in-law of the anchor, was tested positive for coronavirus on Friday.

Taking to Twitter, Sonal Mehrotra Kapoor confirmed that she has been in self-isolation for the last three days after she caught cold. Kapoor also stated that one of her relative i.e Kanika Kapoor was tested positive for the Coronavirus, which has made her go into quarantine. Before that, she threw a dinner party that was attended by nearly a hundred people. Vasundhara Raje and her son Dushyant were one of those who attended her dinner party. The BJP MP Singh has now tested negative for the virus.
