Pakistani Hindu humiliated by police : Head, moustache, eyebrows shaved off

Pakistan based Human Rights Activist Kapil Dev has claimed that a Hindu trader named Chunilal was humiliated after he was shaven clean by the Shikarpur Police for lending money on interest to his customers.

He took to Twitter to express his concerns to the relevant people.

As per Dev, after taking cognizance of the shameful act, the concerned authorities have directed to suspend SHO of Shikarpur Police who had shaved Chunilal.

Hindu population in Pakistan has been decreasing ever since partition took place due to reasons like forced conversion, abduction of young girls and murder. The incidents against Pakistani are very frequent where they have to undergo humiliation and alienation at the hands of the local people and the authorities. In a recent incident, Pakistani Hindus had raised objections over misrepresentation of Lord Shiva. To avoid such humiliations, many of them migrate to India to start a better life.
