After arresting Tajinder Bagga, AAP spokesperson threatens BJP leader Kapil Mishra saying ‘you are next’

Earlier today, a team of Punjab Police arrested and took away BJP leader Tajinder Bagga from his home in Delhi’s Janakpuri. Bagga’s allegedly illegal arrest has sparked a major debate and outrage all over social media and the BJPpolitical sphere.

BJP leaders and supporters have stated that the blatant misuse of power displayed by Kejriwal by using Punjab Police to threaten and arrest a political opponent will be protested. Displaying that Bagga’s arrest was politically motivated, AAP spokesperson from Delhi Ghanendra Bharadwaj told BJP leader Kapil Mishra that ‘he will be next’.

Ghanendra Bharadwaj on Twitter

BJP leader Kapil Mishra had stated in a tweet, “Punjab Police had sent 50 officials to arrest and drag BJP leader Tajinder Bagga from his home. Bagga is an honest Sikh whom you cannot intimidate by such activities. Why are they so afraid of a an honest Sikh man?”

Responding to Kapil Mishra, Ghanendra Bharadwaj tweeted, “Mr Mishra, u spew venom frequently. Rectify yourself or you will be the next”.

Kapil Mishra has responded to Bharadwaj’s intimidating tweet by saying, “AAP’s dictatorship, police and jail cannot silence us. The only thing that Bharadwaj’s tweet proves is that the Punjab Police is now a mere tool for AAP to silence the political opponents of Arvind Kejriwal.”

Allahabad HC junks petition by Irfan seeking permission for Azaan on loudspeakers in the mosque, says ‘not a fundamental right’: Read full details

On Wednesday (May 4), the Allahabad High Court dismissed a writ petition filed by one Irfan, wherein he sought permission for using loudspeakers from the premises of the mosque to play the Azaan (Islamic call for prayer). He was represented in court by advocate Sachin Kumar Sharma.

Irfan filed an application on August 20 last year, seeking permission to play Azaan on loudspeaker from Noori Masjid. The said mosque is located in Dhoranpur village in Bisauli Tehsil in the Budaun district of Uttar Pradesh.

However, his application was turned down in a rejection letter/order dated December 3, 2021, by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM). Aggrieved by the order, Irfan had moved Allahabad High Court. The matter came up for hearing before a 2-Judge Bench of Justices Vivek Kumar Birla and Vikas Bhudhwar.

The petitioner alleged that the rejection of permission to play Azaan on the loudspeaker was ‘illegal’ and violative of his fundamental rights. After hearing his counsel, the Allahabad High Court observed that the use of loudspeakers from mosques is not a fundamental right.

“The law has now been settled that use of loudspeaker from the mosque is not a fundamental right. Ever otherwise a cogent reason has been assigned in the impugned order. Accordingly, we find that the present petition is patently misconceived, hence the same is dismissed,” the Judges ruled.

Reciting Azaan over loudspeaker not a necessary part of Islam: Allahabad HC

Earlier in May 2020, the Allahabad High Court held that while reciting Azaan by a Muezzin from a Masjid is integral to Islam, the use of amplifying devices such as loudspeakers did not constitute essential practice.

The Court ruled that usage of such devices for ‘Islamic call to prayer’ was not protected under Article 25 (Right to Freedom of Religion) of the Indian Constitution. A Division Bench comprising Justices Shashi Kant Gupta and Ajit Kumar had observed that the use of amplifying devices is subject to public order, health, morality, and other provisions of Part III of the Indian Constitution.

The Court’s order came after Public Interest Litigations (PILs) were filed by MP Afzal Ansari, Congress leader Salman Khurshid, and Advocate S Wasim A Qadri, following the order of the District administration to restrict the recital of Azaan, amidst the Coronavirus lockdown.

UP Police remove over 11,000 loudspeakers

Last month, the Uttar Pradesh police removed over 11,000 loudspeakers from religious places across the state. The volume of 35,000 loudspeakers was reduced to the permissible levels as per the guidelines.

The action by the UP Police was taken based on the order of the Yogi Adityanath-led government wherein all districts were asked to comply with the UP Pollution Control Board’s guidelines on loudspeakers by April 30, 2022.

The maximum number of loudspeakers (2,395) was removed from Lucknow. Other cities that saw the maximum impact of the order were Gorakhpur (1,788), Varanasi (1,366), Meerut (1,204), Prayagraj (1,172) and Bareilly (1070). Lucknow topped in terms of reducing the volume of the loudspeakers (7,397) as well. Other prominent cities on the list included Bareilly (6,257), Meerut (5,976), Gorakhpur (5561) and Varanasi (2,417).

BJP leaders and supporters reach Janakpuri Police Station, call Kejriwal ‘Hitler’, Bagga’s location unknown

BJP leader Tajinder Bagga was arrested earlier today on May 6 by the Punjab Police. As news of Bagga’s alleged illegal arrest spread, a large number of BJP leaders and supporters were seen reaching the Janakpuri Police Station.

Times Now shared a video where a large number of BJP leaders were seen outside the Janakpuri Police Station. As per reports, there is no update yet on whether the local police were informed regarding Bagga’s arrest, as is required under the protocol.

Speaking to Times Now, BJP supporters said that this is the reason why Arvind Kejriwal wanted a police force under his command. They added that Tajinder Bagga is a political leader, a candidate and holds political positions in the BJP, he is not a terrorist. The way the Punjab Police has been treated and arrested, just for issuing a statement against Kejriwal is a sign of anarchy and lawlessness that AAP and Kejriwal brings.

Delhi BJP President Adesh Gupta stated that Bagga’s arrest was an illegal act and the Punjab Police team even manhandled Bagga’s father.

“Tajinder Bagga has been illegally detained by Punjab Police. They didn’t allow him to even wear his turban. A complaint was filed over manhandling of Tajindar Bagga by his father. Kejriwal’s Hitler-like act will cost him. Punjab Police is acting on directions of Kejriwal”, Delhi BJP President Adesh Gupta stated to ANI.

As of now, Bagga’s location is unknown. He was reportedly taken away by a large team of Punjab Police officials who had arrived in multiple vehicles early in the morning at Bagga’s residence.

Bagga’s father has told OpIndia that first, there were two policemen who entered the house and started talking very politely. There was nobody else in the house except him and Bagga at that point. In the meantime, the BJP leader got dressed and came out. After exchanging some pleasantries, several other policemen started entering the house forcefully. When they started entering the house, Tajinder Bagga’s aged father tried to record a video of their high handedness and while he was doing so, one policeman pulled him inside the room and assaulted him.”

Bagga’s father has stated that the BJP leader was not even allowed to wear his turban and even get dressed properly before being taken away forcefully by the Punjab Police team.

Punjab Police has stated that Bagga has been arrested under the process of law and he is being brought to be produced at court after being arrested by the SIT of SAS Nagar Police.

Earlier, Punjab Police had registered an FIR against Bagga for his criticism of Arvind Kejriwal after the Delhi CM mocked ‘The Kashmir Files’ movie during the budget session of the Delhi assembly calling it a jhoothi film. The film depicts the sufferings of the Kashmiri Hindus during the genocide they suffered in Kashmir in late 1980s and early 1990s.

Subsequently, the FIR against Bagga was withdrawn the next day as revealed by Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga in a tweet. However, later reports stated that an SIT has been formed to investigate Bagga over his statements against Arvind Kejriwal.

Will not hesitate to take serious action against perpetrators who practice forceful religious conversion in schools and colleges: What Madras HC said

Given rampant forceful conversions, on Thursday, the Madras High Court wondered why guidelines to prevent religious conversion in schools could not be framed and said that it would not hesitate to take serious action against the perpetrators who practice forceful conversion in the educational institutions in Tamil Nadu.

It pondered why shouldn’t it direct the Tamil Nadu government to take preventive action against forceful religious conversion in schools and colleges. A division bench of Justices R. Mahadevan and S. Ananthi was hearing a petition by Chennai-based advocate B. Jagannath.

While the advocate sought directions to the Educational Department to take all necessary steps including corrective measures to prohibit and ban forced religious conversion in Government-run schools and educational institutions, the Court said ‘there is right to profess any religion but not to convert forcibly’.

According to the reports, the petitioner proposed to set up an Internal Complaints Committee at District Level to stop the rampant forced conversion rackets. The advocate said that the committee would act as a fact-finding committee with an appellate remedy before the concerned District Collector. He also stated that the Christian Missionaries are allegedly supported by the State government and target Hindu girls in educational institutions. “They humiliate and abuse Hindu students. They discriminate on the basis of religion and torture Hindu girls to accept other religion”, the petition read roughly.

The petition further cited the recent incident in Thanjavur district where Lavanya, a school student committed suicide after being pressured to convert to Christianity. In her dying declaration, the young girl had stated that her missionary school had pressurised her to convert to Christianity and she had been subject to harassment for refusing to convert. The state government, media and police had tried to suppress the conversion angle in the case and had ignored the dying declaration, prompting her family to approach the HC seeking a CBI inquiry. The Madras High Court had ordered a CBI probe in the case.

Also, in a government school in the Kanyakumari district, a student was allegedly forced to kneel down for not acceding to the demand for conversion. Advocate Jagannath sought firm steps against conversions and stated that Court intervention was necessary in preventing religious conversions.

The bench will hear the case in detail on Friday, May 6, 2022.

Viral video from Karnataka: Amidst chants of ‘Allahu Akbar’ and ‘Naara e Takbeer’, Muslim group declares Kavalande village as ‘Chhota Pakistan’ on Eid

A shocking video from Karnataka’s Mysuru has gone viral on social media platforms in which Muslims were heard declaring their village Kavalande in Nanjangud taluk of Mysuru district as “Chota Pakistan”.

According to the reports, the Muslims had assembled on the streets of Mysuru district’s Kavalande village on Tuesday on the occasion of Eid-Ul-Fitr. A large group of locals were seen occupying public roads to offer Namaz on the day of the festival.

The Muslim mob chanted the slogans of “Allahu Akbar” and “Naara e Takbeer”. The police were also heard asking the crowd to disperse.

Following this, the person recording the video can be heard saying, “Look at the gathering at our village”, to which another person speaking in Urdu was heard saying, “Yeh bi Pakistan hain, Chota” (This is mini Pakistan).

Then, the person recording the video says, “Kavalande bhole tho Chota Pakistan, theek hai” (Kavalande means mini Pakistan).

Following the incident, Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai on Thursday said he would ask the Superintendent of Police there to look into the matter and take necessary action.

“I will speak to the SP to look into it and take action,” Bommai said.

‘Don’t patronize us’: India calls for de-escalation at UNSC meet on Ukraine, Permanent Representative to UN shuts Dutch Ambassador on Twitter

On Friday (May 6), the Permanent Representative of India to the United Nations, TS Tirumurti, lambasted Dutch ambassador Karel van Oosterom for patronising India for abstaining from voting against Russia at the United Nations Security Council (UNSC).

A day earlier, S Tirumurti had made a statement in the UNSC about the ongoing situation in Ukraine, in the aftermath of Russia’s full-scale invasion. He had remarked, “Ever since the commencement of the conflict in Ukraine, India has been consistently calling for the complete cessation of hostilities and for pursuing the path of dialogue and diplomacy as the only way out.”

“India has strongly condemned killing of civilians in Bucha and supported the call for an independent investigation. We support all efforts to alleviate the suffering of the people of Ukraine.,” S Tirumurti had emphasised.

He further added, “India remains on the side of peace and therefore believes that there will be no winning side in this conflict and while those impacted by this conflict will continue to suffer, diplomacy will be a lasting casualty.”

“The conflict is having a destabilizing effect with broader regional and global implications. Oil prices are skyrocketing and there is a shortage of food grains and fertilizers. This has had a disproportionate impact on the Global South and developing countries,” the Permanent Representative of India to the United Nations stated.

S Tirumurti pointed out that India had been sending humanitarian supplies, such as medicines, medical supplies and essential relief materials to Ukraine and its neighbours. “We support calls for guarantees of safe passage to deliver essential humanitarian and medical supplies, including through the establishment of humanitarian corridors,” he emphasised.

Lastly, he called for the non-politicisation of humanitarian principles and added that the current global order is the result of respect for international law, sovereignty, and territorial integrity of other countries.

S Tirumurti slams Dutch Ambassador to the United Kingdom

Minutes after S Tirumurti tweeted the transcript of India’s statement to UNSC, Dutch Ambassador to the UK, Karel van Oosterom, tried to insinuate that India did not respect the UN charter.

Screengrab of the Twitter exchange between the two diplomats

“You should not have abstained in the GA. Respect the UN Charter,” he wrote. Oosterom ended up receiving a befitting reply from the Permanent Representative of India to the United Nations. “Kindly don’t patronise us, Ambassador. We know what to do,” responded S Tirumurti.

India abstained from voting against Russia at the UN

Russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022. A day later, India abstained from voting on the United Nations Security Council resolution that criticised the actions of Russia.

Addressing the emergency session of the UNSC, TS Tirumurti said that India was deeply disturbed by the turn of developments in Ukraine and urged that all efforts be made for the immediate cessation of violence and hostilities. “No solution can ever be arrived at the cost of human lives,” he had said.

According to news agency ANI, through its decision, India had retained the option of reaching out to relevant sides in an effort to bridge the gap and find the middle ground with an aim to foster dialogue and diplomacy.

Nagaraju had offered to convert to Islam before his wife Sulthana’s family brutally murdered him: Read details

Telangana’s capital city Hyderabad remains tense after a Hindu man was murdered by his Muslim wife’s family over their inter-faith marriage. The 25-year-old Billapuram Nagaraju, a resident of Marredpally, was stabbed to death by two Muslim men, one being Sulthana’s brother, at the Saroornagar Tehsildar’s office on Wednesday night.

According to the reports, Nagaraju, who had married 23-year-old Syed Ashrin Sultana alias Pallavi just months ago despite objection from the family, had promised Sultana’s mother that he would convert to Islam. However, according to Sulthana, her mother did not listen.

Sulthana’s brother Syed Mobin Ahmed, who is a fruit vendor and another accused, Mohammad Masood Ahmed, a car mechanic by profession, had stopped the couple near Saroonagar and attacked Nagaraju with an iron rod. The accused had stabbed Nagaraju and had thrashed him mercilessly with an iron rod in public. Nagaraju died on the spot.

The heartbreaking visuals have gone viral on social media platforms, in which a speechless Sulthana was seen standing on a road, surrounded by crowds, staring at her husband’s body.

Reportedly, Sulthana begged the bystanders to save her husband amidst the assault, however, nobody came forward to help her.

“Nagaraju was beaten by five members at the signal. I begged everyone to let us go. He was killed in front of everyone, can’t the world see? At the signal, I requested people for help. I tried to save Nagaraju by covering him. But five other people were pushing me away from him, and other people were beating him. He was wearing a helmet, but despite that, they kept assaulting him,” Sulthana was quoted as saying.

Accused observed Nagaraju’s movements, says witness

According to Republic TV, the witnesses in the case said that the accused Mobin and Masood observed Nagaraju’s movements and chased his bike to assault him, as they were against Sulthana’s marriage with Nagaraju.

Shivaleela, a family friend of the deceased and a witness in the case, said the incident occurred in front of her house and informed the same to the complainant over the phone.

The FIR has been registered under Sections 154 and 157 of the CrPC, IPC Section 302 (murder) and Section 3 of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

As per the FIR, Nagaraju had left his wife Ashrin at Lingam’s house and picked her up from Lingam’s house around 8.45 PM on his Honda Unicorn bike, he proceeded towards his house at Brundavan Colony. As he took a U-turn towards Post Office from Main Road, 100 metres from his house, Ashrin Sulthana’s elder brother Syed Mobin and his brother-in-law Masood Ahmed came on a bike and stopped them, throwing the couple to the ground.

“Immediately, Mobin beat Nagaraju with the iron road on his head. After 2-3 times, he gave the iron rod to Masood. When Mobin was beating Nagaraju, Masood held Nagaraju. Mobin stabbed him with a knife, and Masood beat his head with an iron rod indiscriminately,” the FIR read.

Earlier, one of Nagaraju’s relatives had said that the girl’s family had killed Nagaraju since they belonged to different religions.

Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga arrested by Punjab police, ‘police assaulted me too when I tried to take video’, says leader’s father: What happened

BJP leader Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga has been arrested by the Punjab Police from Delhi. Initial reports indicate that 50 policemen in 10-12 cars came to arrest Tajinder Bagga from his residence.

Several individuals from the BJP close to Bagga took to Twitter to break the news about the leader’s arrest.

Tajinder Bagga’s father, speaking to OpIndia confirmed the development. He said that first, there were two policemen who entered the house and started talking very politely. There was nobody else in the house except him and Bagga at that point. In the meantime, the BJP leader got dressed and came out. After exchanging some pleasantries, several other policemen started entering the house forcefully. When they started entering the house, Tajinder Bagga’s aged father tried to record a video of their high handedness and while he was doing so, one policeman pulled him inside the room and assaulted him.

Thereafter, the policemen dragged Bagga from the house and arrested him. His father tells OpIndia that in the process, they did not even let him put on his turban even as Bagga kept requesting them to let him get dressed properly. “They took his phone with them too”, he said.

On the 2nd of April, National Secretary of BJP youth wing, Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga had revealed that Punjab Police had reached his house in Delhi to arrest him. As per Bagga, Punjab Police took this step without intimating him about any FIR against him, and even without informing the local police, as per the norms.

Posting a tweet back then, Bagga had said, “Punjab Police Car number PB65AK1594 reached my home to arrest me without informing local police. Now they are tracking my friends’ addresses and going to their homes. No information of FIR, Police station, Sections against me to me till now.”

However, it was later revealed that an SIT had been formed to probe Tajinder Bagga for “harming and causing hurt” to Arvind Kejriwal by his tweets.

What Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga had said against Arvind Kejriwal

On March 30, Tajinder Bagga’s statement was played by India TV during coverage of the protest outside CM Kejriwal’s house. In the statement, Bagga said, “The way biggest genocide in India’s history after independence was mocked in Delhi Assembly, and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal claimed the story of Kashmiri Pandit’s genocide on which the movie [The Kashmir Files] was based on was a lie, I feel the 100 crore Hindus will never forgive him.”

He added, “In 2007, Sonia Gandhi had said Bhagwan Ram does not exist and today that party’s existence is in question. Hence, I would like to tell Arvind Kejriwal that the Hindus of this country would tell him where he stands. He must apologise for what he said. If he did not apologise, workers of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morch would not let him live. We would continue our protests till he apologies.”

It is noteworthy that Tajinder Bagga has given the same statement multiple times, and he has specifically said, “Jab tak woh [Arvind Kejriwal] maafi nahi maangte unhein chain se jeene nahi denge”, which translates to “We won’t let him live peacefully till he apologises”. What he said is a very common phrase and there was no threat to life in his statement, but the gist of it was lost in repetition and translation.

Recce, confusing police, barricades before the attack, stocks of acid, rods, and swords: Read how Jodhpur rioters were all prepared

After Karauli, the violence that took place on the occasion of Akshaya Tritiya (May 3) in Jodhpur of Rajasthan was part of a well-planned conspiracy. Acid bottles, which are not normally available in homes, were also seen in the hands of rioters on the day of Akshaya Tritiya. During this time, a frenzied mob of hundreds of Muslims attacked the houses of people with acid bottles.

According to a report by Dainik Bhaskar, in the CCTV footage of the five areas of Jodhpur where the rioters had created havoc, it was found that all of this was already planned. The CCTV installed outside a house in Sonaro Ka Bass locality shows that earlier the rioters had come to the locality and checked the situation there. After that, a mob of rioters came there with swords, rods, sticks, and acid bottles and attacked Hindus. During this time, stones and acid were thrown at the houses of the people.

Suraj Prakash, a local resident of Sonaro Ka Bass, said “The rioters were already gathered at Sonaro Ka Bass. All of them had already collected acid bottles. The frenzied mob attacked the unarmed people shouting religious slogans.” CCTV footage from near Idgah mosque showed that rioters first blocked the way by putting up police barricades to secure themselves and then vandalized vehicles. They then disappeared into the lanes.

Rioters had already planned the ways to deal with the police

The rioters had adopted a very well-planned way of keeping the police engaged. The rioters started creating ruckus at the Jalori gate. During this time, about 200 police personnel tried to stop them. The police got entangled in these people and the rioters went to the interiors of the city and started attacking people there. Heavy violence was carried out at Kabootar Chowk, Sonaro Ka Idgah Mosque, and other places.

Lokesh, a resident of Ghantaghar Pal House, had gone to Jalori gate with his brother to get medicine for his father on the day of the riot, but his brother was stabbed in the back. He was injured and is being treated in the hospital.

The police ignore the intelligence input

Jodhpur Police have now confessed that the violence could have been nipped at an early stage if a timely assessment of intelligence reports had been done properly. Reports say, there were comprehensive intelligence reports issued on the brink of Ramzan Eid and Hindu festivals of Parshuram Jayanti and Akshay Tritiya upon challenges that could prevail to maintain the law and order. However, Jodhpur Police was reportedly hesitant in taking decisive action when on the night of May 2 several Muslim youths gheraoed the Jalori Gate in the city to hoist an Islamic flag by replacing the Bhagwa one. Following this, on the next day,  a large mob started damaging vehicles and pelting stones at the police just after the Eid Namaz.

Telangana: Mobin Ahmed and Masood Ahmed arrested who had brutally killed Hindu boy Nagaraju for marrying Mobin’s sister Ashrin Sultana

On 5th May 2022, Saroornagar police in Telangana arrested two attackers who had brutally killed Dalit Hindu boy Billipuram Nagaraju. The 25-year-old Billapuram Nagaraju, a resident of Marredpally, was stabbed to death near the Saroornagar Tehsildar’s office on Wednesday night for marrying a Muslim girl named Syed Ashrin Sultana alias Pallavi. A case has been registered in this regard in the Saroornagar police station under section 302 IPC and section 3(2)(V) of SC/ST (POA) Amendment Act 2015. The accused will be produced in front of the court for judicial custody.

The arrested accused have been identified as Syed Mobin Ahmed (age 30) who lives in Gurumurthy Nagar of the Balanagar area in Hyderabad and Mohammed Masood Ahmed (age 29) who is a resident of the Tara Nagar area in Sherilingampally of the Rangareddy district. Syed Mobin Ahmed is the brother of Syed Ashrin Sultana whom the deceased youth had married. Syed Mobin Ahmed is a fruit vendor while the other arrested accused Mohammad Masood Ahmed is a car mechanic by profession.

The deceased Billipuram Nagaraju worked as a marketing personnel in a Maruti showroom in Malakpet. He belongs to SC-Mala Community. Syed Ashrin Sultana and Billipuram Nagaraju knew each other from School and both studied in the same school and college. They were in love with each other for more than five years and they got married on 31st January 2022.

As accused Syed Mobin Ahmed sensed his sister’s relationship, he had warned her against it before marriage. On 30th January 2022, Syed Ashrin sultana left home. She did not take her mobile phone with her. The next day, Syed Ashrin Sultana and Billipuram Nagaraju married in Arya Samaj temple in the old city area of Hyderabad.

On 1st February 2022, Syed Ashrin sultana’s family members registered a missing complaint in the Balanagar police station. Her brother Syed Mobin Ahmed developed grudges against Billipuram Nagaraju. One month ago, both the arrested accused tried to locate Nagaraju but they failed to identify his location. On 4th May 2022, they again searched for his location. They knew that Nagaraju was at Maruti Showroom in Malakpet. As the location was not suitable to execute the murder, they followed him when he was going on his scooter with his wife Syed Ashrin Sultana. The accused chased them on a bike and stopped Nagaraju’s scooter near Anil Kumar colony of Saroornagar where they killed the deceased youth by hitting an iron rod on his head and stabbing him with a knife a number of times. The accused fled only after confirming his death.

The girl has said that among the people who had attacked her husband, she only recognises her brother, and does not know the others. Ashrin Sultana also said that she had begged the onlookers for help but nobody came forward when her husband Nagaraju was beaten at the signal in front of everyone. She also revealed that Billipuram Nagaraju had told her mother that he will convert to Islam, but still her family didn’t approve the marriage.

Meanwhile, the BJP leaders in Telangana have called for strict action against the family of Sultana. Telangana BJP MLA Raja Singh has called for the arrest of everyone involved in the planning and execution of the murder.

“Was it the family members, or did some religious groups advise the family? Did some group promise them financial help? There should be a full-fledged inquiry into this murder,” Raja Singh demanded.

BJP national spokesperson Shehzad Poonawala said that the case was a re-run of the Ankit Saxena, a Hindu boy who was murdered in Delhi for being in a relationship with a Muslim girl.
