The incident unfolded on Sunday (18th August). After this video went viral on social media, the police arrested the minor accused and sent them to jail. Some reports claim that the accused youth got bail within hours.

The assault occurred on August 12–13 in a Badlapur school when the girls had gone to use the washroom.

The senior advocated alleged that Mamata Banerjee-led TMC planted goons over the RG Kar Hospital attack.

Another nurse Mehnaaz and a ward boy Junaid, who also worked at the hospital, helped Shahnawaz to execute the heinous crime. The trio has been arrested.

The accused had intimidated his underage daughter into silence by threatening to kill the other family members.

The accused persons looted the truck loaded with cattle when it was moving towards a gaushala. The Uttar Pradesh police reached the spot immediately after being informed.
