A case of rape of a Dalit minor girl from the Budaun district of Uttar Pradesh has come to light.

The longtime criminal walked into the Mansoorpur police station to surrender before the fearing an encounter.

Sunil Rai is a retired Indian Air Force (IAF) veteran, who currently works as a property dealer and he is a leader in the RJD. The kidnapping took place over a land dispute.

When the police visited the house, they found the victim's torso and head wrapped in a saree and stuffed inside a polythene bag, and her limbs were found in a steel drum in the bathroom.

Kashyap tweeted a 'fake' video of the attacks on migrant workers from in Tamil Nadu which went viral over the social media. The video was however created by the main accused Rakesh Ranjan Kumar, a native of Gopalganj district in a rented accommodation in Patna.

Justice Pulastya Pramachala said that the involvement of the accused in the riots is proven beyond doubt. ASJ Pramachala pronounced the accused guilty and stated: "I find that charges leveled against all the accused persons, in this case, are proven beyond doubt.

Notably, Amethi police have registered an FIR under sections 376 and 506 of the IPC against the accused Principal Anees Ahmed.
