Sharing a news clip posted by Bar and Bench on the court summon sent to Atishi Marlena in the defamation case, the out-on-bail AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal predicted that Atishi Marlena will be arrested next

In his petition, the BJP leader has also sought that Atishi should withdraw her remarks and issue an apology on TV and social media.

AAP claimed that the video of Swati Maliwal has proved that she was not assaulted and has made false accusations.

The PWD officials, reportedly, sought logistics and police assistance for demolishing these temples first on 21st February and then on 28th March, however, it was said that the demolition had been scheduled specifically for 15th of April.

Judge Baweja said that the Jail Rules which allow only two meetings in a week will apply to Kejriwal like any other inmate.

Atishi Marlena issued veiled threats stating that the country and God ‘will not forgive the BJP’ if something happens to Arvind Kejriwal, alluding to so-called security and health threats to his life.

Delhi BJP has demanded that Atishi Marlena should issue a public apology and retract her allegations or show evidence to back her claims.

During the meeting, AAP MLAs assured Sunita Kejriwal that two crore people of Delhi support Arvind Kejriwal and that he should not resign at any cost. 

Arvind Kejriwal reportedly threw Atishi Marlena and Saurabh Bharadwaj under the bus after he named her in the Delhi Liquor policy scam.

ASG Raju, representing ED, stated that Kejriwal has said that Vijay Nair reported to Atishi Marlena, and not him.
