The XPOSat (X-ray Polarimeter Satellite) is India's first dedicated polarimetry mission to study various dynamics of bright astronomical X-ray sources in extreme conditions.
"In another unique experiment, like the hop experiment on the Vikram Lander, the Propulsion Module (PM) of Chandrayaan-3 was moved from an orbit around the Moon to an orbit around Earth," the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) stated in its official release.
Ram Gopal Yadav stated that they should keep the unflattering pictures of the moon for their research and should not release them to the public because it will hurt the hearts of those who view the natural satellite of Earth as a symbol of beauty.
