The authorities say that Shivraj Motegaonkar was an “active member of the organised gang" behind the NEET UG 2026 paper leak. In collusion with other accused persons, Motegaonkar obtained the ‘guess paper’ and its answers on 23rd April, around ten days prior to the exam.
