CEO of Twitter, Jack Dorsey, appeared to endorse a Far-Left Hinduphobic slogan during his visit to India. A photo was shared on Twitter by journalist Anna MM Vetticad where Jack could be seen holding a placard that said “Smash Brahminical Patriarchy!”
During Twitter CEO @jack‘s visit here, he & Twitter’s Legal head @vijaya took part in a round table with some of us women journalists, activists, writers & @TwitterIndia‘s @amritat to discuss the Twitter experience in India. A very insightful, no-words-minced conversation ? pic.twitter.com/LqtJQEABgV

Such slogans are part of ‘Third Wave Intersectional Feminism’ which has been imported to India by feminists here after taking inspiration from the Postmodernist Left in the West. In the West, the ‘White Patriarchy’ is blamed for every evil in society. Indian Leftists, unable to produce a single original thought due to an extreme lack of creativity, has applied the idea to the Indian context and has replaced White with Brahminical.
Netizens were extremely displeased with Jack’s open endorsement of hate against an Indian community.
What a shame; How can people put such a hate poster and malign a community: @jack How can you as ceo of @twitter be party to this kind of hate? Shocking; this is @brahminphobia of the worst kind https://t.co/bWU0eBo9yG

The poster looks straight out of a church sponsored protest! https://t.co/BF5q7zb2gS

People also noticed the presence of Barkha Dutt in the photo and remembered her justification of the genocide of Pandits in Kashmir by Islamic terrorists.

People also remarked that ‘Brahminical’ is often used as a code-word to attack Hinduism just as ‘Zionists’ is used by anti-Semites to spread hatred against Jews.
Sign @jack is holding says “Smash Brahminical Patriarchy”. Venmous Hinduphobes use “Brahminical” as a code-word, rather like “Zionist” is sometimes a code for “Jew”. Congrats to @jack for joining the hate-fest https://t.co/UQBPv4U2Ff @RajivMessage @subhashkak1 @davidfrawleyved

How about Smash Church Patriarchy? Shameless Hindu hating group. Hello Brahmins, prosecution under S 295 A is fully in order. Time to smash this hateful narrative by Evangelists. https://t.co/3eUyuMa4cP

One wonders whether Jack Dorsey would feel comfortable with holding a placard that says “Smash White Patriarchy” in the United States. And if he wouldn’t, why was he comfortable with holding a placard that demonizes Brahmins in India?
It is indeed shameful that the CEO of a global tech giant used his authority to spread hate against a peaceful community. Twitter’s Indian Legal head, Vijaya Gadde, was also present on the occasion as claimed by the journalist in her tweet. Even if Jack wasn’t aware of the message he was endorsing, Vijaya surely was and the fact that she didn’t see any problem with it goes on to show the extremely biased nature of the platform.
