#JantaMaafNahiKaregi PM Modi calls out Congress for their pro-Pak stand after Sam Pitroda’s shocking comment

'Janta Maaf Nahi Karegi', PM warns the opposition on their pro-Pakistan statements

Prime Minister Modi today took to Twitter to call out the Opposition for their pro-Pakistan statements following the Pulwama terror attack as well as the airstrikes carried out by Indian Air Force on Jaish-e-Mohammad terror camps across the border in Pakistan.

Coming down heavily on Sam Pitroda, a Congress loyalist and Rahul Gandhi’s trusted aide, Prime Minister called his pro-Pakistan statement shameful.

Emphasising that the new India will not sit quietly and will, in fact, strike back, PM Modi accused Congress of being ‘unwilling’ to respond to terror.

Stating that the opposition is a natural habitat for terror apologists and questioners of our armed forces, PM Modi even called out Samajwadi Party leader Ram Gopal Yadav for casting aspersions that the CRPF soldiers were ‘killed’ for votes by the BJP.

Adding that the opposition has time and again insulted our armed forces, PM Modi appealed to everyone to question the opposition on their despicable statements.

‘Janta Maaf Nahi Karegi’, the people will not forgive, he said.

On Friday, Sam Pitroda, the chief of Indian Overseas Congress and a close confidant of Congress President of Rahul Gandhi questioned the death toll in the Balakot airstrike carried out by the Indian Air Force in response to the Pulwama terror attack while saying that it was wrong to attack Pakistan for Pulwama attack.

Speaking to the news agency ANI on the terror attack which killed over 45 CRPF personnel in Jammu and Kashmir, Sam Pitroda said, “Don’t know much about attacks. It happens all the time. The attack happened in Mumbai also, we could have then reacted and just sent our planes but that is not the right approach. According to me, that’s not how you deal with the world.”

Shockingly, Sam Pitroda further added that it was not right to “punish” Pakistan because of a few terrorists. “Eight people (26/11 terrorists) come and do something, you don’t jump on entire nation (Pakistan). Naive to assume that just because some people came here and attacked, every citizen of that nation is to be blamed. I don’t believe in that way,” Sam Pitroda told ANI.

The statements made by Sam Pitroda are neither shocking nor surprising anymore as Congress leaders have been raising doubts on the Balakot air strikes conducted by the Indian Airforce. Congress President Rahul Gandhi himself was caught on camera dancing just hours after the Pulwama attack. Congress then deleted the video after it was pointed out.

Congress leader B K Hariprasad, a Rajya Sabha MP from Karnataka, had stirred a controversy by mocking the Pulwama terrorist attack which claimed the lives more than 40 CRPF personnel. Hariprasad called the terrorist attack a ‘fixed-match’ between PM Modi and Pakistan.

Similarly, Goa Congress leader Chellakumar had alleged that the Pulwama attack was orchestrated by PM Modi and went on to ask where were the bodies of terrorists who were killed in the airstrikes. Kumar had also floated a conspiracy theory that the Pulwama terror attack, the responsibility of which was claimed by Pakistan based terror group Jaish-e-Mohammad, was an inside job.

Just after the cowardly attack by a Kashmiri terrorist belonging to the Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Muhammad claimed 40 lives of our CRPF soldiers, the Congress spokesperson Randeep Surjewala had rubbed salt on their wounds by alleging that the terrorist was a ‘Home-grown so-called terrorist’.

The Indian Air Force had carried out successful ‘non-military pre-emptive strikes’ on Jaish-e-Mohammad terrorist camp deep inside Pakistan to dismantle the terror apparatus that had inflicted the suicide attack in Pulwama killing more than 40 brave security personnel of the country.

Following the airstrikes, Pakistan had attempted to attack Indian military establishments before Indian airforce intercepted to thwart their attacks. With its strike package comprising of various aircraft, Indian airforce was successful in pushing back Pakistani jets and during the air fight, one MiG-21 Bison was hit after it had shot down a more lethal Pakistan’s F-16.
