Failed pleas before American judge, ignored by their leader in India: Story of Khalistan supporter humiliated and deported from US

Former MP and Khalistan supporter Simranjit Singh Mann has himself admitted that he used to issue such letters in exchange for money.

Judges in United States of America refused to listen to people seeking asylum in America on the pretext of being Khalistani. These illegal infiltrators who went to America without a visa have been deported from the country. People who wanted asylum in the name of Khalistan were not supported even by the leaders who were giving them certificates of being victims in India. Such a story was shared on social media by a person who was thrown out of America, and he warned people against going to America illegally.

Puneet Sahni, who keeps fighting Khalistanis online, has shared this post. The deported Sikh wrote, “Brothers, orders for my deportation have been issued. I had a hearing in the court yesterday. The judge told me that you will be sent back in one of the next two flights. This is my last post, I am going to close this account so that I do not face any problem in India.”

After this, the guy talked about Khalistan. He wrote, “The judge asked, what is the danger to you in India? We told him that we support Khalistan and India oppresses us. But the judge said, your Khalistani leaders are winning elections there and becoming MPs – he mentioned Simranjit Mann and Amritpal.”

The Khalistani supporter shared in his post that the US government also called MP Simranjit Singh Mann. Simranjit Singh himself had written to him that the youth seeking asylum in America are tortured in India for supporting Khalistan. However, Simranjit completely denied his statement on the judge’s phone and said that his people are not facing any danger in India.

The person who was deported from America said, “My lawyer had told me to speak about Khalistan but I had nothing to do with Khalistan. The judge told me, your case is fake. You gave wrong information to the court. On the advice of your lawyer, you had gone to get photographed in Khalistan demonstrations whereas there is no such movement in India now.”

The person, who was deported from America, warned those who are thinking of entering America illegally, “Brothers, now the courts and judges have become very strict and also those who sold you these asylum letters are not listening to you now.”

It is worth noting that a large number of Sikh youth who want to go abroad get a false certificate of their persecution made from many big leaders or any such recognized institution. On most occasions, this letter states that the person is a victim because of his alleged support for Khalistan.

These people then on most occasions seek asylum in Europe, America or Canada etc. on the basis of this letter. They enter these countries illegally. Former MP and Khalistan supporter Simranjit Singh Mann has himself admitted that he used to issue such letters in exchange for money.
