A Pakistani court has ordered Hindu families to pay ₹1 crore each to reclaim their abducted minor forcibly converted to Islam on the condition they don't reconvert them to Hinduism.

The victim was continuously referred from one police station to another, after which SSP Hriday Kant was notified.

He took her to a hotel in Patna, where he drugged her and subsequently committed sexual assault.

According to the FIR, the victim had initially sought treatment from Khan due to illness. During these visits, Khan allegedly began influencing her to adopt Islamic beliefs while disparaging Hindu customs. He reportedly lured the victim with false promises of a better future, higher education, and luxuries. He attempted to pressure her into converting to Islam.

The Hindu woman from Basti district of Uttar Pradesh has said her family's driver Ahmed Raza sexually assaulted her at knife point, and coerced her into converting to Islam after a fake marriage.

Amanpal released a video claiming that conversion or circumcision did not happen. He stated that neither he nor his children had undergone religious conversion or circumcision.

The Muslim couple, who abducted the child, claimed that they had taken the orphaned infant out of compassion. They further asserted that they had even applied for legal adoption at the Collector's office in Sagar.
