Mumbai: Amir arrested for molesting a Hindu minor girl after luring her into a relationship, booked under POCSO and other IPC sections
The incident is said to have happened in the JP North society in Mumbai's Mira Road region. The accused aged 18 has been booked an arrested by the Navghar Police Station under section 354 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO, 2012.
