Her husband, talking to a news organization, detailed the ordeal affected by the family he said that she spoke to him normally before she was wheeled into the operation theatre on 5th June. The doctors stated that his wife’s operation was successful but she needs blood. He is sure that despite his wife having A + blood group, she was administered blood of a different group. The doctors allegedly admitted the wrongdoing in front of the husband and within hours, the woman slipped into a coma.

The hospital, however, denied any charge and stated that all claims made by the family were incorrect. The hospital in a statement stated that after the completion of the surgery and the blood transfusion, the condition of the 31-year old complicated. There is a specialist team of doctors who are ‘aggressively’ treating the woman. The patient has also shown signs of gradual improvement and likely to be weaned off the ventilator in the next 24 hours.
