Slain Hindu Mahasabha leader Kamlesh Tiwari’s anguished mother has today has demanded justice from the Yogi Adityanath government.

She said that Kamlesh Tiwari got several fatwas and threats when Akhilesh Yadav’s government was in power, but he was not touched. Today, when Yogi Adityanath is in power, he has been killed. She said no matter what, Yogi Adityanath will have to get justice. She said the saga of threats has been going on since the time of Azam Khan, but he was killed in the Yogi era. In her anguished cries of losing her son, Kamlesh Tiwari’s mother demanded justice from the Yogi government.

On the other hand, Satyam Tiwari, son of deceased Kamlesh Tiwari demanded an NIA probe in the case. Satyam said, “Investigation agencies should match the videography of those caught with the perpetrators”. He also said that he welcomes the NIA probe and it is good that everything is being done since he has no faith in the UP administration.


The Yogi government is looking into the murder of Kamlesh Tiwari from all angles. It was earlier reported that The Uttar Pradesh government has decided to launch an NIA and SIT inquiry into the murder of Kamlesh Tewari.

“The demands of relatives have been take into consideration. They’ll be provided security. Their meeting with the CM is being fixed. We’re recommending a government residence for them,” Lucknow divisional commissioner Mukesh Meshram told mediapersons after meeting Kamlesh Tewari’s family in Sitapur.

Gujarat ATS had today arrested 3 accused- Shamim, Faizan and Mohsin Sheikh from Surat in connection with Tiwari’s murder. According to the sources, they have confessed to the killing of Tiwari citing his remarks on Prophet Muhammad in 2015 as the motive behind the murder.
