Aisha, the woman who had set herself ablaze in front of the Uttar Pradesh Vidhan Sabha yesterday succumbed to injuries in hospital today. The security officials posted at the location had doused the fire and had admitted her at the hospital, but she could not be saved and passed away today evening.
Aisha, who was earlier Anjana Tiwari, had changed her name after converting to Islam to marry Asif with whom she had fallen in love after divorce from her ex-husband Akhilesh Tiwari. She had alleged her Muslim in-laws of harassment after her husband Asif left for Saudi Arabia soon after marriage.
According to a report by Zee Hindustan, after the divorce, Anjana had started working at a shop wither her sister, where Asif Razaq started a relation with her and then molested her. She had filed a complaint against him, but Asif managed to convince her and married her in the presence of a Maulvi. Asif’s family refused to accept her, so they started living in a rented house. After living together for some time, he left for Saudi Arabia.
From there, he used to call her asking her to convert to Islam and change her name to Aisha. But she refused to do so, after which he stopped calling her. He also stopped sending her money, and she was forced to relocate to the house her in-laws, and they also started making the same demand. Eventually, she gave in, converted to Islam and changed her name. But this also didn’t end the harassment by her in-laws, forcing her to take the extreme step.
Police detained son of Congress leader
Uttar Pradesh police had arrested a person named Alok Prasad, son of Congress leader and former Governor of Rajasthan Sukhdev Prasad, earlier today for allegedly provoking Aisha to self immolate. His location was found to be around the Vidhan Sabha on the same day. The police is interrogating him.
A lot of controversy was created recently by an advertisement of Tanishq jewelers which allegedly promoted love jihad by showing a Hindu girl married into a Muslim family. The advertisement had received a huge backlash from people whose religious sentiments were hurt by it. As a result, Tanishq issued a clarification and withdrew the advertisement without apologising. This has become a sort of norm for big brands and companies to give moral sermons particularly in the name of promoting ‘religious harmony’ through advertisements.
The Tanishq advertisement projected an ideal picture of interreligious marriages which is far from the reality of many interreligious marriages in India. The advertisement showed a Muslim household accommodating the customs and rituals of their Hindu daughter-in-law. Even if one chooses to overlook the social reality of such interreligious unions, the legal aspects of a marriage between a Muslim and a Hindu speak loud and clear. Here is a look at the nature of marriage between a Hindu and a Muslim under the Muslim law as applicable in India:
Unlike Hinduism, Islam strongly advocates for marriage and does not promote celibacy. Marriage under the Islamic law is a contract and not a sacrament like in Hindu law. Under the Muslim law, marriage between a Muslim and a Hindu is not considered as a valid marriage. And therefore, several rights do not arise in such a marriage. However, according to Supreme Court, children born out of such marriage are legitimate and are entitled to claim a share in father’s property.
There are mainly three types of marriage (Nikaah) under the Muslim. law- sahi, batil and fasid which mean valid, void and irregular respectively.
Valid Marriage (Sahi)
Sahi nikaah under the Muslim law is a valid marriage in which all the pre-requisites of a valid marriage are fulfilled. The husband and the wife enjoys all the mutual rights and obligations arising from the marriage. The children born of a sahi marriage are legitimate and have the right of inheritance in their parents’ property.
Void Marriage (Batil)
In a void marriage, the mutual rights and obligations of the spouses do not arise and the children born out of such marriages are considered illegitimate. A marriage is void under Muslim law for the following reasons: (i) Consanguinity (when contracted between parties having same ancestor), (ii) Affinity (kinship relationship),(iii) Fosterage, (iv) Marriage with the wife of another man and remarriage with a divorced wife when legal bar still exists.
Being a void marriage, the parties to a batil marriage do not have any mutual rights of inheritance. However, if the marriage has been consummated, the wife is entitled to customary dower.
Irregular Marriage (Fasid)
This is the category in which the marriage between a Muslim and a Hindu falls until the Hindu partner converts to either Islam or Christianity or Judaism in case of wife or to only Islam in case of husband. A fasid marriage is an irregular marriage under the Muslim law which is rendered irregular due to lack of some formality or due to some impediment which can be rectified. Though the irregularities do not make the marriage unlawful, the irregularity must be done away with for the marriage to become valid.
Among the several reasons that make marriage under Muslim law irregular or fasid, one is the difference of religion. The difference of religion does not render a marriage irregular if the wife, if she is not a Muslim, converts to Islam, Christianity or Judaism and in the case where the husband is not a Muslim, if he converts to Islam. But the marriage of a Muslim with an idol worshipper or a fire worshipper is not a valid marriage and is considered fasid under the Muslim law unless conversion happens in the above-mentioned manner.
So, applying the law to a situation where the wife is a Hindu and the husband is a Muslim, the marriage will be an irregular or fasid marriage. It will have no legal effect unless it has been consummated. Even after consummation, the wife will only be entitled to dower but she will have no right of inheritance to her husband’s property.
Therefore, the marriage shows in the Tanishq ad is an irregular marriage as per Islamic law, and the Hindu daughter in law does not have equal legal rights as others in the family.
Muta Marriage (Marriage for Pleasure)
There is one more category of marriages under the Muslim law called the ‘Muta’ marriage. The word ‘Muta’ means enjoyment or use. Muta marriage is a marriage for pleasure and is contracted for a temporary period. This type of marriage is not recognised by any school of Muslim law India except the Shia school and even among the Shias the marriage is almost non-existent in India. In this kind of marriage the period of cohabitation is fixed. A Muslim man can contract Muta marriage with a Muslim, Christian, Jewish or a fire-worshipping woman but not with the woman of any other religion. A Muslim woman, however, cannot contract a Muta marriage with a non-Muslim. There are no mutual rights of inheritance of the spouses in a Mutah marriage but the woman is entitled to dower. A Muslim man can contract Muta marriage with as many woman as he wants.
Danbury, a city in Connecticut state of the United States, has renamed a sewage plant after John Oliver following a spat between the comedian and the town’s mayor.
The Danbury Wastewater Treatment Plant was officially rechristened to the John Oliver Memorial Sewer Plant after the citizens of the city weighed in their support and the Danbury City Council voted 18-1 to rename the sewage plant last week. The sewage plant was renamed in opposition to the comedian’s insulting remarks for the town on his show “Last Week Tonight with John Oliver”.

With the rechristening of the sewage plant, comedian John Oliver will also donate $50,000 to the local charities, keeping up the promise he made if the city went ahead with actually renaming the sewer after him.
“I will happily donate an amount of $50,000 and do all of that if and only if your mayor makes good on his promise to officially rename the sewage after me because I want this,” Oliver had said.
Boughton had announced on social media platforms that the city was planning to name the plant after Oliver after he criticised the town on his show last month. On being asked why the sewage is being renamed, Boughton had responded, “Because it’s full of crap, just like you, John.”
The comedian had initially expressed his elation over the idea but then fulminated against the city for not immediately renaming the sewage.
When the mayor had earlier said that he had simply suggested the idea of renaming the sewage in jest, Oliver said, “What? So you’re not doing it? You had one good idea in your city’s history, and you chickened out on the follow through. What a classic Danbury move. Listen, I didn’t know that I wanted my name on your shit factory, but now that you floated it as an option, it is all that I want.”
Oliver had even gave a deadline to the city to rename the sewer treatment plant, saying that if the same is not implemented, he will donate the money to “one of the (better) towns in Connecticut”.

Following the outburst and offer of the donation from the comedian, Mark Boughton posted a video on September 6, saying that the city is actually going ahead to rename the sewer plant.
He said that they thought about the offer, and took the decision. However, he placed a condition, saying that John Oliver will have to be present at the time of cutting the ribbon at the sewer plant with the brand new name. The mayor had also added that if John disagrees with the offer, they will name public toilets in the city as “The John **** House”.

In one of the segments of his show on August 16, Oliver was discussing about the racial imbalance in jury selection, and said that the residents of Hartford and New Britain were excluded from selection.
Oliver then went on to make a rude and mean-spirited comment on Danbury, saying, “From its charming railway museum to its historic Hearthstone Castle, Danbury, Conn., can eat my whole a**.”
“If you are going to forget one town in Connecticut, why not Danbury?” he asked.
John Oliver peddled lies and anti-India fake news on his show
This is certainly not the first time that John Oliver had found himself in the centre of a controversy. Earlier too, the British comedian had made the headlines because of his motivated and misinformed tirade against India and his utter disregard for facts. During this show, he also presented an incorrect map of India with a part of Kashmir illegally occupied by Pakistan cut off.
In his show Last Week Tonight in February 2020, Oliver indulged in peddling lies, fake narratives and rumour-mongering about the Citizenship Amendment Act, NRC, PM Modi and RSS. He had said then that Prime Minister Narendra Modi was a “controversial” figure in India due to the “steadily escalating” persecution of religious minorities.
In an attempt to whitewash the Anti-CAA rioters fuelled by Islamic Supremacy, he claimed that the motivated protests were a result of the “persecution.” The host also reiterated the deeply flawed argument peddled ad nauseam by the anti-CAA, anti-NRC lobby to instil fear among the minorities. Oliver raised aspersions that a combination of NRC and CAA would make the “poor” and “illiterate” Muslims Stateless.
While criticising RSS, Oliver claimed that the second RSS Sarsangchalak, Golwalkar, was inspired by Adolf Hitler. This is the same lie that has been repeatedly peddled in India and has now found takers in international circles.
Oliver also criticised PM Modi over the Gujarat riots, saying that Modi was denied a visa by the United Kingdom and the USA because of his role in instigating the riots. However, he conveniently ignored mentioning the findings by the independent SIT constituted by the Supreme Court of India. He also failed to mention that the United States revoked its visa ban following which the Indian Prime Minister addressed the Congress after he was exonerated by the apex Court.
A message is being circulated on messaging platform WhatsApp and social media platforms that Himalaya Drug Company’s owner Muhammad Manal has posted an anti-India message on his social media profile. In the video, a man can be heard provoking Muslim youth to change the perspective of India in their favor.

In 1930, Muhammed Manal established the Himalayan Drug Company. Its headquarters are located in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The company mainly produces health care products, including several products based on Ayurvedic ingredients. Its products are popular not only in India but in the United States, the Middle East, and other parts of the world. Currently, the company sells products in over 106 countries. One of the most famous products of Himalaya is Liv 52, that improved liver health and was introduced in 1955.
The message on social media
If the message is to be believed, the person visible in the video is Muhammad Manal, founder, and owner of Himalayan Drug Company. In that case, the visibly younger person in the video should be at least a hundred years old, considering the company was founded in 1930. But the fact is, Mr Manal passed away in 1986, therefore, the person in the video can’t be him.
Reply from Himalaya Drug Company
On 14th October, Himalaya posted a message on its social media account stating that there are many fake social media posts and WhatsApp forwards about the company that is fake and fabricated. It further added that it is a professionally managed company with integrity. The company warned that anyone who has posted or forwarded the fake post should remove it immediately, or they will take legal action.
This is not the first time the Himalaya Drug Company is facing such an issue. Back in March 2020, similar messages were being circulated on social media and WhatsApp. Several posts indicating Himalaya Drug Company funds terrorists flooded the social media platform with the photograph of Philipe Haydon, President, and CEO of Himalaya Drug Company. In the post, it was mentioned that the person in the image was the founder M. Manal.
At that time also the company posted a clarification message stating all the posts against Himalaya on social media are fake. It further added that Himalaya Drug Company is a pre-Independence “Made In India” wellness brand that follows the religion of “healing.”

With a little research on the company’s website, it was clear that the person in the video is not M. Manal. In fact, the founder passed away in 1986, around 35 years ago. So we dove into the task to find who is the person in the video. With little research using Google’s reverse image search, we reached to several social media accounts being run by a person living in Saudi Arabia named Naqi Ahmed Nadwi. There was a link to his website on the Facebook page, but there was no info about him on the website. It only had the default parking page. The domain was registered in May this year.
His Facebook page was created on 22nd August 2020. He often posts content stating Islam is supreme and Islamia Ummah should rule the world.
The video that is being circulated as a statement by the founder of Himalaya Drug Company was posted on his Facebook account after Ram Mandir Bhoomi Pujan in August 2020.
We found two Twitter accounts with the same name and photographs. One was created in 2014, while the other was created in 2020.
According to his old Twitter account, his location was Delhi, India. In his new account, his location in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He is currently working as an administrator in the Saudi Arabian Mining Company – Ma’aden.
He has a Youtube channel as well that was created in December 2019. In his first few videos, he made false statements about NRC, CAA and other issues that were highlighted during that period. Around two months ago, he also posted a video in favor of Sharjeel Imam, Dr. Kafeel and other Muslims who were arrested in connection to anti-CAA riots.
The team of Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) that is investigating the Hathras case has again issued summons to the brothers of the victim today. The team has yesterday interrogated one brother of the victim after inconsistencies were found in his statement. The brother was taken by the team to a distant spot for interrogation. He was also reportedly taken to the crime scene and was asked to recreate it. CBI will be questioning all three brothers of the victim girl.
The CBI team has also re-summoned the father of the victim. As informed by SDM Anjali Gangwar to ANI, the male members will be interrogated in a temporary office set up by the CBI team in Hathras and the female members will be questioned at home. “The male members of the victim family will be questioned today in Hathras, they will go to a temporary office set up by the CBI in Hathras. Female members will be questioned at home by the CBI officials. We are ensuring that they will not be troubled during the process. The CBI is investigating the case. They have their set of procedures. The family has no issues in the process of investigations”, said Gangwar.
The CBI team also went to investigate the emergency ward of the Hathras district hospital today and interacted with the hospital administration.

When asked whether the hospital has provided the CBI team with the CCTV footage of the victim, Dr IB Singh said that this was not possible. He told that the CCTV system installed in the hospital kept a backup up to seven days only, therefore, it was not possible to provide one month old footage.
Compliance Certificate filed by UP Government in court
The state government had filed a compliance certificate in the court today stating that three-layer security has been provided to the family of the victim. The government also said that CCTV cameras have been installed in the village to keep an eye on the activities. A team of female police officers has also been deployed by the government for the security of the female members of the victim’s family.
Taking cognisance of the fake news alleging that a Tanishq showroom in Gandhidham, Kutch, was attacked following the controversial ‘love jihad’ ad, the Home Minister of Gujarat, Pradipsinh Jadeja has asked authorities to register a case and initiate strict action against the fake news purveyors.
Jadeja took to Twitter to assert that the fake news about an attack on a showroom in Gandhidham was a motivated attempt to disrupt the law and order and instigate violence in Gujarat.

NDTV caught peddling lies about an attack on Tanishq showroom in Gandhidham
Amidst the controversy surrounding the contentious advertisement by Tanishq Jewellery which was accused by many as an attempt to subtly promote ‘love jihad’, NDTV today published a ‘breaking news’ that the Gandhidham showroom was ‘attacked’.
In the article published a few minutes after this ‘breaking news’, cited no one and had no details about the ‘attack’. A few minutes later, NDTV put up a video wherein one of NDTV’s employees claimed that a ‘mob attack’ took place on 12th evening, the day social media users were angered with the advertisement. NDTV claimed the manager was forced to write a written apology for the advertisement.
However, soon after NDTV’s tweet about an attack on showroom went viral, a social media user Dr Neel posted an audio clip of his conversation with the showroom manager who rubbished the claims of mob attack as alleged by NDTV. While talking to Dr Neel, the manager categorically denies being attacked by anyone. The person handling the showroom himself was unaware of the alleged ‘mob attack’ on the showroom. He later denied how there was no attack and thanked Dr Neel.
Shortly after NDTV ran the news of the showroom being attacked by a mob, several mainstream media organisations picked up the report by NDTV without verifying whether the attack had indeed happened or not.
Later, the Kutch Police clarified that there was no attack on the showroom and the fake news of the showroom being attacked and ransacked by an angry mob was circulated for propaganda purposes.
In a sensational development in the Elgar Parishad-Bhima Koregaon case, the National Investigation Agency in its charge sheet claimed that accused Gautam Navlakha had links with Pakistan’s notorious intelligence agency ISI and he had sought mercy for ISI agent Ghulam Nabi Fai, who is convicted in the United States for terror funding.
The charge-sheet further mentions that Navlakha was introduced to the Pakistani ISI General Syed Ghulam Nabi Fai on the instructions of Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) and was in touch with the ISI agent over phone and email.
Gautam Navlakha sought clemency for Pakistani ISI agent in US court
Navlakha had reportedly visited the United States thrice in the period between 2010-2011 and written to a US district court judge seeking clemency for Fai, who was arrested by the FBI in 2011 on the charges of accepting funds to the tunes of several million from the ISI and the Pakistan government.
Citing the US court order from 2012, the NIA charge-sheet read: “Ghulam Nabi Fai was arrested by the FBI in July 2011 for accepting funds from ISI and Pakistan Government, but failed to report the origin of those funds, as required by US law. It is established that, accused Gautam Navlakha had written a letter to the Hon’ble Judge of the US court trying Ghulam Fai’s case for clemency. Accused Gautam Navlakha has also submitted letters to Hon’ble US court on behalf of Fai.”
During his visit to the United States, the 10,000-page NIA charge sheet states, Navlakha addressed “Kashmiri American Council” (KAC) conferences organised by Ghulam Nabi Fai.
Navalakha a part of Maoist-ISI nexus
The documents retrieved from Navlakha by the investigative agency also hinted towards his ties with the Maoist leaders. In its charge sheet, the NIA mentioned that Navlakha had made speeches at various forums and platforms on many issues related to the Kashmiri separatist movement and CPI (Maoist) movement.
According to an NIA official privy to the details of the charge-sheet in the Elgar Parishad Bhima Koregaon violence case, several strategic documents related to CPI(M) were recovered from Navlakha.
Elgar Parishad-Bhima Koregaon case
The Elgar Parishad-Bhima Koregaon case pertains to an event organised at Shaniwar Wada called Elgar Parishad on December 31, 2017. The following day, i.e January 1, 2018, large scale violence broke out at Bhima Koregaon, where lakhs of Dalits had gathered to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the Battle of Bhima Koregaon, won by the British Army—comprising mostly soldiers from Dalit community—against the Peshwas in 1818.
An FIR was filed in connection with the violence on January 8 after which Pune Police kickstarted a probe into it. According to the police, arrested ‘activists’ claiming that the event was organised as a part of alleged Maoist activity and the accused were members of the proscribed group.
The Uttar Pradesh police have arrested a Congress leader named Alok Prasad, reportedly the son of Congress veteran and former governor of Rajasthan Sukhdev Prasad in relation to an incident of self-immolation by a woman in front of Uttar Pradesh Vidhan Sabha on October 13. Alok was arrested by Lucknow police on inputs from Maharajganj police for allegedly provoking the woman to set herself on fire.
According to the information provided by the police, Alok was also in the vicinity near the place of the incident at the Vidhan Sabha yesterday when the woman set herself on fire. He is being interrogated by Hajratganj police.
The woman is in a critical condition and is being treated in the civil Hospital in Lucknow.

Congress leader and self-immolation attempt of mother-daughter duo
Earlier in July, another Congress leader named Anoop Patel, along with an AIMIM leader Kadir Khan was arrested for provoking a mother-daughter duo to self-immolate in front of the Vidhan Sabha. Investigating the issue, police had stated that the women had met the Congress leader some days before and he had advised them to self-immolate, also promising to bring the media when they do it. Patel and the AIMIM leader were arrested for abetment of suicide.
Weeks after hailing the Kerala government for the ‘successful handling’ of coronavirus, the ‘left-liberal’ media house seems to have now woken up to the reality of the so-called ‘Kerala model’ of tackling coronavirus pandemic.
On Tuesday, India Today media network and its news director Rahul Kanwal, after touting the Kerala model for the ‘effective handling of coronavirus pandemic’, who had even gone on to the extent of awarding them for the same, have now taken an u-turn after Kerala turned out to be one of the worst affected states in the country due to the pandemic.
Rahul Kanwal, the news director of India Today, on Wednesday took to Twitter to raise doubts over the ability of the Kerala government to limit the spread of the pandemic in the state. Kanwal also questioned how a tiny state like Kerala was constantly reporting such high number of coronavirus cases.
Expressing his worry over raising coronavirus cases in Kerala, Kanwal added that 12 out of Kerala’s 14 districts are now recording more daily cases per million than Delhi, Mumbai and Pune.

The latest India Today report shared by Rahul Kanwal stated that Kerala has been facing a second wave of coronavirus pandemic, making it one of the worst affected states in the country across several parameters.
Reportedly, Kerala, which recorded the first coronavirus case in the country in January, has now reported more than 2.9 lakh coronavirus cases. Most of Kerala’s district now record higher daily cases per million population than worst affected Delhi, Mumbai and Pune. However, India Today in its report also pointed out that how despite the rising number of cases in Kerala, there has been a very low death rate.
According to India Today, Kerala has a fatality rate of 0.35 per cent, which is four times lower than the national average of 1.45 per cent.
On Monday alone, Kerala has reported nearly 8,700 fresh cases making it the highest in the country, In fact, Kerala now reported more cases than Maharashtra. Even as India’s active cases continue to dip, the trend is exactly opposite in Kerala as it continues to contribute to the number of active cases.
India Today awarded Kerala for containing the pandemic
Ironically, Rahul Kanwal’s apprehension about the increasing number of coronavirus cases in Kerala comes just weeks after his own network had awarded the state as the best in the country to effectively handle the coronavirus pandemic.

The ‘left-liberals’, who were all along bragging about the sham called ‘Kerala model’ by deliberately hiding the reality of Kerala’s terrible management of coronavirus, seems to be now realising how dangerous the situation of the pandemic has turned in Kerala and are now attempting to tone down the intensity of the spread by highlighting the low mortality rate in the state.
Hours after the controversial news network NDTV reported that an unruly mob had attacked a Tanishq store in Gandhidham, Gujarat over their controversial advertisement promoting ‘Love Jihad’, the Kutch police have categorically rejected such news reports and stated that no such attacks have taken place on the store in the city.
According to News18 journalist Janak Dave, the Kutch police authorities, who visited the Tanishq store in Gandhidham, Gujarat, stated that no such attacks have taken place at the Tanishq store over the controversial advertisement.
Earlier, the left-wing channel NDTV had peddled fake news claiming that a mob had attacked the Tanishq store in the city and had forced the manager of the showroom to apologise for the advertisement that their company had put out on Tuesday.

Not just NDTV, another left-wing media network Indian Express had also published a similar story claiming that a mob of alleged Hindutva supporters had reportedly barged into a Tanishq showroom in Gandhidham town of Kutch and had abused its staff.
In its report, the Indian Express had claimed that the mob pasted a poster on its door stating that the Tanishq was apologising for its controversial ad that promoted bigotry and its anti-Hindu propaganda.
“Around 120 people gathered in front of our showroom and six or seven of them later barged in and hurled abuses at the staff. They said they were Hindus and wouldn’t tolerate such ads…We told them that we, too, are Hindus. But they didn’t listen to us. Some of them pasted a poster on the door of our show-room, clicked selfies by posing in front of that poster and then they dispersed,” Indian Express had quoted an employee of the show-room in Gandhidham.
Kutch police rejects any such attacks, calls it propaganda
Speaking to the media, Mayur Patil, the Superintendent of Police, East Kutch, dismissed such news reports that claimed an attack on the Tanishq store in Gandhidham. Referring to these news reports as fakes news being circulated as part of propaganda, the senior police officer said that he himself visited the Tanishq store and added that no such attacks have taken place. The SP asked the public not to believe such fake news.
SP Mayur Patil also informed that only two persons had visited the store on 12th October, and had demanded an apology in Gujarati for the alleged ‘love jihad’ ad released by the company. Accordingly, the shop owner had fulfilled the demand. But it was not a ‘mob’ as reported by Indian Express, and it was certainly not an attack as reported by NDTV.

The SP also clarified that although the store received some threat calls on the phone, the shop was not attacked by anybody.
In their effort to create a false narrative, the ‘left-liberal’ media, especially the likes of NDTV, Indian Express are now trying to peddle misinformation by building a false narrative that the showroom was ‘attacked’ by a ‘Hindu mob, who forced the owners to put up an apology for the controversial advertisement.
Tanishq showroom denies being attacked
Earlier, we had reported on how the likes of NDTV, Indian Express had invented an attack on the Tanishq showroom in Gandhidham to weave a different narrative on the whole controversy. However, a Twitter user Neel had shared an audio clip that busted these fake claims, wherein he had talked to the manager of the showroom that NDTV and Indian Express had alleged was ‘attacked’ by the ‘mob’.

In the audio, the Twitter user talked to the Tanishq showroom manager who categorically denied being attacked by anyone. One can hear people in the background talking in Gujarati on how someone is video graphing the showroom. The person handling the showroom himself was unaware of the alleged ‘mob attack’ on the showroom. He later denied how there was no attack and had thanked Dr Neel.
