Khalistani terrorist Gopal Chawla admits Pakistan being under pressure from India to throw him out of Pakistani Sikh committee

Venting his frustration for being unceremoniously thrown out of the Pakistan Sikh Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee (PSGPC), Khalistani terrorist Gopal Singh Chawla admitted that Pakistan was under severe pressure from India for his removal from the committee.

A day before the crucial rounds of technical-talks for the Kartarpur corridor between India and Pakistan, Islamabad dropped Gopal Singh Chawla and other Khalistani proponents from the committee.

Miffed with the development, Chawla was found in a video admitting that Pakistan was under intense pressure from India for his removal. He also continued peddling his usual rhetoric regarding Khalistan. Apart from Chawla, the other anti-India, pro-Khalistani proponents that were dropped from the committee are Maninder Singh, Tara Singh, Bisan Singh, and Kuljit Singh.

Dropping Chawla’s name from the panel, an official statement from Pakistan on Friday said, “The Federal Government (Federal Cabinet) has been pleased to re-constitute the Pakistan Sikh Gurudwara Parbandhak Committee (PSGPC).”

The dismissal of Chawla comes amidst persistent objection flagged by the Indian authorities over Chawla and other Khalistani supporters’ inclusion by Pakistan in the committee entrusted with the responsibility of overlooking the Kartarpur corridor project.

“India has made its concerns known to Pakistan and solicited explanations on reports that controversial elements have been selected in a committee associated with the Kartarpur corridor. It has been conveyed that the next meeting on the modalities can be scheduled at an appropriate time after receiving Pakistan’s response,” said India’s official response on March 29 this year.

The Kartarpur corridor had hit roadblocks after differences in modalities emerged between the two countries. India was particularly less inclined to take the talks ahead due to the presence of undesirable elements in the committee appointed by Pakistan to administer the project. Many security analysts have already been arguing that the real motive of Pakistan behind developing Kartarpur corridor is to mobilise terrorists and once again revive militancy in Punjab. Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh had voiced similar concerns too.

Gopal Singh Chawla, an ardent supporter of Khalistan, a separate nation for Punjabi Sikhs and is also an active member of pro-Khalistani terror outfits. He is also suspected to be involved in the bomb blast at a Nirankari gathering in Amritsar in which three people were killed. Gopal Chawla is also believed to be a close aide of Pakistan sponsored Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist Hafeez Saeed and has been accused of being in contact with the ISI to hatch terror plots against India.

Unnao: Police says CCTV footage reveals that Hindu boys mentioned in FIR weren’t even present at the spot

The Unnao police released a press note today regarding the alleged thrashing of madarsa students over a game of cricket. The madarsa students had alleged they were forced to chant Jai Shri Ram and when they refused, they were beaten up.

On examining the CCTV footage it was found that the names mentioned in the FIR weren’t present at the spot. The madarsa students had an argument with one of the 4 people in the other group which led to a clash.

The police have also said the complaint of raising slogans hasn’t been verified yet. One has been arrested so far. Further investigation is to be done.

The UP police had earlier stated that the preliminary reports had revealed students weren’t beaten over chanting ‘Jai Shri Ram’. A fight had broken out between two groups of children over a game of cricket. They have said that there was no religious angle to the incident.

The children studying at Darul Uloom Madarsa were playing cricket at GIC cricket ground on June 11. It was alleged that some men had reached the ground and got into a fight with the Madarsa kids. Four children have been injured. An FIR was subsequently registered.

After the news of the incident spread, a Jama Masjid Imam had warned of communal violence. He said that ‘unprecedented action’ would be taken if the men who allegedly beat up the Madarsa children were not arrested by Friday namaz.

Recently in various cities, there have been incidents of violence after Friday prayers by Muslim mobs protesting against “mob lynchings” and alleged incidents of Muslims being forced to chant “Jai Shri Ram”, though many of such claims have been found to be either false or unverified.

Honey-trapped Army jawan arrested for allegedly leaking classified information via Facebook

On Thursday, a ‘Honey-trapped’ Army jawan was arrested in for allegedly leaking classified information on Facebook. The jawan, who was with 5 Kumaon regiment, was identified as one Ravinder. He had allegedly shared sensitive information to a foreign woman over Facebook. He was sent to police custody on Friday.

Ravinder had shared information pertaining to the rifles used by the Indian Army and also the location of his unit. “The preliminary investigations indicate that the woman who allegedly honey-trapped the Army sepoy belongs to Pakistan, though it is yet to be verified. We are interrogating the arrested person and seeking help of cyber experts to get to the bottom of the matter”, said Narnaul SP Chander Mohan.

Ravinder had joined his regiment in 2017 and in 2018 was posted in Amritsar. It is then when he had come in contact with a woman over Facebook. They began texting and video calling regularly. They had also exchanged phone numbers and started to talk over WhatsApp. He soon revealed that he worked for the Indian Army. He began sharing sensitive information and was also allegedly paid to do so.

“He disclosed the kind of rifles used by the Army personnel. When Ravinder moved to Arunachal Pradesh with his unit, he disclosed this to the woman. In December 2018, the woman got Rs 5,000 deposited in Ravinder’s account. He continued to reveal confidential information pertaining to internal and external national security and sensitive locations”, said the police.

Reportedly, the Intelligence Bureau (IB) was tracking his movements for a long time. The information was passed on to the Narnaul police. After receiving strong inputs, he was arrested from near the Narnaul railway station. A case was registered against him under Sections 3, 4, 5 and 9 of the official secrets act.

The police have retrieved data from two mobile phones and three SIM cards recovered from Ravinder. They are now trying to ascertain the details of the woman who had contacted him. Ravinder has been sent to police custody on Friday.

This isn’t the first time that Army jawans were arrested for similar charges. ‘Honey Trapping’ is a commonly used technique practised for very long by spy agencies to extract sensitive information. According to reports, 13 serving and retired defence personnel had been arrested for allegedly spying for the ISI or being part of its espionage racket in recent years.

Last month, the Army intelligence has issued an advisory to army personnel against an Instagram profile ‘Oyesomya’ who is suspected of being an enemy spy trying to target army officers and special forces’ troops.

In another case, Rajasthan Police had arrested one Army jawan on charges of espionage in Jaiselmer. After interrogations, it was revealed that he was in touch with the Pakistani ISI operatives through social media.

In December, the Intelligence Bureau had said that Chinese and Pakistani girls being used by ISI to ‘honey trap’ Indian officials. Last year, an engineer working at the Brahmos Aerospace facility was also booked for alleged leaking of information to suspected individials via social media.

25 crimes that prove that the Dalit-Muslim unity is nothing but a farce

Politicians from the so-called secular establishment have been making a concerted attempt to create a ‘Dalit-Muslim unity’ narrative. The mainstream media, its propaganda wing, has been aiding their efforts by furthering a favourable narrative. However, as the results of the 2019 Lok Sabha elections have amply demonstrated, such efforts are destined to fail.

In this article, we document the ‘community crimes‘ committed by Muslims against Dalits in recent years that make the much fantasized ‘Dalit-Muslim vote-bank’ nonviable.

Here are details from Kumar’s post-mortem report, as mentioned by Swarajya: His rectum was missing, suggesting that an object was inserted into his anus and forcibly pulled out. His penis was not found intact, suggesting it was chopped off. His lungs were missing, suggesting his body was cut open. The incident took place on February 21 this year in a village in Ratenpuri, Muzaffarnagar. The girl had gone to the forest at around 7 pm. There, the girl was allegedly gang-raped on gunpoint by the five accused and even filmed it. After the rape, they threatened the girl with dire consequences and death before escaping. On Sunday, March 17, after the video recording had gone viral, the girl and her family reached the police station to file a complaint. 24. Muslim men attempt to rape Dalit women and a minor, attack them with axes and firearms, Uttar Pradesh

In February last year, men from the Muslim community barged into the house of a Dalit family in Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh and attempted to rape two women and a minor. Failing in their attempt, they assaulted the women with axes and attacked them with firearms before fleeing the scene. The women had to undergo treatment at a hospital and their situation was deemed to be critical. The names of the accused were Sham Shakil, Shahid and Muhammad Ali.

25. Dalit woman molested by Muslim youth, Agra

A Dalit woman was going to buy medicines one evening in June, 2017 when a group of men from the Muslim community waylaid her. They were smoking and drinking and started misbehaving with the woman. When she opposed this behaviour, they snatched her dupatta and started abusing her. The woman had to run back to her home to save herself.

Around 3-4 men had tried to intervene to save the woman from this harassment, but they were also beaten up and chased away by a mob supportive of these miscreants. This apparently turned the entire incident communal as these 3-4 men were chased away by a mob of almost 100 men who belonged to the same locality as of the miscreants who were harassing the Dalit woman.

Apart from attacking the men who tried to intervene, this mob, made of Muslim men as per the complaint, also attacked the house of the Dalit woman whom they were sexually harassing. At least 5 women were injured thereafter, who were taken to the hospital by the police. The situation could have led to larger communal clash but police is reported to have acted on time assuring punitive action.

The Pattern

Certain patterns emerge from the crimes listed here. In one of the most shocking incidents, where two Dalit children were burnt alive by Muslim locals while their parents suffered critical injuries, a woman was an active participant in the crime and she was arrested by the Police along with her husband. As we have observed in an earlier article, Muslim women are involved in hate crimes against Hindus with an alarming frequency.

Another disturbing trend is the involvement of significant sections of the community in the crimes and even widespread support to rogue elements. For instance, Muslims from the same locality as the sexual predators came out in support of them when some good people were trying to prevent them from sexually harassing a woman. Not only that, the mob then went on to attack the house of the woman herself.

Thus, as has been mentioned in earlier articles, merely education will not be enough to inspire a reformation of the Muslim community. If major sections of the community continue to receive doles and financial despite tacit and active support to such hooliganism, they are likely to believe that indulging in such crimes is what is getting them these benefits. Moreover, if there are no consequences for such behaviour, where is the incentive for reforms?

As has been said before, there is a reason why carrot-and-stick is very popular strategy while carrot-and-carrot isn’t. One helps achieve the desired objective, the other provides incentives to maintain the status quo.

Robert Vadra pens ‘farewell note’ for Rahul Gandhi, calls him inspiration for the youth

Bidding farewell to the Gandhi scion Rahul Gandhi after he remained insistent on resigning from the post of Congress presidency, Robert Vadra, Gandhi’s brother-in-law, in a post uploaded on his Social Media accounts today said that he has a ‘lot to learn’ from Rahul Gandhi. The post comes following Rahul Gandhi’s persistent denial from withdrawing his resignation, submitted after a humiliating defeat in the Lok Sabha elections.

Vadra further asserted that the population of the country, out of which 65per cent is ‘young’ i.e below the age of 45 years, look up to Rahul for inspiration and right direction. He lauded Rahul Gandhi’s decision of owning up the accountability of the 2019 Lok Sabha defeat by tendering his resignation and stated that he is with Rahul in his service to the nation.

After the disastrous poll drubbing that Congress received in the Lok Sabha 2019 elections, in which Rahul himself lost what was touted as prestige battle in Amethi, against Smriti Irani, he offered his resignation to the Congress Working Committee and asked them to find a suitable and a competent person to head over the Congress party.

While the CWC summarily rejected Rahul Gandhi’s resignation but in the subsequent meetings, Rahul made it amply clear that he is adamant on his resignation and expects party leaders too to own up the accountability of the task assigned to them. He had expressed his anguish that not many leaders in the party were owning up the defeat. This triggered nationwide mass resignations. Many prominent Congress leaders tendered their resignations, holding themselves responsible for the poor performance of the party in their respective areas.

Any misadventure from Pakistan will be answered with a punitive response: General Bipin Rawat

Speaking at a seminar in the national capital to mark ’20 Years after Kargil Conflict’, Army Chief General Bipin Rawat sent out a warning to Pakistan Army and said that any misadventure from the side of Pakistan would be answered with a punitive response.

“Pakistan Army time and again resorts to misadventure, either through flawed proxy wars and state-sponsored terror or intrusions. The Indian Army stands resolute to defend our territory. Let there be no doubt that any misadventure will be repelled with a punitive response”, he said.

Gen Rawat warned that any future conflicts would prove to be more ‘violent and unpredictable’. He said that our soldiers would remain the primary assets of the Army. “Future conflicts will be more violent and unpredictable where the importance of human factor shall remain undiminished. Our soldiers are and will remain our primary assets”, said the Army Chief.

Addressing the reports of Chinese intrusion on the Line of Actual Control(LAC) last week after some Tibetans hoisted the Tibetan flag on the occasion of Dalai Lama’s birthday on July 6th, General Rawat clarified said that had been no Chinese intrusion.

“Chinese come and patrol to their perceived Line of Actual Control. We try and prevent them. But at times there are celebrations that take place at the local levels. Celebrations were going on our side by our Tibetans in the Demchok sector. Based on that, some Chinese personnel also came to see what was happening. But there have been no intrusions. Everything is normal,” he assured.

He said that the new norm of fighting is the use of militancy and other irregular methods.

Rajasthan Police launches an investigation in the alleged farm loan waiver scam

The Rajasthan Police’s chief has announced that the Special Operations Group(SOG) has launched a probe into the alleged farm loan waiver scam. Farmers had alleged that despite not taking any loans, their names appeared in the list of beneficiaries whose loans were waived off.

Some farmers of Dungarpur district in Rajasthan were the first to raise an alarm. They claimed that their names were in the list of beneficiaries even when they had not taken any loans. Soon, farmers from other districts such as Churu, Hanumangarh, Bharatpur, and Dholpur districts also approached the co-operative department officials. They also stated that their names were on the list of recipients of loan waivers even though they had never taken any loans.

Reportedly, the names of more than 1,700 farmers were found in the list of beneficiaries from Dungarpur district alone and none of the farmers had never availed a loan. The farmers in the state were palpably fearful of the fact this alleged scam of fake beneficiaries could be replicated under the guise of farm loan waivers across the state.

The officials of a co-operative bank in Sagwara, Dungarpur had then allegedly stated that as soon as they found out that Ashok Gehlot government ordered to write-off farms loans, they issued loans in the name of those people who had never availed a loan.

Sensing the scale of the alleged farm loan waiver scam, the Rajasthan co-operative department, which carried out the initial probe, asked Rajasthan police to take over the case. Rajasthan’s director general of police (DGP) Bhupendra Singh said that the special operations group has commenced the probe into the matter after they received a letter from the government a few days back. SOG will soon submit a report, he said.

According to the sources, more than one lakh accounts are under the scrutiny of the agency in which waived loan amount was transferred although they never took a loan. One official said, “Several farmers who never availed loans have filed complaints to the co-operative department that their names were in the list of the beneficiaries of farmers whose loans were waived. We are now gathering district-wise data of the number of accounts in which waived loan amount was transferred.”

Besides incongruencies in loan waiver, the SOG is also reviewing cases of cheating registered against 125 co-operative societies in the state. After the SOG obtained data across all police stations, the economic offences arm of the group found that 385 cases are registered against 125 credit co-operative societies of state. Sirohi (213), Pali (138) and Jalore (12) were the three districts where the maximum number of cases registered against these societies were found.

Jamat-e-Ulema Hind chief says Congress should be questioned for the lynching cases during its rule

Leading Islamic seminary Jamat-e-Ulema Hind has put the blame on the Congress Party for the incidents of mob lynching across the country and not the BJP, as the popular narrative goes, as reported by Zee News.

Jamat-e-Ulema Hind’s National President Moulana Suhaib Qasmi, while addressing a press briefing in Guwahati today said that it is not the BJP or the RSS that is responsible for the incidents of lynching but the Congress.

Qasmi held Congress responsible for the lynchings in different parts of the country. He said that the party should be questioned for the cases of lynching that were reported during its rule. “If a high-level investigation is conducted, it will be cleared”, said Qasmi.

Recently there has been a spate of reports where Muslim men have been asked to chant ‘Jai Shree Ram’ and thrashed. Several of these cases have turned out to be fake.

Recently a Congress Councillor Aslam Cyclewala of Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC) was booked by the police in connection with a rampage that occurred in Athwa lines area of Surat city in Gujarat. During the incident, an unruly mob of protestors who were taking out a rally against the alleged lynching of Tabrez Ansari in Jharkhand had pelted stones at the police. Abusive actor Ajaz Khan taunts Mumbai Police after they file an FIR against TikTok ‘celebrities’ for propagating revenge on Tabrez Ansari’s death

After threatening to unleash violence against Hindus, abusive actor Ajaz Khan has now resorted to taunting Mumbai Police after they filed an FIR against TikTok ‘celebrities’ for propagating revenge over Tabrez Ansari’s death.

In a Tik Tok video released by Ajaz Khan, he mocks Mumbai Police by mimicking to a Bollywood movie dialogue. Interestingly, one of the accused members of the Team 07 members can be seen in the video with the failed actor-turned rogue Ajaz Khan.

In the video, the dialogue does where the police asks the villain to get into the car (police van). The villain asks whether the police has any witness or warrant. To that the Police replies how the entire neighbourhood saw what they did. To that one of the ‘Team07’ member says how the neighbourhood isn’t really Gandhian, implying not all witnesses could be believed.

While the video is old, it was recently reshared by Ajaz Khan on his TikTok profile after Mumbai Police filed an FIR against the TikTok users.

Taking a jibe at the Shiv Sena activist who filed the FIR against TikTok ‘celebrities’ he wrote “Warrant laya hai? Ramesh Solanki” in the caption.

The case

On July 9, the Mumbai Police cyber cell had registered a complaint filed by Shiv Sena activist Solanki against the group of TikTok ‘influencers’– – Faisal Shaikh, Hasnain Khan, Faiz Baloch, Adnan Shaikh and Sadhan Faroqui, for propagating revenge over Tabrez Ansari’s death.

In a video uploaded in Tik Tok, the group had propagated revenge against people over 22-year-old Jharkhand man Tabrez Ansari’s death. “You may have killed that innocent Tabrez Ansari, but tomorrow if his son takes revenge, do not say that all Muslims are terrorists,” the video claimed.

Ajaz Khan, repeat offender

Recently, hardcore Islamist Ajaz Khan menacingly threatened actor Payal Rohatgi that one day, the entire world will become Muslim. In a misogynist attack against Payal, Ajaz Khan had referred Payal Rohatgi as a C grade actor.

In a hate speech video on Facebook, Ajaz Khan was seen blatantly inciting communal violence. He was found urging the Muslim community to come out on roads. Khan said they should be ashamed of themselves for not coming out on streets after the alleged killing of Tabrez Ansari.

He had threatened that if 40 crore Muslims of the country, including legal and illegal residents, came out on the streets the whole country would be shut down.

Ajaz Khan is known for his anti-democracy views which was evident from the fact that he once tweeted that he would choose the Quran over the constitution. He was arrested by Anti-Narcotics Cell of Navi Mumbai for possessing drugs. He later got out on bail. He was arrested in 2016 too for sending lewd and vulgar messages to a hair stylist. In the past too, Ajaz Khan has indulged in promoting hate speech through his Facebook account which could disturb the communal harmony in the country.

Prasar Bharti chairman slams Caravan editor for peddling falsehoods maligning India at London conference

The Prasar Bharti chairperson Dr A Surya Prakash has called out the Editor-in-chief of the Caravan magazine, Vinod K Jose for disseminating factually incorrect and grossly inaccurate presentation of India during a session on ‘Religion and the Media’ at the Global Conference For Media Freedom in London.

Slamming Jose for his blatantly anti-India statements, the chairperson of the Prasar Bharti, A Surya Prakash asserted that the Caravan magazine Editor was running propaganda through his lies and misleading arguments.

Jose had contended on Thursday at the event that religious minorities in the country were persecuted under the leadership of BJP and PM Modi. To drive home his point, Jose showed arbitrary snippets of media coverage of alleged incidents against minorities. Jose asserted in his presentation that ‘hundreds of Christians were targeted and killed’ in India. He also accused RSS of engineering the Sikh pogrom in 1984.

After his presentation, when the floor was thrown open for discussion, the Prasar Bharti chairperson stood up to debunk the falsehoods peddled by the Caravan editor. The Prasar Bharti chairperson claimed the accusations made by Jose as false and apprised the audience of the inaccuracies in Jose’s contentions.

Prakash said that India is the world’s largest and most vibrant democracy. He informed the listeners that out of 900 million voters eligible to vote, 600 million exercised their right to elect the new government. He argued that democracies across the world will be in danger if the audience gave credence to Jose’s manufactured lies.

Prakash asserted that there exists a section of activists who couldn’t bring themselves to the terms that an overwhelming population of the country has reposed their faith in PM Modi. He said that Modi’s return to power has had some people uncomfortable who are now indulging in besmirching India on an international platform.

“I am anguished by the organisers to have provided a platform for such a prejudiced anti-India presentation. I don’t think anyone is promoting the cause of democracy by belittling the most vibrant democracy in the world,” he said.

Prakash stated that India’s democracy is deep-rooted, which is evident from its federal structure and the existence of a plethora of opposition regional parties governing their respective states and territories. He argued that just like US cannot be called a racist nation based on random crimes against Black people, similarly, it is outrightly wrong to paint India as against the minorities based on unfortunate arbitrary incidents.

On the claim that media is gagged and there is a palpable threat to the free and fair conduct of media, Prakash pointed out the irony in the assertion saying that the reports of incidents against minorities cited by Jose were a testament to the fact that the media is independent and free in the country.

The Chairman of the session and the Minister of State for the Commonwealth and the UN, Lord Ahmad of Wimbledon, immediately heeded to Prakash’s remarks and assured that he had the highest regards for India’s democracy and while ethnic and other conflicts could be debated, India’s eminence in the democratic world is unimpeachable.
