According to the FIR, Gurpatwant Singh Pannun offered Rs 11 crore to Sikh soldiers, urged them to stop PM Modi from hoisting the tricolour, and announced SFJ’s “Shaheed Jatha” alongside a new Khalistan referendum map.
Pannun held a press conference and claimed that Harjinder Singh, currently in St. Lucie County Jail, is ‘grieving’ and going through a mental anguish over the deadly incident.
Khalistani groups are planning to pay tribute to the so-called "martyrs", including Beant Singh and Satwant Singh, the killers of former Prime Minister of India, Indira Gandhi.
Otherwise, harping all the time, spewing venom against India, the Khalistan daydreamer made no video, issued no statement outraging over Pakistan’s audacious attempt to attack the Golden Temple, even though the debris from intercepted projectiles was found near the Golden Temple.
Pannun emphasised that Sikhs would not allow Indian forces to attack Pakistan through Punjab. However, this would be possible, according to him, only if Pakistan openly supported the cause of Khalistan, a separate Sikh nation.
"The leaders also committed to strengthen law enforcement cooperation to take decisive action against illegal immigration networks, organized crime syndicates, including narco-terrorists human and arms traffickers, as well as other elements who threaten public and diplomatic safety and security, and the sovereignty and territorial integrity of both nations", the joint statement read.
Union Home Ministry said that the Khalistani terrorist organisation Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) was responsible for inciting Muslim, Tamil, and Christian communities in Manipur to secede from India
In the video, Gurpatwant Singh Pannun threatened to attack PM Modi and CM Yogi during Kumbh 2025 on Shahi Snan dates in retaliation to Pilibhit encounter where Punjab Police and UP Police neutralised three Khalistan Zindabad Force terrorists.
Following the threats issued by US-based Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun against Indian Ambassador to the US, Vinay Mohan Kwatra, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) emphasized India's serious approach to such security threats.
