On December 16, Former BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar was convicted in the Unnao rape and kidnapping case by Delhi’s Tis Hazari Court. The court had convicted Sengar for rape under the sections of IPC and the POCSO Act for raping a minor.
The arguments on the sentencing will be held on 19th December, 2019.
