MP: Moin Khan poses as ‘Monu Verma’ to entrap a Hindu girl, caught and handed over to the police by Bajrang Dal

When the activists asked his name, Moin Khan introduced himself as Monu Verma, a Hindu. But soon he was exposed. According to reports, when the activists asked him to produce an ID card, he allegedly confessed that his real name was Moin Khan.

In Indore, Madhya Pradesh, Bajrang Dal activists have caught a young man accusing him of love jihad. The name of the Muslim youth is Moin Khan. The members of the Hindu outfit caught the accused roaming around and indulging in obscene acts with a Hindu girl at Treasure Island Mall in Indore.

When the activists asked his name, Moin Khan introduced himself as Monu Verma, a Hindu. But soon he was exposed. According to reports, when the activists asked him to produce an ID card, he allegedly confessed that his real name was Moin Khan.

Following this, the activists reportedly thrashed the youth and handed him over to the Tukoganj police.

In what transpired, Manoj Yadav, District Convenor of Bajrang Dal, had received information that a Muslim youth was roaming around with a Hindu female and engaging in obscene activities with her. Manoj Yadav arrived on the scene with the workers and caught Moin red-handed.

Following that, the Hindu activists began questioning him. At first, the accused insisted that he is a Hindu. He also said that the Hindu girl was his girlfriend and they were in a relationship for the last 5 years. The activists, who got suspicious by his body language, asked him to produce his ID card. The youth, thereafter, panicked and spilt out his real identity.

When the Bajrang Dal activists asked him why he hid his real identity, the youth said that the Bajrang Dal members catch Muslim love jihadis and put them behind bars which is why he got scared. The activists thereafter handed him over to the Tukoganj police.

Tukoganj police station in-charge Kamlesh Sharma said, “A girl approached the police station along with some Bajrang Dal activists. She had gone to watch a movie at TI mall in the city with a youth belonging to another community. Initially, the youth told the activists that his name was Monu but later when they interrogated him, he gave his real name as Moin, a resident of Manikbagh in the city.”

“We are further questioning the girl and action will be taken accordingly,” Sharma added.
