Anti CAA campaign: Islamic fundamentalist organizations unite with ‘Urban Naxal’ linked and missionary funded NGOs

A campaign is underway by certain organizations for the people of this country to endorse an appeal to the National Human Rights Commission to review the Citizenship Amendment Act. The appeal states, “We write to you to exercise Section 12 (d) of the Protection of Human Rights Act (PHRA) and undertake a review of the CAA.”

It adds, “CAA is fundamentally violative of Article 14, 15 and 21 of the Indian Constitution and it is only imperative that the NHRC, an ‘A’ accredited institution by the Global Alliance of the National Human Rights Institutions (GANHRI) and the apex human rights body in India, undertakes an independent review of the CAA, parameters based on the Indian Constitution and international human rights law.”

Screenshot from the appeal made through a google document

The appeal was made by Human Rights Defenders’ Alert – India (HRDA), Indian Social Action Forum (INSAF), United Against Hate (UAH) and supported by People’s Union for Civil Liberties (PUCL). OpIndia readers would be aware that we have extensively investigated the background of the PUCL and discovered that they are intricately linked to the ‘Urban Naxals’ arrested in the Bhima Koregaon case and Maoists.

We have also reported in the past that PUCL is linked to the CDRO, an umbrella network of NGOs, that is connected to Islamic Separatists in Kashmir, Maoists and separatists in Manipur. Therefore, this should immediately raise alarm bells about the effort underway to intervene in the matter of CAA by these dubious NGOs.

INSAF

The Indian Social Action Forum (INSAF) is a dubious NGO that receives foreign funds from Christian missionary organizations abroad. Chitranjan Singh of PUCL-UP was its President between 2014-16 as per the information currently available on their website. It has received significant funds from the Evangelisches Missionswerk in Deutschland (EMW, Germany) and Bread for the World (henceforth, referred to as Bread), again, in Germany.

In the past, Bread has funded extensively an NGO, Equations, that helped publish a report that called the Amarnath Yatra a ‘militarized pilgrimage’. The same report was published by Equations in collaboration with JKCCS, another Kashmiri separatist organization that is affiliated to the CDRO. Bread has also donated heavily to the Human Rights Law Network (HRLN) that is actively running a campaign to abolish Indian sedition laws in collaboration with the CDRO and its numerous affiliated organizations. Not merely that, Colin Gonsalves, the founder of HRLN, even appeared in Court yesterday demanding a judicial inquiry into the police action to flush out ‘protesters’ from Jamia Milia Islamia University.

United Against Hate (UAH)

There’s an American organization with the same name but we cannot confirm whether United Against Hate in India is a branch of the American organization by the same name. Therefore, we shall proceed under the assumption that it’s a wholly separate and independent organization.

The organization has a Facebook page and Twitter handle and not a website of its own. Therefore, it’s hard to find information on it. But we did manage to find a report on the Huffington Post that gives a clue into its ideological orientation. The HuffPo report says, “Among the organisations part of the network that United Against Hate will tap into are the Bhim Army, Jamaat-e-Islami, Jamiat Ulema-e-hind, Jamaat-e-Islami and Alpsankhyak Adhikar.” The report also mentions that ‘Senior Advocate Sanjay Hegde’ is part of the initiative as well. United Against Hate also launched a toll-free number for ‘mob lynching’.

Read: Who is instigating violence in colleges: Congress, NSUI, a sinister WhatsApp group and anti-CAA protests

The President of Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind filed a review petition against the Ayodhya Verdict that paved the way for a Bhavya Ram Mandir at Ayodhya. The Kashmir unit of Jamaat-e-Islami was banned by the government and is suspected of funding the Hizbul Mujahideen while the Jamaat-e-Islami in other states have been protesting against the CAB. The Bhim Army is an organisation whose president has been arrested in the past for allegedly violating the model code of conduct during elections.

The Facebook page provides better insight into the network’s functioning. One of the two managers of the page is Syed Faizan Zaidi, who is either a student or alumni of Jamia Milia Islamia University as per his Facebook profile. He calls himself ‘Mujahid Faizan’. We cannot say for sure if ‘Mujahid’ is his actual name or part of his actual name but what we do know is that Mujahid is a participant of Jihad. And that is why organizations such as Indian Mujahideen have the word in their name. Mujahideen is plural for Mujahid. Of course, Mujahid maybe his nickname but ‘Mujahid Faizan’ appears a very unusual nickname indeed.

Source: Facebook

We reiterate that we cannot confirm whether ‘Mujahid Faizan’ is a name Syed Faizan Zaidi has chosen for himself based on his ideology or whether it was a name given to him. Regardless, ‘Mujahid’ in his name is a very relevant fact considering the current circumstances.

The Spider’s Web

Thus, we see a network of dubious NGOs uniting to get the NHRC involved in the Citizenship Amendment Act. INSAF is an organization that receives funds from Christian Missionary Organizations. United Against Hate is linked to numerous Islamic fundamentalist organizations and its Facebook page is headed by a Jamia student or alumni who calls himself Mujahid Faizan on Facebook. Furthermore, the initiative is supported by the PUCL, an organization that is heavily linked to ‘Urban Naxals’ and Maoists and is part of the CDRO that is linked to separatists all over India.

Furthermore, Colin Gonsalves, the founder of HRLN, appeared in the Supreme Court demanding a judicial inquiry into the Police action at Jamia. The HRLN receives a significant amount of funding from George Soros’ Open Society Institute as well. The combination of PUCL and HRLN was also involved in the ‘Civil Society’ attack on Akshaya Patra. In this instance, we see the same combination of organizations collaborating with Islamic fundamentalist groups to undermine Indian national interests.

Congress workers and supporters unleash sexist attack against Smriti Irani over picture with Hukumdev Narayan Yadav

In a shameful, sexist and misogynist attack against Union Minister Smriti Irani, Congress office-bearers as well as IT cell workers yesterday posted disparaging tweets slamming the cabinet minister for seeking blessings from Padma Bhushan Hukumdev Narayan Yadav.

Indrani Mishra, national secretary of Mahila Congress and an AICC Member tweeted Smriti Irani’s picture with Hukumdev Narayan saying that Smriti is bowing in obeisance in front of a “Rape Guru” while Rahul Gandhi is asked to apologise for his rape remarks. Indrani Mishra had insinuated that Smriti is paying respect to rape accused Swami Chinmayanand, while it was actually veteran MP Hukumdev Narayan Yadav.

Another office-bearer, Pumpi Baghel, who is the national social media coordinator of the NSUI and SM in-charge of Maharashtra and Haryana posted the same photo alleging that Smriti is bowing in reverence to Chinmayanand.

Soon, Internet zombies on the payroll of the Indian National Congress posted the same picture alleging that Smriti is seeking blessings from a ‘rapist Chinmayanand’. None of the zombies realised that the person in question was a Padma Bhushan Hukumdev Narayan Yadav and not Swami Chinmayanand.

Sanjay Ajgalle, Youth Congress leader from Chhattisgarh, too joined the bandwagon in denigrating Smriti Irani for her deferential gesture towards “rapist Chinmayanand”.

Ranjeeta Mehta, who claims to be the National Coordinator of All India Mahila Congress and media spokesperson for Haryana Pradesh Mahila Congress, too shared the same picture alleging that Ministry of Women and Child Development, Smriti Irani is seeking blessings from “rapist Chinmayanand”.

The Congress office-bearers as well the IT cell collaborators not only mounted a misogynistic smear campaign against the Union Minister but they also defamed Padma Bhushan recipient Hukumdev Narayan by referring to him as “rapist Chinmayanand”. In fact, Smriti Irani herself took to Twitter to expose the agenda pushed by the Congress party.

“The man you are slandering is Hukumdev Narayan Yadav. He is a recipient of Padma Bhushan award and has dedicated his life for the country since 1960. He has done unprecedented work for Dalits and the poor. I am honoured that he accepted my greetings,” Irani tweeted.

Besides, self-proclaimed journalist Nikhil Wagle tried to take a swipe at the Union Minister Smriti Irani for her reaction on the conviction of the ex-BJP leader Kuldeep Sangar in the Unnao rape case. However, Smriti Irani shut him up for his “abhorrent” presumption.

Irani tweeted that to assume that she would stand by anyone on issues of rape regardless of their politics is abhorrent. “The law has taken its course and I’m grateful that judicial processes continue to ensure the protection of women and children,” Smriti added in her tweet.

It is notable here that Smriti Irani has constantly been the victim of the vilest and more abhorrent abuses from Congress supporters and workers after she had contested against Rahul Gandhi in Amethi in 2014 general elections. In the 2019 elections, Irani had registered a historic victory in the Amethi seat, defeating the Congress scion in a seat that had been their family stronghold since generations.

Delhi turns into a war zone as anti-CAA rioters now attack a school bus after ‘peaceful’ protest turned violent

The violent ‘peaceful’ protests in Delhi continue as anti-CAA rioters set fire to a school bus in Delhi’s Seelampur area.

In a video shared by BJP leader Kapil Mishra, the rioters can be seen beating up policemen.

As per reports, police had to resort to tear gas after ‘peaceful protestors’ pelted stones at them, injuring police officials including Additional DCP RP Meena.

A Police post was also set on fire by the mob along with police and private motorcycles. Drone cameras were brought in to assess the rioters.

The mob reportedly taunted the policemen to run after them following which they pelted stones at them.

Last week, the protests held in Jamia Nagar in New Delhi had turned violent following which the police had to use force to bring the situation under control. Communal slogans like ‘Hinduon se azaadi‘ were also chanted during the protests. Aam Aadmi Party MLA Amanatullah Khan was also seen leading the protests.

Running experiments in JNU’s molecular medicine department ruined as ‘protestors’ block entry of scientists into laboratory

The JNU goons, most of them associated with the left-wing brigade, continue to protest against the marginal hostel fee hike in the University. After resorting to endless vandalism and hooliganism, clashing with the police, heckling reporters and attacking teachers the JNU goons are now up to ruining several ongoing, crucial and expensive experiments by blocking scientists from entering the university’s molecular medicine department.

Crossing all semblance of decency, the students have for the second consecutive day stopped scientist Dr Anand Ranganathan and his colleagues from entering their laboratory in the campus. The professor, who went through similar huff last month, took to Twitter yesterday and even today to share the quandary.

In his tweet dated December 16, professor Anand Ranganathan wrote that the JNU students barred him and his colleagues from entering his laboratory. He wrote that while he had exams to take, one of the fellow professors, teaching Molecular medicine at JNU had international grant proposal deadline to meet but failed to do so as he was not allowed to enter the lab. Moreover, many ongoing expensive experiments and active parasite cultures which were being studied and tested in the laboratory have been ruined since the goons stopped the scientists from entering the lab.

Scientist Dr Anand Ranganathan today wrote that the protesting students at JNU must realise wet science departments are unlike other departments that study theoretical fields. He said that crucial experiments and expensive equipment are running inside. “Taxpayers pay for our research. Who loses? All of us,” he tweeted.

A message circulated by the professor internally talked about the traumatising incident where goons barged in in an exam centre and abused and pushed the professor. “We around 12 faculty members including Dean-SES were literally made hostage and the examinees were dispelled away by the mob,” the professor narrated his ordeal. He further stated how for next one hour they were compelled to surrender answer sheets and attendance paper. Later, one of the student-goons, tore off the answer sheets and attendance paper.

Last month on the 22nd, Dr Anand Ranganathan had shared a video on Twitter, wherein the JNU students could be seen blocking the main door to the laboratory, barring him from entering his department as the security looked on.

When the scientist and columnist had intervened and asked the students to move out of his way and let him enter the lab, the students had then too, shouted at him telling him to go away. Angered by the impertinence shown by the students he was seen asking them to go away elsewhere and continue with their protest. He asked the guard to open the gates, but the security also stood helplessly trying to gently convince the students.

Notably, the JNU students had earlier kept a faculty member named Dr Vandana Mishra, who is the Associate Dean of the university in illegal captivity, abused and attacked the Dean for 30 hours. Prior to this, the JNU goons had forcibly stopped the ambulance in which the Dean was being taken for medical care even though the Dean’s health was deteriorating alarmingly.

113 Professors had disassociated themselves from JNU Teachers’ Association over their complicity and silence when teachers are attacked by miscreants and JNU goons.

One Professor Aswini Mohapatra took to Twitter to say that the 113 teachers believe that JNUTA is the root cause of the current deadlock. Controlled by the Left-wing coterie, it has turned JNU into a hotbed of Azadi brigade.

The “students” of JNU have been protesting against the marginal hostel fee hike in JNU. Even after the partial rollback, the students were not satisfied and called the roll-back only ‘cosmetic‘. The students have clashed with the police and even heckled reporters in their ongoing protests. The JNU campus was mercilessly defaced by these goons.

Jamia riots: Supreme Court dismisses pleas against police action, directs the petitioners to approach respective HCs

0

Refusing to entertain the pleas filed by the petitioners over the police action in Jamia, AMU and other places, the Chief Justice of India SA Bobde said that the students cannot take the law in their own hands or destroy public properties.

Slamming the petitioners, Justice Bobde said that the apex court is not the place for establishing facts, directing the applicants to visit respective high courts to first establish the facts.

A battery of lawyers representing the petitioners requested for suo motu cognisance of the Supreme Court on the police action against the protesting students. Senior Advocate Indira Jaisingh representing the petitioners asked the Supreme Court to pass an order stopping the police from filing an FIR against the protesting students.

However, this request was instantly turned down by the CJI who asked, “Won’t FIRs be filed if the students are pelting stones? What are the officers supposed to do if students behave like this? Who burnt the buses?”

Justice Bobe also asserted that action should be taken against anybody who commits an offence. “Illegal activities cannot be allowed. The police had the authority to put an end to all such criminal activities,” he said.

Jaisingh further argued that just like a committee was constituted by the apex court to inquire about the facts about the Hyderabad encounter, a similar committee should be appointed in this matter as well, accusing the Supreme Court of “washing their hands off” in this case.

CJI responded that there’s no parallel between the two cases as the Hyderabad encounter lies within the jurisdiction of Telangana while the pleas filed in this case pertains to protests across different parts of the country, adding that a single committee cannot have jurisdiction over so many states.

Senior Advocate Sanjay Hegde pointed out the observation made by the Mandal Commission stating that one point commission is needed to look into such matters. However, the CJI quipped that it is for the Supreme Court to decide.

Hegde further asked the Supreme Court to direct the police officials to obtain permission before entering the premises of a university. However, this request too was turned down by the CJI.

“How many times should we tell you to approach the high courts? ” an exasperated CJI exclaimed.

Asking the petitioners to file a case in their respective high courts, the Supreme Court order also added that the high courts will have the liberty to appoint retired SC or HC judges for the purposes of inquiry after hearing the Union and the State Government.

From Dantewada, ‘liberals’ shift to justifying violence in Delhi

A group of people starts destroying public property, attacking symbols of the state such as trains, railway lines and buses. Physically attacking security forces. Meanwhile, ‘liberals’ stand back, intellectualizing the violence. They say that the criminals have a cause which is sacred. So sacred that we should overlook their violent revolt against the state. They hunt for “heroes” among the malcontents, lionize them in cartoons, poems, songs and movies.

Sound familiar?

This is exactly what happens whenever there is a Naxal attack in the forests of Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh or Odisha. ‘Liberals’ say don’t look at the trail of destruction left behind. Instead admire the violent ones, sing songs with them, write poems about their valor. If you condemn the violence, that somehow makes you a terrible person who supports oppression of tribal people. Plus an imperialist and invader.

Now think about the ‘liberal’ reaction to what happened on the streets of Delhi or in Bengal the other day. Stones were pelted at police. Buses and trains were set on fire.

But the liberals saw nothing wrong with those who were trying to overrule Parliament with raw physical violence. Those poor dears! Bless them and their cause! If you condemn them, you are a terrible person who supports oppression of student voices. Plus a fascist and a Nazi.

Read: Watch: Protests against CAB in Jamia Millia Islamia turn violent amidst chants of Allaho Akbar, Nara-e-Taqbeer and La ilahi illilah

The themes are strikingly similar. In both cases, ‘liberals’ intellectualize destruction of public property and attacks on security forces. This dangerous trend has now moved from Dantewada to Delhi.

I have always maintained that violence in forests of Jharkhand or Chhattisgarh is no different from violence anywhere else in the country. Sadly, ‘liberals’ were able to keep us on the defensive by guilt tripping us, by accusing us of being ‘outsiders’ with no understanding of the issues of people in the forest heartland.

Apparently, the only ‘insiders’ in those areas are the missionaries from all over the world and the ‘liberals’ from Delhi who swoop in to profile the poverty. They then sell those pictures in the US, Germany and Australia. For a hefty commission, they promise their foreign patrons that they will save the bodies (and the souls!) of the poor masses in India. That’s what makes them insiders and the rest of us outsiders.

But what now? Are we ‘outsiders’ in India’s metropolitan cities also? Will we fall for the guilt tripping and emotional blackmail here as well?

This is a test for all of us Indians. ‘Liberals’ are trying to hide their violent intentions under the garb of students. But, we’ve all been students. And no, burning buses is not on the syllabus. We can’t let ‘liberals’ get away with intellectualizing this.

Read: The Owaisi Factor: Why Mamata Banerjee went soft on the raging Muslim mobs in Bengal risking Hindu consolidation for the BJP

We have to make sure of two things. One, put pressure on the state to come down *hard* upon criminal elements who may or may not claim to be students. Two, push ‘liberals’ to retreat from giving intellectual cover fire to violence. It doesn’t matter if they are Bollywood celebrities, public intellectuals or poets with sidey awards that nobody has heard of.

We have to demand that first of all, ‘liberals’ should come out in the public square and unequivocally condemn the violence. No ifs. No buts. Everything else is secondary.

Till yesterday, ‘liberals’ used to justify attacks on CRPF in Dantewada.

Today, ‘liberals’ are justifying attacks on police in Delhi.

Tomorrow, ‘liberals’ will justify genocide against us.

Oh wait, they already did. With Kashmiri Hindus. After the genocide, they will tell the survivors to grovel before their tormentors. They will say that ‘peace’ for the survivors depends on the goodwill of their oppressors. So it is the job of the survivors to prostrate before the Leftist-Islamist complex and beg for a right to breathe.

This will be our future unless we take a stand today. No more giving in to intellectual blackmail. No way.

Military ruler Pervez Musharraf gets death penalty for imposing emergency in Pakistan

0

A three-judge Bench of a special court in Pakistan handed over the death penalty to Pakistan’s former President Parvez Musharraf on December 17 for suspending Constitution and imposing emergency in the country in 2007.

The Bench headed by Peshawar High Court Chief Justice Waqar Ahmad Seth gave the ruling in the long-drawn high treason case against Pervez Musharraf which was initiated by former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif for clamping the state of emergency on November 3, 2007, a punishable offence for which he was indicted on March 31, 2014, and the prosecution had tabled the entire evidence before the special court in September the same year. But due to litigation at appellate forums, the trial of the former military dictator had lingered on.

Musharaf, Pakistan’s military ruler from 2001 to 2008, has been living in exile in Dubai since March 2016 after he left Pakistan for medical treatment. The special court, comprising Justice Seth, Justice Nazar Akbar of the Sindh High Court (SHC) and Justice Shahid Karim of the Lahore High Court, announced the verdict it had reserved on November 19, the Dawn newspaper reported.

Musharraf had challenged the special court verdict and sought suspension of his trial in his absence. He asked the Lahore High Court to suspend the special court’s reserved verdict until he is healthy enough to appear before the court.

He pleaded not guilty and has always claimed that the charges against him are politically motivated. He is the first military ruler to recieve the death penalty.

The former Pakistan President was declared an absconder as he failed to appear in court despite repeated summons and the court issued a directive to the country’s Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to arrest him.

Delhi Police say Jamia rioters were prepared, violence was not spontaneous but well-planned

0

In the wake of violent protests that erupted at the Jamia Millia Islamia University, the Delhi Police had today claimed that the investigations are underway to determine if the rampant vandalism, arson and stone-peltings were part of a larger conspiracy.

Additional DCP(South East), Kumar Gyanesh asserted that by looking at the preparations made by the protestors, it appeared that the violent protests were not instantaneous but planned well in advance. He claimed that a probe has been ordered to ascertain if the violent acts of arson and vandalism during the protests were engineered beforehand.

“I saw it for myself, some protestors were carrying wet blankets and putting them on tear gas shells to minimise their impact. It did not seem to be spontaneous but well planned. Investigation underway,” Gyanesh said.

Delhi Police also rubbished the rumours that bullets were fired by the police personnel on the protestors when the agitation turned ugly. It also claimed that the 10 people arrested by the police for the acts of arson and vandalism during the protests did not belong to the Jamia Millia Islamia University and were outsiders.

Citing the Delhi Police report, a Home Ministry official said, “No bullet was fired by the Delhi Police during protests at Jamia. All 10 persons detained have a criminal background. More anti-social elements are being tracked,” the officials said, citing a Delhi Police report.

It is notable here that an OpIndia exclusive report had exposed the involvement of Congress’ NSUI members to organise pre-planned protests in India and make it look like organic protests. It is also being reported that an intelligence report submitted to the MHA says that banned radical organisations like PFI and SIMI may be behind the violent riots and planning to spread the violence across the country.

The Citizenship Amendment Bill aims to give Citizenship to the persecuted minorities like Hindus, Buddhists, Jains, Parsis and Christians from the neighbouring Islamic nations of Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan. The Bill has been passed in both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha and also got the assent of the President.

Jamia Nagar riots: Jamia Millia Islamia blames ‘outsiders’ for the riots, claims 750 fake ID cards found inside campus since August

0

Jamia Millia Islamia University Vice-Chancellor Najma Akhtar in a statement on Tuesday claimed that university students have not been involved in these protests instead several outsiders who have entered the premises with fake identity cards have been perpetrating these violent attacks.

She said that that 750 fake ID cards have been found in the university’s campus. According to the Zee News report, since August, 750 fake ID cards have been confiscated by guards on campus after ‘outsiders’ attempted to enter the University Campus. It is being alleged that ‘outsiders’, since the last three months have been planning to create unrest, and build a political space within the campus. Apparently, the fake ID in Jamia is a ‘routine’ thing and the university regularly keeps a check on fake IDs.

Slamming Delhi police for detaining Jamia students, the VC Najma Akhtar said the university will not tolerate police presence on campus and on Monday demanded a high-level inquiry into the crackdown on students. “Police entered the campus without permission. We will not tolerate police presence on campus. They scared our students with police brutality,” Najma Akhtar said at a press conference.

Read: Who is instigating violence in colleges: Congress, NSUI, a sinister WhatsApp group and anti-CAA protests

“We will file FIR on the damage of property and police action on students, we want high-level inquiry. I will present facts to the HRD Minister,” she said.

On the other hand, the Delhi Police’s Joint Commissioner Devesh Shrivastav has claimed that the police force is being continuously attacked by stones, bottles, tube lights though they are there for the safety and security of the students, and appealed to students inside Jamia Millia Islamia campus to not throw bottles and pelt stones on the police force.

Delhi Police had entered the campus on December 15 to flush out the protesting students after protests in Jamia Nagar turned violent as buses were torched and vandalized by Muslim mobs in the National Capital.

The protests against the Citizenship Amendment Act began from Jamia Millia Islamia University and it is not clear whether students from the University were involved with the protests or not.

In the video accessed by Opindia.com, noise could be heard and the ‘students’ of the University could be seen running helter-skelter. Surprisingly, all the students were inside libraries and reading rooms for a change. They are usually busy protesting against something or the other. One of the ‘students’ can be heard saying that the Delhi Police is firing tear gas shells to flush out the students. It is also reported that the Police dragged students out of a mosque inside the campus. The students again pelted stones at the Police which forced the latter to retaliate.

It is reported that hundreds of ‘protesters’ were paraded out of the University with their hands in the air. The Police said that they had nabbed some outsiders who were indulging in violence. According to reports, Jihadist slogans were raised. The so-called ‘protesters’ raised slogans of ‘Hinduon se Azadi’ and ‘Chheen ke lengey Azadi’ and ‘Ladh ke lengey Azadi’. The slogans translate to ‘Freedom from Hindus’, ‘We will fight for freedom’.

How to debate Citizenship Amendment Act with ‘liberal’ idiots

Idiots seem to have taken over the public sphere of debating in India. Armed with ignorance, lies, malice, and shouting behind rampaging Islamists, they are out to drown out any informed debate or discussion around Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) and the supposedly impending National Register of Citizens (NRC). They are trying to save the country from fires of communalism by helping rabid Islamists put trains and buses on fire. Yes, that’s how much idiot they are.

Normally it’s advised to keep away from idiots, and most right-leaning Hindus are doing that, but just in case some idiot has caught hold of you and is insisting a debate. Here are some points you should know to counter the idiot.

Liberal Idiot: Why the hell allow Hindus, Sikhs and others to enter India but keep out just the Muslims?

You: Hey idiot, the Act doesn’t allow anyone to enter, but it deals with people who have already entered India. Not just that, only people who entered India before 31st December 2014 are covered under this act. Any Hindu, whom you hate from your bottom of your heart, will NOT become citizen of India if he came to India on are after 1st January 2015. So imagine, sometime in 2015, a Hindu in Pakistan decides to come to India because a strong “Hindu government” is in power, but he will NOT become citizen of India under this act. That should make you happy, idiot.

So forget Hindus from Pakistan, Afghanistan or Bangladesh rushing into India in future due to this Act, many among those who are already here are not getting any benefits. They will continue to be treated as illegal immigrants and can be jailed or deported back to the Islamic countries, where they will be killed or converted, something that should calm down your frayed tempers.

Liberal Idiot: Even Muslims like Ahmediyas and Shias are persecuted in Pakistan, why not allow them?

You: (Refer to the answer above that the Act is not about ‘allowing’ anyone. Now let’s proceed to the second part) Okay, I agree that Ahmediays and Shias are persecuted in Pakistan, but can you show me A SINGLE MEDIA REPORT that talks about Ahmediyas or Shias living in some refugee camps in India? Your own secular media has reported about Pakistani Hindu refugee camps in places like Delhi and Jodhpur other places, but where are the reports on Ahmediyas or Shias coming to India as refugees?

Where are those refugee camps? Where are those people whom you want to give citizenship? Remember idiot, this Act is all about those who are already here by 31st December 2014, not about people currently in Pakistan or elsewhere. Show me a single Indian secular media report that talks about even one refugee camp, or even a report on some Ahmediya or Shia families who came to India as religiously persecuted group and who are thus excluded from this Act.

In future, whether a Hindu, or Shia, or Ahmediya, anyone fleeing Pakistan and seeking citizenship in India will have to go through the same process and paperwork. There is no special status to Hindus or special exclusion to Muslims for anyone coming in India on or after 1st January 2015.

Liberal Idiot: Real problem is CAA and NRC combined as a Muslim who is already here will have to work extra to prove his citizenship.

You: Hey Idiot No. 1, you have already lost the argument on CAA so now you are bringing the non-existent NRC into picture. We have zero idea about a nationwide NRC. Everything about a nationwide NRC is speculation as of now and you have burnt buses and trains based on assumptions.

The only place where NRC is being maintained, and that is also being done on orders of Supreme Court, is in Assam. Assam problem is altogether different and you as liberal-secular should actually be protesting in Assam and fighting for rights of everyone to settle in Assam as you want things to be in the rest of India.

Now, let us assume that a Hindu and a Muslim, who has been living in India for over 5 years can’t produce documents to prove that they are citizens of India, so under what law will a Hindu automatically become a citizen? CAA you said? Dear idiot, the Hindu will also be required to prove that he or his forefathers fled Pakistan, Afghanistan or Bangladesh. Government will ask ‘where is your refugee card’? Or ‘where is that train or bus ticket from Lahore’? So both the Hindu and the Muslim without documents will further need to prove something. Hindus are not getting any free pass.

But most importantly, we have ZERO idea about what documents and what procedures will be there in the nationwide NRC. How many of you protestors have asked for clarity on this? How does burning buses give you that clarity, idiot?

Liberal Idiot: All these things don’t matter. No law should have any exclusion basis based on religion. Period.

You: Finally, you talk sense, idiot. Our constitution should truly be secular (the word was not there in original preamble, you know that, right, idiot?) and not treat any religion with special status, either in positive or negative sense. But for that, you will need to change many things in the constitution. Remove all articles and laws that give special status to minorities for running their educational or cultural institutions. Remove Minority Affairs ministry. Free the Hindu temples. At least make reservations or RTI applicable to minority institutions.

You get the point? If you were totally cool with plethora of laws and articles that are blatantly ‘communal’ in nature, you can’t have your panties in twist over CAA, which is just as much communal as any of these. This is why you guys are burning buses and trains, because you know that in Supreme Court, you will lose the case as there is nothing unconstitutional about this law. If CAA is unconstitutional, many other laws and articles from constitution will need to go, and we Hindus will only be happy if they go away.

Liberal Idiot: You are fascist, bigot. We are fighting for Idea of India.

You: You are the real fascist who is cheering crowds that are shouting islamofascist slogans. Your heroes have openly called for Jihad and they believe in Ummah. You want another partition by inciting Muslims mobs to burn down India. You hate Hindus to the extent that you say you don’t care if they are killed or raped by Jihadis in Pakistan. So go slow on that fascism and bigotry chant, liberal.

Now get lost, idiot.
