Rahul Kanwal spreads fake news, shares a video where police express solidarity with Hathras victim’s family as ‘intimidation’

As the politics around the Hathras case is getting dirtier by the day, different narratives are being woven around the unfortunate incident. Media houses are reporting on every development relating to the case and as a consequence things are either being misinterpreted or blown out of proportion.

Today a video went viral on social media showing the District Magistrate of Hathras talking to the family of the Hathras victim, which was twisted by India Today journalist Rahul Kanwal.

Sharing the video on Twitter, the journalist claimed that the DM was “intimidating” the family of the victim. However, on listening to the video, one finds that the DM was telling the victim’s family that the police are with them. The officer was heard telling the family, “Aap apni vishwasniyata khatam mat kariye. Ye media wale, mai apko bata du, aaj abhi adhe chale gye, kal subah tak adhe aur nikal jaenge, do char bachenge kal shaam tak. Hum he aapke sath khade hain. Ab apki ichchha hai apko bar bar bayaan badal k nhi badalna hai (Do not lose your credibility. Let me tell you half of these media people have already left, half of them will leave by tomorrow morning. Very few will be left by the evening. But we are standing by you. Now it is your wish whether you want to keep changing your statement or not)”.

However, the DM’s statement in which he is expressing solidarity with the family of the victim has been twisted by the journalist as intimidation. While he said that the police is with the family, Rahul Kanwal circulated fake news by saying the DM was intimidating the family.

Priyanka Gandhi had shared a video showing Victim’s father being prompted to speak

It is noteworthy, that earlier in the day Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra had posted a video of Hathras’s victim’s father on Twitter alleging that the family was being pressurised. However, it was clearly obvious from the video that a voice in the background was suggesting the victim’s father to say certain things on camera. The voice was suggesting the father to demand court monitored CBI probe.

The dancing boys of Afghanistan: A report on the rising ‘baccha bazi’ in the country

0

Afghanistan, a country reputed for following a highly conservative form of Islam, has recently opened a can of worms with the rising awareness on rampant child sex slavery practised by the warlords and influential men in the middle eastern country.

‘Baccha Bazi’ or ‘Child play’ is a practice in which young (and often pre-pubescent) boys are made to dress like girls and dance erotically in front of middle-aged Afghan men (thus called ‘dancing boys’). The boys are referred to as ‘baccha bareesh’ whereas the men are called ‘Baccha Baz’. Often, the victims are brought into the profession through human trafficking syndicates or by kidnapping.

The practise of Baccha Bazi is a result of deep rooted pedophilia present in the Afghan society.

The victims of this pedophile-flesh trade syndicate are often considered as outcasts by the society. The Daily Mail says that even if the victims wanted to marry, it had to be done in a discreet fashion due to the social stigma against the Baccha Bareesh. On the other hand, Afghan warlords who participate in the Baccha Baz tradition are often considered to be powerful and host such parties to show off their power and wealth. (www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3384027/amp/Women-children-boys-pleasure-secret-shame-Afghanistan-s-bacha-bazi-dancing-boys-dress-like-little-girls-make-skirts-abused-paedophiles.html)

Usually, the horror begins after the party ends, when the middle-aged guests of the warlord take the child to hotel rooms and mercilessly rape them.

Interestingly, homosexuality is believed to be a sin according to mainstream Islam. During the Taliban insurgency in Afghanistan, participating in Baccha Bazi was a crime punishable by death. However, after the fall of the Islamic terror outfit, there has been an increase of Baccha Bazi in the country.

The Afghan warlords argue that Baccha Bazi is a loophole to the Islamic practises since they merely ‘lust’ for the child and don’t exactly ‘love’ them, and are therefore not committing the Islamic sin of Homosexuality.

During the Afghanistan war, NATO forces were surprised to see middle-aged men going to parties with prepubescent boys hand-in-hand. However, they were asked to see the other way and not interfere in the local tradition.

The Daily Mail says that 2/5th of the Baccha Bareesh victims were between the ages 13 and 15. Several victims of the heinous act are said to have taken to drugs like heroin to cope with the repeated sexual abuse.

“Once I grow up, I will be an owner and I will have my own boys”, a then-17 year old Ahmad told Reuters in 2007.

The boys who were brought into the system usually carried the tradition forward by becoming ‘masters’ and bringing another set of pre-pubescent boys into the tradition.

Until recently, when a law by the Afghanistan government banned Baccha Bazi, police officers also participated in the tradition and sat as audiences in the parties.

According to Dr. Sobhrang, who was then the woman commissioner of the Afghan Independent Human Rights Commission(AIHRC), the tradition puts victims under psychological trauma, who cannot cope and are forced into narcotics. Usually, a warlord has about 10 Baccha Bareeshs, who pass it on from one generation to the other.

The problem of Baccha Bazi still persists in Afghanistan, but the new laws introduced by the Afghanistan legislation aim to end this barbaric practice and free victims.

SDPI leader Tasleem Rehmani calls SC verdict on Ayodhya wrong, says will rebuild Babri even it takes a thousand years

Secretary of Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI) Tasleem Rehmani made some highly provocative comments during a TV debate on Zee News. Arguing with a co-panellist on the debate over Krishna Janmanbhoomi, Rehmani threatened that Babri Masjid will be rebuilt in Ayodhya even if it takes 1000 years.

On one hand, Rehmani said that he believed in the Constitution and the Supreme Court, but on the other hand he questioned the Supreme Court verdict on Ayodhya and said that “the mosque was there, is there and will remain there”. “Ek hazar saal bhi agar lag gya to bhi masjid vahi banegi. Mai fir dohra rha hu. Masjid thi, Masjid hai, Masjid rahegi (Even if it takes a thousand years, the mosque will be rebuilt there. I reiterate, the mosque was there, is there and will remain there)”, shouted Rehmani.

When the anchor called out Rehmani for having double standards, he said that he did believe in the Supreme Court that is why he even accepted a “wrong” verdict. “Supreme Court ko mante hain isiliye to galat faisle par bhi sabr kiya (We believe in Supreme Court that’s why we kept patience even after a wrong verdict)”, he said.

SDPI’s Role in Bangalore Riots

SDPI was allegedly involved in the horrific Bengaluru riots that took place in the month of August. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) which was probing the riots, had named the SDPI leader Muzamil Pasha for instigating the mob to unleash violence on the streets of Bengaluru.

Rahul Gandhi has a great ‘fall’: The media stunt of Hathras journey has turned into a meme fest

Rahul Gandhi should be made the brand ambassador of India’s Got Talent even before he is made Congress president. Whenever he is not delivering stellar performances of stand up, or sit down comedy, he is creating situations that invite humour and inspire India’s countless meme makers to showcase their creativity. He is the largest stake holder in the Rozgar Yojna for meme makers.

Earlier today, Rahul and his sister Priyanka finally decided that they need to get into action by fully utilising the political potential of the tragic Hathras case. Despite knowing that section 144 has been imposed in the area following concerns of caste violence owing to political instigation, the Congress royals started with a dramatic motorcade, of course with second by second media coverage.

As expected, their motorcade was stopped on the Yamuna Expressway, right after they entered UP. In the subsequent drama that involved some fantastic dialogue delivery, masterful camerawork and active participation by supporting artists (Congress workers), Rahul Gandhi had a ‘fall’. No, he wasn’t sitting on a wall, but he had a fall indeed. All the Queens’ horses and all the Queen’s men who were accompanying him were rightfully cued in to play their parts.

As expected, meme Toh Hona Hi Tha.

When it comes to ‘falls’, perhaps the defending champion is Neymar Jr. So it was only natural that Rahul ji will be compared to him.

Apparently, Neymar Jr is not the only player who falls a lot. Rahul Gandhi’s fall has been compared to others too.

Since the performance was indeed legendary, even BJP leaders started sly-tweeting, citing legendary Bollywood scenes.

As said earlier, Rahul Gandhi is the largest stakeholder of Meme maker Rozgar Yojna. He is the muse, the inspiration and the idea that makes legendary meme artists create meme-masterpieces. Owing to the melodrama of the scene, a hashtag #ActLikePappu was already trending on twitter.

But, we are perhaps wrong. As per some Twitter users, the melodrama potential of the epic fall was far greater than boring Bollywood. It has to be at par with TV serials. The accidental fall was compared to tghe legendary accidental self hanging scene of Sasural Simar Ka. Those who have not watched the scene that symbolises peak serial creativity, can watch it here.

Last we heard, both Rahul ji and Priyanka ji were being whisked away to some unknown police adda in one of those (in)famous vehicles of UP Police.

Journalist says brutal murder of teenage girl in Hathras is ‘God-given strategic opportunity’ for Priyanka Gandhi Vadra

A journalist associated with Reuters, Hindustan Times, Economic Times- Madhvan Narayanan has let the cat out of the bag. After the Congress leadership has stepped up its offensive against the Yogi Adityanath government over its handling the Hathras case, the journalist opined that the Hathras incident has come as a God-sent opportunity for Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and that she has been giving it all her energy.

The journalist Tweeted: “#Hathras is a God-given strategic opportunity for @priyankagandhi. And she is giving it all the energy she’s got. UP elections are going to be interesting…

The journalist believes that it will be interesting to watch the upcoming UP elections, probably hinting that the Congress scion who has been eyeing at the CM seat for the forthcoming Uttar Pradesh elections, will use this Hathras incident to her benefit to score political brownie points.

His tweet resulted in widespread condemnation from netizens, after which he deleted the tweet.

Congress using Hathras incident to attack Yogi Government in UP

Completely ignoring the innumerable number of cases of rape being reported in the Congress ruled states, the Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has been launching a no-holds-barred attack against the Yogi government in Uttar Pradesh over the death of the Hathras gang-rape victim, ever since the unfortunate incident has come to the fore.

The Congress, led by Priyanka, who has begun efforts to regain lost ground ahead of the 2022 state assembly polls in Uttar Pradesh, on Wednesday held aggressive protests all over the state, pressing for the resignation of the CM Yogi Adityanath. Calling it a “jungle raj” Priyanka declared, “this was a time for accountability from the chief minister”.

To further her attack on the UP government, the Gandhi scion had today shared a video claiming that the family of the victim is not satisfied by the investigation being conducted by the UP Police in the case. But it appeared that someone from the background was prodding the victim’s father to say certain things on the camera.

Priyanka and Rahul Gandhi travelling to meet victim’s family despite section 144

Following the incident, Section 144 of CrPC has been imposed in the area to control the law and order situation. Despite this, to express their grief and concerns, Congress party’s Priyanka Gandhi and her brother Rahul Gandhi are reportedly on their way to meet the victim’s family.

Yogi Adityanath in no mood to spare the culprits

Meanwhile, CM Yogi ordered the formation of SIT to investigate the case. The trial will be conducted in a fast track court. SIT will submit its report in seven days. CM Yogi also talked to the father of the victim and ensured strict action against the culprits. The UP government has also announced an ex-gratia compensation of Rs 25 lakhs for the bereaved family.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi had also spoken to the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath, and asked for strict action against the culprits.

As the world battles Chinese virus and India plants its feet against Chinese aggression, The Hindu makes money by printing Chinese propaganda

The world has been battling the mayhem that has been unleashed by China in the form of Coronavirus. With over 34 million cases all over the world and over 1 million deaths, the Wuhan Coronavirus is one of the worst pandemics the world has seen. It is also a pandemic that could have been stopped or at least controlled had China not lied and misled the world in the early stages of the outbreak in Wuhan. While the dead bodies mount and India fights a dual battle with the communist regime in the form of their unprovoked aggression at the LAC, Leftist paper, The Hindu, is making money from China and furthering its propaganda for its readers.

On the 1st of October, The Hindu ran a full page advertorial paid for and planted by China. The paid content appeared on the 3rd page of the paper.

Interestingly, the paid content by China that has been published by The Hindu on Page 3 today does not appear on the digital website of The Hindu. The beauty of the paid content is that to an untrained eye, the full page article would seem like just that – a feature on how the world is wrong about mighty China and how, on the National Day of the People’s Republic of China, it is time to re-evaluate what “bhakt media” is saying about the country and look towards all its achievements.

However, upon closer examination, it becomes clear that the full-page feature was content paid for by China.

If some looks closely at the right corner of the banner, one can see “A space marketing initiative” written in tiny white letters.. big enough to be visible upon closer scrutiny and tiny enough to get missed easily.

An advertorial is an advertisement in the form of editorial content. Essentially, it is a method in which an advertisement is placed in a newspaper after paying the publisher, but, the advertisement is presented as an editorial column to make people take the advertisement seriously. The disclaimer that the content is a paid placement is hidden somewhere in tiny font.

There is nothing essentially unethical with publishing advertorials if the necessary disclaimers are in place and the reader is not being fooled into thinking that the advertorial is the publisher’s measured opinion, however, it becomes problematic when the paid content is placed in a national daily by the enemy of the nation.

While the world battles the Wuhan Coronavirus and India fight China’s unprovoked aggression at the Line of Actual Control, the advertorial in The Hindu is like giving a lifeline to a syphilitic dog.

At the beginning of the advertorial, there is a message by the Chinese Ambassador to India where he talks about how bravely China has helped the world battle a disease that China unleashed on unsuspecting humans. Further, after exonerating China of responsibility for the spread of the Wuhan Coronavirus and instead, painting them as the saviours, the Ambassador goes on to talk about India-China relationship and the recent tension.

The Hindu thus gives space for China to pontificate and take the high road as far as the stand-off with India is concerned when, in fact, it was China that started the aggression. In the above portion of the advertorial, China, thanks to The Hindu, gets the opportunity to talk about how responsibility, cooperation and communication is the need of the hour when it is China that breached all protocol and unleashed aggression against Indian soldiers at the LAC.

Then, in publishing praises on China in the paid content, the advertorial says that China ranked 78th in the Doing Business report of 2018 and has improved to position 31 in Doing Business report of 2020.

If The Hindu was an actual newspaper and not a space for hire for the enemy, on the simply basis of factual inaccuracy, they would have not published this paid content.

Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reported that the World Bank was putting a halt to the publication of the Ease of Doing Business report due to irregularities in the data and it would be reviewing the reports of the last 5 years. According to the report, data of 4 countries – China, Azerbaijan, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia – were manipulated and altered to show a higher ranking than they deserved.

The WSJ report quoted World Bank officials saying, “It is beginning a systematic review of the data, launching an independent audit of the process, and that it would correct the data”.

The World Bank has reportedly said that the reports that were released in October 2017 and October 2019 could have been affected with these data manipulations and that owing to the audit, the report that was set to release in October 2020 would be delayed.

In August, a WSJ had reported that the Ease of Doing Business report has been delayed for 2020 since data manipulation had been caught. One of the countries whose rank was unethically modified to be made higher was China.

The WSJ said:

For three of the countries affected, China, Azerbaijan and the U.A.E., the World Bank had reported a marked improvement in their business environments in recent years. Five years ago, China ranked 90th in the report. Last year, its ranking climbed to 31st. Azerbaijan rose from 80th to 34th over that time. In last year’s report, the U.A.E. was ranked the 16th-best business environment in the world, up from 22nd five years ago. Saudi Arabia’s ranking slipped from 49th to 62nd in the past five years“.

Essentially, The Hindu gave space to China to tout its rank in a manipulated report while its reporters were mocking India with half-baked information for the very same report.

Suhasini Haider had tweeted at the time, “World Bank suspends `ease of doing business’ report: According to the now-withdrawn WB report, the economies with the most notable improvement in Doing Business 2020 were KSA, Togo, Bahrain, Tajikistan, Pakistan, Kuwait, China, India and Nigeria”. And then, she plugged a report that supposedly insinuated how India lobbied with the World Bank.

However, the WSJ report did not even mention India. In fact, it mentioned most of the countries that Suhasini has quoted, like Togo, Bahrain, Tajikistan, Pakistan, Kuwait, India and Nigeria. The report did not point a finger at the countries whose ranking improved notably but 4 specific countries – China, Azerbaijan, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. That Suhasini felt the need to drag India into it only points towards the fact that she was trying to peddle an agenda without really telling people what the report actually says.

So while The Hindu reporters lied about India based on the same report, the paper gave space to China to brag and gloat on the basis of the manipulated ranking.

Further in the advertorial, while The Hindu gives space to China to pontificate about poverty allegiance and how it has succeeded in making China a prosperous society, it has no mention of Uighur Muslims and the atrocities being heaped against them by China. What is interesting is that The Hindu pretends to be a harbinger of minority rights in India to an extent that they often even peddle fake news to uphold “minority rights”. However, as is clear from their paid content, they have absolutely no problem whitewashing mosques being broken, Quran being rewritten and Muslims being thrown in re-education camps as long as it is all done by Communist State China which pays them to whitewash these human rights violations.

Hilariously, The Hindu also gave paid space to China to paint itself as the messiahs of peace in the world.

Essentially, The Hindu gave space to China to claim that it is a global power in counter-terrorism when it is, currently, one of the greatest allies of Pakistan, the mothership of terrorism across the world and an Islamic country that has been involved in a war with India ever since its birth. The Hindu gave China a platform to claim that while being the adopted father of Pakistan, it can legitimately claim that it is fighting terrorism without levelling any counter given that Indian soldiers are laying their lives down on a regular basis due to Pakistan’s terrorism.

It is rather evident that for The Hindu, it is the money that decides content and certainly not facts, forget national interest.

In fact, The Hindu has managed to put a price on the death of a million people globally by accepting money from China to paint the country as a hero that emerged during the pandemic instead of the country that exported disease to the entire world.

It has been established that China hid vital details from the rest of the world while Wuhan was battling Coronavirus. It is reported that 5 million people left Wuhan, the epicentre of the Chinese Virus and travelled to the rest of the world before restrictions were put in Wuhan by China.

While China’s government focuses its strength on deflecting the blame on others, its diplomats and media outlets are aggressively tossing out allegations of “racism” on those who link the virus’ origins to China. China has been peddling conspiracy theories to acquit itself from the blame of the contagion that has so far affected millions.

However, investigative reports reveal damning evidence that puts the blame of the spread squarely on China. While China has failed to determine the ‘Patient Zero’, from where the epidemic may have spawned, the data from the Chinese government suggest that the novel infection began spreading as early as November 2019. However, it was after several weeks, on December 31st that China acknowledged reports of a previously-unknown virus behind a number of pneumonia cases in Wuhan, a city in Eastern China with a population of over 11 million.

China took an eternity to act against the virus and it took measures only after the epidemic segued into a global pandemic, attracting the wrath of affected countries and fearing sanctions. After having detected the signs of an unknown virus in November, the Chinese officials were not only awfully lethargic in launching preventive measures to curtail the spread but were also viciously repressive against voices who dared to inform the Chinese officials about the emergence of coronavirus. In December, China reprimanded Dr Li Wenliang, who tried to alert his friends about the impending threat from coronavirus. Three months later, the Chinese Communist Party’s top disciplinary body, in an unusual move, admitted their mistake and sent a “solemn apology” to the family of Dr Weliang, who also lost his life due to the virus.

23 days after China recognised the threat of novel coronavirus, China announced on January 23, a complete lockdown of its Wuhan city, the central Chinese city at the epicentre of the coronavirus outbreak in China and whose live animal markets are believed to be the source from where the contagion emerged. Ratcheting up its measures to control the epidemic that was threatening to rapidly engulf the whole of the country, the Chinese government announced a sweeping lockdown of Wuhan, in an effort to quarantine the centre of the outbreak.

However, the damage was already done as the data from reports suggest that the Chinese government’s laxity in dealing with the pandemic at the outset proved catastrophic for the rest of the world. 5 million out of the 11 million population in Wuhan city had already left the city before the stringent restrictions kicked in. The virus had been allowed to spread for several weeks, with millions of people travelling in and out of the city acting as potential carriers of the virus.

Moreover, the spread of coronavirus happened amidst a major Chinese festival-Lunar New Year, a time when millions of people travel back home or go on a holiday. According to one estimates, the world’s biggest human migration happens during a Chinese New Year. As per some reports, Chinese tourists were expected to make 450 million trips this year, scheduled between January 24 to January 30. It is noteworthy to mention that the outbreak of the virus intensified in Italy, Spain and other parts of the world starting February.

There have been several instances where PPE kits and masks exported by China to other parts of the world have been defective. Moreover, there is evidence that the virus itself may have been cooked in a lab.

After all of this and more, The Hindu gave space to China to pontificate to the world, exonerate itself and paint itself as the saviours of the world amidst a pandemic that China itself unleashed on the world.

Not the first time that The Hindu has taken money to sell its soul to China

On the 2nd of April 2020, The Hindu had placed another paid advertorial by China.

Paid content by China on The Hindu

While this was paid content by China, essentially where China had given money to The Hindu to sing its praises, the Chinese Embassy presented the feature in a very different light.

Paid content by China on The Hindu

The Chinese Embassy, that paid The Hindu, basically presented the paid content as a “special page” that The Hindu had published on its own on the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and India.

The Hindu had done exactly the same in 2018 as well.

Paid content by China on The Hindu

It is safe to say that if anyone wants to figure out what the price of betraying one’s country and the price to whitewash the death of a million people across the world is, one must get in touch with The Hindu.

The incredible stupidity of liberals in asking “How can Ram or Krishna have a birthplace?”

Liberals are still raw about PM Modi laying the foundation of a Ram Temple at Ayodhya. And now a group of Hindus has filed a suit over Krishna Janmabhoomi in Mathura. While their suit has been dismissed, this is not likely to be the last time we hear of this.

You can almost hear the liberals sneering : Ram and Krishna are mythological figures. How can they have a birthplace?

Over the years, you must have heard some or other version of this question, with the usual display of arrogance. You know, like this.

Well, next time you hear this question, tell your liberal friend to step out of their cave and into modern civilization. The concept of property and ownership in the sophisticated modern world will blow their mind.

Let me explain. Suppose, by some miracle, a fictional caveman called Hartosh is transported to our modern world. Actually, I am going to call this caveman ‘Binod’ from now on. So this Binod steps into a train but doesn’t have a ticket.

The ticket checker explains to Binod that traveling without a ticket is stealing.

“But,” Binod demands, “How is it stealing? Who am I stealing from?”

“You’re stealing from the Indian Railways.”

“Who is this person called Indian Railways?”

Binod’s confusion is understandable. In the Paleolithic Age, from where Binod has come, there is no concept of a modern corporation. Binod thinks that you have to be an actual person to own something. This worked fine in Binod’s primitive world, where each hunter gatherer owned the prey he had killed that day or the fruits he had gathered for food.

But the modern world is more sophisticated than that. In order to run the modern world, we have conceived of all sorts of entities that are not real people, but act legally as if they were. There are corporations, governments, universities and non-profits all around us. They aren’t real people. But they can own property, they can pay taxes, they can sue other people or other entities and be held legally liable in courts! In fact, a famous US Supreme Court decision (Citizens United vs Federal Election Commission, 2010) found that such entities are even entitled to free speech. How can an entity have speech rights when they do not even have a body, a mouth or a tongue?

This must all be very confusing to Binod. But, for the rest of us, it’s really commonplace. All around we see entities like Google, Facebook, IBM, Amazon, Govt of India, State of Karnataka, United States Govt, United Nations, IIT Delhi, Greenpeace : none of these is an actual person, but legally acts like it is!

That’s the modern world. We exchange pieces of near worthless looking paper for actual food and drink. It’s called money. Again, money is an idea. We have learned to act as if it has value. In fact, most money in the world today isn’t even printed on paper. It exists in digital form. The idea of the idea of money makes the world go around!

In the modern world, not only can entities own property, the “property” they own need not have any physical existence at all! In Binod’s time, only food or stone tools were property. Today, we have intellectual property. These days, data is a bold new form of property. Imagine that : your personal information, your birthday, your taste in food and entertainment and travel is also property. They are calling data the new oil. You can’t touch it. You can’t feel it. But it’s real. A corporation can sue another corporation over breach of intellectual property…

Imagine that, Binod! An entity sues another entity for stealing an entity. And it somehow all makes sense. Just because your primitive brain cannot process it does not mean it isn’t there.

So there is your answer. You don’t need Ram or Krishna to be real people in order to have a “birthplace.” The concept, the belief is enough. You then might have to go through the usual hoops of getting this concept the recognition of a “legal person” and assert the rights thereof in a court of law. Like registering a corporation.

You may win or lose your case in the court. That’s an altogether different matter. But the question of physical existence is completely irrelevant and would not come up at any stage of this legal process whatsoever. No, you can’t dismiss the case by saying that the complainant is not an actual human being. If that was possible, ticketless travel would be allowed because Indian Railways is not an actual human being. If that was possible, no corporation, no government, no university, no non-profit would ever be able to file a case or be held liable in a court again.

Get it, Binod? Welcome to 2020. Try to wrap your mind around it. It’s easy if you try.

I believe most Indian liberals understand the concept of government or corporations or money or intellectual property. But due to their hatred against Hinduism, they suddenly pretend not to understand when it comes to Ram Janmabhoomi or Krishna Janmabhoomi. Asking how Ram or Krishna can have a birthplace is like asking how a dollar bill can have value when you can’t even eat it? Or why we should trust the Reserve Bank when it is not even a real person.

In their haste to accuse Hindus of being superstitious and foolish, they end up arguing like a caveman from the Paleolithic Age. Ironic, isn’t it?

Chattisgarh: 12th pass man found running medical store, nursing home with 4 beds

An incident from Balrampur in Chhattisgarh has come to light wherein a 12th pass boy was allegedly running a nursing home. The boy named Nihar Malik was running a nursing home and was even treating the patients visiting him in Bartikala village of the Wadraf Nagar development block in Balrampur district, as reported by Amar Ujala.

An inspection drive is going on in Chhattisgarh with the objective of ensuring the facilities are under the Nursing Home Act and the set standards. According to reports, a team of Health and Revenue Department headed by SDM Vishal Maharana reached a medical store named Deep medical store in Bartikala after receiving several complaints against it. When the team reached the medical store and asked its owner Nihar Malik for documents, he failed to show any documents. The team comprising of SDM Vishal Maharana, Naib Tehsildar Vineet Singh and officers from the Health Department was shocked to see that at the backside of the medical store a nursing home with a capacity of four beds was being run by Malik.

The team found that Malik did not even have a pharmacist license. All he could produce in the name of documents was a certificate of 12th class on which ‘doctor’ was written with wrong spelling. The team also found a woman being treated for fever in the nursing home.

Fake doctor was running a 4-bed nursing home

When the team questioned Malik about the woman patient, it was found that the woman only had a fever but she was being treated for typhoid. As per the Amar Ujala report, many such medicines were kept in the clinic which even specialist doctors avoid using. It was found that medicines with severe side effects, including high antibiotic dosages were being used for treatment.

The medical store and the clinic have been sealed for violating the rules. Malik has been given a chance by the authorities to produce the documents. SDM Vishal Maharana informed that the team is consulting officials and specialist doctors before taking appropriate action.

Rahul Gandhi finds clean spot to ‘fall’, Congress minions prompt him to ask correct questions to Police: Tragedy of a woman becomes political playground

Barely days after the unfortunate death of the Hathras victim, the politicians have found their latest playground for scoring a few political goals. As the investigation is being carried out by a special team, the Hathras administration has imposed section 144 of the CrPc prohibiting illegal gatherings and also sealed borders to maintain law and order. However, Congress scion Rahul Gandhi and sister Priyanka Gandhi in a bid to reinvent their political career have embarked on a journey to Hathras to meet the victim’s family.

Enroute, since the restrictions are in place, their convoy was stopped. The brother-sister duo then got off their airconditioned car and decided to walk the remainder of their 150+ km journey. On their way when the cops tried to stop, Rahul Gandhi tried to run away. Flanked by his security who took the lathi blows on behalf of Rahul Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi found himself a clean spot to ‘fall’.

Like a domino’s effect, another Congress worker also ‘fell’ on Rahul Gandhi, to save the former Congress President and son of current interim Congress President from any injuries.

In another video, when the UP Police said that they are arresting him, Rahul Gandhi very innocently asked on what basis is he being stopped.

A helpful Congress worker prompted him to ask under what section is he being arrested instead of questioning the authority of the cops.

Bhaiya camera layiye,” he asks the camera person to record his big statement wherein he asks the cops that he wants to go alone, why is he not being allowed to. Except, he is not alone and is accompanied by hundreds of Congress workers.

The UP Police explained that he is being arrested under IPC 188. When police informs him that he is being arrested for violating the law, Rahul Gandhi questioned which law.

A Congress minion then question the cops under whose order did they lathicharge. When the police said there was no lathicharge, the minion took an offence and was angry that ‘RAHUL JI KO MAARA HAI‘.

As per latest reports, both the brother-sister duo have been arrested by the UP Police.
