Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Saturday said that the Pakistan-Occupied Jammu and Kashmir will become part of India within six months after Prime Minister Modi is re-elected for his third term. Addressing a rally here today, CM Yogi said that Pakistan is facing difficulties in saving PoJK.

“In the last 10 years, we have seen a new India. Borders have been secured, terrorism and Naxalism have been curbed. When the Mumbai blasts took place, the Congress-led UPA government used to say that the terrorists were from across the border. So what was the use of your missile then?” he said.

“A big British newspaper wrote that in the last three years, there were many terrorists in Pakistan who were killed and Indian agencies are behind it. We will not worship our enemy. If someone kills our people we will not worship them but give them an answer that they deserve. It has become difficult for Pakistan to save Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. Let PM Modi become the Prime Minister for the third time and within six months PoK will become part of India. Courage is needed for such work,” CM Yogi added.

Further, the Uttar Pradesh CM asserted that during the rule of Congress and parties in the INDIA bloc, the poor used to die of hunger while on the other hand PM Modi is giving free rations to 80 crore people.

“Those who are praising Pakistan, I want to tell them that PM Modi has lifted more people out of poverty than the entire population of Pakistan. If they lived in India they would not have died of hunger and would have received free ration,” he said.

He also added that if we want to make a better India, then we will have to respect everyone’s sentiments.

“Great men of India have to be respected. Every daughter will have to be given complete security. Every businessman will have to be protected and every youth will have to be provided employment,” CM Yogi said.

Earlier, Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma said that Pakistan-Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK) will be included in India under the leadership of PM Modi.

“When the Congress government was in power, we were told that one Kashmir is in India and the other in Pakistan. It was never discussed in our Parliament that Pakistan has ‘Occupied Kashmir,’ it is actually ours. Right now, agitation is happening every day in PoK and people are protesting against Pakistan by holding the Indian tricolour in their hands. If Modi ji gets 400 seats, then PoK will also become India’s part. It has already started,” Himanta said.

Delhi Excise Policy Scam case: Rouse Avenue Court to consider ED chargesheet against Arvind Kejriwal and AAP on May 20

The Rouse Avenue Court on Saturday fixed May 20 for consideration on ED’s Supplementary chargesheet (prosecution complaint) filed against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) as accused in connection with a money laundering case related to Excise Policy case.

The Special Judge Kaveri Baweja on Saturday fixed the matter for Monday for arguments and ED’s submissions on cognizance point.

On Friday Enforcement Directorate officials along with Special Public Prosecutor (SPP) Naveen Kumar Matta along with two ED officials filed the chargesheet in Rouse Avenue Court of Delhi.

Last week, the Enforcement Directorate during the hearing of Manish Sisodia’s bail in Delhi High Court informed that the Aam Aadmi Party will also be made accused in the case and supplementary chargesheet. Recently, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) told the Supreme Court that Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) will be made co-accused in the money laundering case linked to the Delhi excise policy case.

Appearing before a bench of Justices Sanjiv Khanna and Dipankar Datta, Additional Solicitor General SV Raju, for the ED, said a complaint against AAP is in the pipeline and there is direct evidence of its national convenor and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal demanding Rs 100 crore as kickbacks in the case.

Raju said there is evidence that Kejriwal demanded a bribe of Rs 100 crores which went to the AAP for Goa election expenses.

The ASG further contended that apart from vicarious liability as the head of the AAP, Kejriwal is also directly liable as the person who played a key role in formulating the excise policy. He said there was evidence to show that Kejriwal’s stay in a seven-star hotel in Goa was partly funded by an accused.

The bench asked the ED whether the investigating officer could ignore exculpatory materials while exercising the powers of arrest.

The question was asked as Kejriwal’s counsel had earlier claimed that there were several witness statements exculpating him, which were ignored by the ED, and that the officers cherry-picked incriminating materials to arrest him.

On May 10, the top court granted him interim bail till June 1 in the money laundering case registered by the ED in connection with the Delhi excise policy, however, ordered that he not visit the Office of the Chief Minister and the Delhi Secretariat.

The bench had asked Kejriwal to surrender on June 2.

The apex court was hearing Kejriwal’s appeal against a Delhi High Court judgment which dismissed his plea against arrest by the ED and his subsequent remand in the excise policy case.

Kejriwal, while filing an appeal in the apex court had contended that his arrest after announcement of the General Elections was “motivated by extraneous considerations”.

On April 9, the High Court dismissed his plea for release from jail and rejected his argument of political vendetta amid the looming Lok Sabha elections.

The High Court had said that Kejriwal’s absence from nine ED summons over six months undermined any claims of special privilege as Chief Minister, suggesting his arrest was an inevitable consequence of his non-cooperation.

Kejriwal was arrested by the ED on March 21 in connection with a money laundering probe relating to alleged irregularities in the now-cancelled Delhi excise policy 2021-22.

According to authorities on 18th May, a Hindu girl was abducted by Mohammad Nizamuddin and his family members to force her into marriage and push her to embrace Islam in Supaul, Bihar on 10th May, reported First Bihar. The incident pertains to the Triveniganj police station area. The cops took Nizamuddin’s father Mohammad Salauddin into custody on the night of Tuesday, 14th May. He was interrogated and then sent to judicial custody. Meanwhile, the hunt is underway to nab six other perpetrators who are absconding.

The victim is a resident of ward number 5 of Mangal Bazar which falls under the jurisdiction of Triveniganj police station. Sita Devi, victim’s mother, who lives in ward number five of the municipal council neighbourhood, in First Information Report number 176/24 registered in the police station stated that her 22-year-old daughter Shruti Raj, also known as Khushi, has not returned home since 10th May at around 7 o’clock in the evening. After a thorough search, it was discovered that Mohammad Nizamuddin, also known as Gulab, the 26-year-old son of Mohammad Salauddin deceived her under the pretext of love and called her to the Champawati temple situated at Mangal Bazar in the name of marriage.

The girl was kidnapped as soon as she reached there. Sita Devi charged that Mohammad Nizamuddin’s father Mohammad Salauddin, mother Shahjahan, brothers Waseem Akram, Mohammad Azharuddin, and Mohammad Ziauddin as well as sister Fehmida Nasreen, all of whom live in municipal council ward number 4 along with their relatives, took her daughter with devious objectives to pressurise her to wed their son and convert to Islam.

She was looking for her missing daughter when she came to know about the information. They conspired with their relatives to carry out their evil plan. Triveniganj police station in-charge Ramsevak Rawat conveyed that a case has been registered and Mohammad Salauddin has been apprehended. The cops are conducting raids to capture the rest of the culprits. He assured that Mohammad Nizamuddin and the young woman would also be found soon.

Co-founder and CEO of Naturals, a Spa and Salon chain, CK Kumaravel recently sparked outrage after he made a disparaging post against one of India’s renowned Freedom Fighters Veer Savarkar. He denigrated the Indian Freedom fighter calling him “a coward” and peddled blatant falsehoods and unfound allegations linking him to MK Gandhi’s assassination, a propaganda that has been busted by the judiciary as he was acquitted in the case.   

Notably, on 16th May, CK Kumaravel made disparaging remarks against Veer Savarkar while responding to PM Modi’s open challenge to the I.N.D.I. Alliance parties. While addressing an election rally in Kalyan, Maharashtra, PM Modi challenged the opposition bloc to say 5 sentences about the greatness of Veer Savarkar. An I.N.D.I. Alliance supporter (as per his posts on X timeline) and former executive of Makkal Needhi Maiam, Kumaravel described the Hindutva ideologue as a “maniac”. 

In his post on X, he wrote, “1. #VeerSavarkar is a coward. 2. He is a co-conspirator in Gandhi’s assassination. 3. He is an expert in writing #MercyPetitions.  4. He brainwashed the mentally ill #Godse in killing #Gandhi. 5. There is nothing veer in him except his name. 6. A #Hindutva Maniac. #RSS – #BJP mafia.”

The disparaging remarks against the Indian Freedom Fighter stirred an outrage on X with several users giving calls to boycott CK Kumaravel-led Naturals spa, salon chain, and its subsidiaries/associates.

Slamming the Former MNM functionary and Naturals CEO, an X user wrote, “See that was not very difficult was it. Verbal diarrhea & lies & hate comes so natural to INDI alliance leaders and their chamchas.”

Another X user wrote, “Spent 36 years in jail and then comment on this issue. Take this challenge. Are you ready if you are the true born son of your father to take this challenge?”

In fact, when Savarkar was made accused by the Nehru government, most of the Cabinet members including the then law minister Ambedkar opposed it. But they all had to bow to the wishes of Nehru, who was bent upon prosecuting Savarkar in the case.

Some new evidence has emerged lately that Ambedkar secretly met Savarkar’s lawyer and Hindu Mahasabha leader Bhopatkar in Delhi and inspired him to fight the case vigorously telling him that he (Ambedkar) felt that the case against Savarkar was very weak and that he would be ultimately acquitted, as reported by Firstpost. 

In fact, Ambedkar had such sympathy for Savarkar that he came to the Delhi court at least twice, once with his wife and another Congress leader, Kakasaheb Gadgil. On 22 June 1949, when the hearing began in the court of Justice Atma Charan, Ambedkar sat in the front row with his wife and Gadgil to ensure that the judge noticed his presence, the report added. 

According to the report, the new evidence around the historical antecedents of that time proves that Savarkar was not just innocent, but had even opposed the anarchist ways of Nathuram Godse and Narayan Apte, Gandhi’s killers, and their followers in the Hindu Mahasabha. The report highlighted that even Ambedkar thought that Veer Savarkar was implicated at the behest of Jawaharlal Nehru. 

Furthermore, it is pertinent to note that Rahul Gandhi faced a defamation case and had previously issued two unconditional apologies to the Supreme Court for his derogatory remarks about the Indian Freedom Fighter.

A married model was sexually assaulted in Indore by Kashan Sheikh, son of Irfan Sheikh, by threatening to murder her 2-year-old child. He threatened her with a butcher’s knife and said, “Many goats have been sacrificed with this and I can also cut the throat of your son.” Furthermore, Kashan Sheikh continued extorting money from her after recording her pornographic videos and photos and threatening to post them on social media. The culprit, a native of Srinagar, was taken into custody by the MIG police after they filed a First Information Report late on 16th May.

The 30-year-old victim said, “I do modelling. I have a two-year-old son. Kashan is my husband’s friend.” In October 2023, someone told her to meet at a house located in Pushpa Nagar for a modelling assignment. She revealed, “However, there was no one when I went inside with my baby. I questioned Kashan about the man I was supposed to meet and he disclosed that there was no such person. He was the one who called me there and closed the gate. There was a knife used to slaughter animals next to his bed and he picked it up. Afterwards, he held it to my child’s throat and warned me to follow his order if I wanted to save the latter.”

The perpetrator threatened her, “I have sacrificed many goats. I can also slit your son’s throat with this knife,” after which she obeyed him out of fear. He also captured her videos and photos from his mobile and claimed that he would keep them with him. He then threatened to make them viral online and also kill her son if she talked about him with anyone. After this, he regularly sexually violated and blackmailed her.

According to the victim, the offender repeatedly forced her to leave her husband and convert to Islam. He frequently demanded payments by threatening to share her images and videos on social media platforms. He once again assaulted and raped her only 10 days ago. She unveiled that he has pictures and clips of other girls on his phone as well. She broke down in front of her spouse and recounted the entire ordeal. He then narrated the entire thing to the Hindu leader and activist Man Singh Rajawat. She arrived at the police station along with all of them and registered an official complaint against the accused.

She allegedly married a Muslim man in 2017 and Kashan Sheikh would often come to their residence. MIG police station in-charge Manish Lodha registered a case against him based on her and her husband’s complaint. The matter is now under investigation.

On Saturday, May 18, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal’s close aide Bibhav Kumar was detained from Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s house in the national capital. According to reports, the Delhi Police had information that Arvind Kejriwal’s PA was in the CM’s house itself.  

In her complaint to the police, Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal had said that Bibhav Kumar attacked her at CM Kejriwal’s residence on May 13 with “full force, slapping and kicking her in the chest and abdomen.”

Sharing the information, NCW Chairperson Rekha Sharma said that Bibhav Kumar was ‘arrested’ from the Delhi CM’s home.

The NCW Chairperson also said that this implies that Arvind Kejriwal was sheltering an alleged criminal at his house.

Earlier, the National Commission for Women (NCW) had summoned Bibhav Kumar, aide of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, to appear before NCW on May 17. Bibhav Kumar has been accused of assaulting AAP MP Swati Maliwal at the CM’s residence in Delhi.

In its notice sent to Arvind Kejriwal’s office, the NCW said that it has taken suo moto cognisance of the news of DCW chief Swati Maliwal accusing Arvind Kejriwal’s aide of assaulting her at CM Kejriwal’s residence.

NCW had warned that strict action will follow if Bibhav Kumar didn’t appear before the commission.

Earlier, the Delhi Police on Friday took Maliwal to the CM’s residence to recreate the crime scene, an official said, adding that her statement was also recorded before a magistrate at the Tis Hazari court.

A video featuring an unsettling encounter between a woman and an Uber driver in Canada has surfaced on social media. Their conversation took a wild turn when the cab driver, who was reportedly of Pakistani descent can be heard declaring that he would have kidnapped the female passenger if they were in his native country, shocking her. 

The male driver stated, “Well, if you were born in Pakistan and I’m from Pakistan, you would have been kidnapped by now,” to which the astounded female asked, “I would have been kidnapped by you,” and he responded with, “Of course, because there is no other option to get you, right?”

The woman then inquired, “But you have your women over there, though,” however, he reiterated, “Seriously, you are in Canada, so I cannot say anything to you, I cannot touch you, because it is Canada.”

Afterwards, she nervously laughed and noted, “Yeah definitely you can’t touch me. There are laws for such things here.” He then asserted, “You know what I mean,” and she expressed that it wasn’t flattering and he was scaring her. He once more announced, “There was no option (other than abducting her).” The two then wished each other good night and the awkward interaction ended in the 32-second clip.

The undated clip was shared on the microblogging site X (formerly Twitter) on 14th May and was allegedly shot in Toronto. The footage has become viral on social media and netizens are voicing their disbelief and outrage over the incident. An individual wanted the man to be arrested and deported back to Pakistan.

Another X user called the interaction ” messed up” and remarked that she would immediately notify Uber and the police if that were to happen to her. She further added, “No one should be throwing around threats like that, joke or not.”

A user tagged the Canadian Prime Minister and asked him, “When is it gonna be enough,” and further mentioned that the government is allowing “them” inside the country because they all are “good people.”

One person commented that he would have fled through the window pointing out the criminal nature of the conversation.

A netizen highlighted an incomprehensible amount of irony and claimed that some liberal women vote to allow people like this to enter the nation and then complain about “Me Too” against American white men who are nothing like this.

A female recounted her experience and shared that while bartending, someone told her that she was lucky to be in America otherwise, she would have been assaulted in his country. She wrote, “He would have dragged me in the ally and punched me in the face or much worse. People are crazy.”

The alarming video which was uploaded with the title, “Toronto Uber driver tells passenger if they were in Pakistan he would kidnap her,” has collected more than 6.1 million views in only a few days as more people continue to convey their horror and disgust over it.

On Friday (17th May), BJP leader and advocate Devaraje Gowda made a major revelation asserting that Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar offered him Rs 100 crore to defame PM Modi and Former state CM HD Kumaraswamy. He added that Shivakumar had also sent him Rs 5 crores in advance and deputed former MLC M A Gopalaswamy to negotiate with him. Notably, he made these remarks while speaking with reporters from the Police vehicle when he was being sent to judicial custody on Friday.

Incidentally, Gowda, who drew public attention towards the Prajwal Revanna obscene videos and sexual exploitation case, was arrested by the Karnataka police a week earlier in an alleged sexual harassment and atrocity case.

Speaking with reporters while he was being taken away from the court premises in Hasan, Gowda said, “I was told to make a statement that it was HD Kumaraswamy who circulated the pen drives containing sex videos (involving Kumaraswamy’s nephew Prajwal Revanna, the grandson of ex-PM HD Deve Gowda). But it was DK Shivakumar who obtained the pen drive from Karthik Gowda, who worked as a driver for Prajwal Revanna, and planned the entire episode.” 

According to Gowda, a team of four ministers, including N Cheluvarayaswamy, Krishna Byre Gowda, and Priyank Kharge, was formed to handle the developments relating to the Prajwal Revanna scandal case.

He added, “They had planned in a big way to bring disrepute to Prime Minister Modi, HD Kumaraswamy, and the BJP. They offered me Rs 100 crore and sent Rs 5 crore as advance to Room No. 110 at Bowring Club. A local leader from Channarayapatna, Gopalaswamy, was sent to negotiate the deal.”

DK Shivakumar made the Rs 100 crore offer to malign the name of Prime Minister Modi by linking him to the sex scandal. His main intention is to bring disrepute to Modi and BJP in the case. Besides, he wanted to defame H D Kumaraswamy’s leadership and finish him politically, Devaraje Gowda claimed.

Asserting that he was framed for not soiling PM Modi and Former CM Kumarswamy’s name, Gowda further stated, “When I refused to be a part of their plans, they first fixed me in an atrocity case, but couldn’t find any evidence. Later, they fixed me in a sexual harassment case. When this ploy also failed, they lodged a rape case against me. I was interrogated for four days, but they couldn’t get anything.” 

“I have the audio recordings of Shivakumar’s conversations. I will release them and the Congress government will collapse once I am out of prison,” Devaraje Gowda asserted as the police vehicle drove off. 

Earlier on 6th May, Gowda said that Shivakumar was behind the release of the pen drive containing videos of sexual assault. He had noted that Prime Minister Modi was the main target of the Congress party. 

He had said, “I do not trust the Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing the sex scandal. I will submit all the evidence to the CBI. The videos in my possession are different from those which have been released.” 

The 33-year-old Prajwal Revanna, who is the nephew of JDS Supremo and Former CM HD Kumarswamy and grandson of former PM Deve Gowda, is facing charges of multiple instances of sexual exploitation of women. An Interpol Blue Corner Notice has been issued against Prajwal in an effort to bring the JDS leader back as he fled to Frankfurt, Germany after allegations against him surfaced.

After AAP released yet another selective video to deny assault inside residence of Arvind Kejriwal, Swati Maliwal medical report confirms injuries to face, legs, eyes

The case of AAP RS Leader and former DCW Chairperson Swati Maliwal being assaulted by Bibhav Kumar, PA to Arvind Kejriwal inside the CM resident just got confirmation. The medical report of Swati Maliwal has confirmed that she received injuries on her legs, eyes and face.

As per the report by the Jai Prakash Narayan Apex Trauma Centre at AIIMS, Delhi, Maliwal sustained injuries to four parts of her body, including her left leg and below the right eye.

The medical test of Swati Maliwal was conducted two days ago on Thursday and the medical report was issued on Friday.

The medical report mentioned that the history provided by Swati Maliwal says that she was slapped multiple times by Bibhav Kumar and then she hit her head on a sharp object after she was pushed by the PA of Arvind Kejriwal inside his residence.

“She fell on the floor and after that, she was hit multiple times by legs on her chest, abdomen and pelvis. (The) patient at present is complaining of pain over thighs, pelvis, neck stiffness and headache,” it added.

The recording of this detail in the medical report proves that Swati Maliwal was consistent in the version she provided to the police and the hospital during her medical examination.

Only yesterday on the 17th of May 2024, AAP had held a press conference where they mounted a defence in favour of Bibhav Kumar and Arvind Kejriwal. AAP denied charges of assault and blamed Swati Maliwal instead.

After releasing a selective video from inside the CM residence, Atishi Marlena, who held the press conference, alleged, “Bharatiya Janata Party is anxious since Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has come out on bail after the false allegations levelled at him by the party. That is why the BJP conspired to send Swati Maliwal to his house on the morning of 13th May. They wanted to charge Arvind Kejriwal with fake accusations. Swati Maliwal was a pawn and a face of the plot. She went to the chief minister’s residence unannounced and without taking any appointments. She wanted to accuse him. However, he was not available then and was saved. She then accused Bibhav Kumar but a video of the drawing room of the chief minister’s house has surfaced today which has exposed her lies in front of the whole country.”

She claimed, “She complained that she was brutally assaulted with kicks and punches in her FIR (First Information Report) and its factsheet which was filed with the Delhi Police. She received head injuries, was crying in pain and wasn’t able to speak. She repeatedly told the police that she had been beaten. She submitted that her head was bashed on a table, her clothes were torn and her shirt’s buttons were ripped. She has mentioned all of this in her charges but the footage which came to light today is entirely opposite of it and reveals the reality. Swati Maliwal was sitting rather comfortably in the drawing room and intimidating as well as threatening the police officials in a loud voice. She also threatened and abused Bibhav Kumar who she has accused. Her outfit is not tattered. There are no visible wounds on her head. The only thing which is apparent is that she is intimidating the cops and Bibhav Kumar in a loud voice.”

Aatishi further blamed Swati Maliwal of lying and claimed that the video proves that she was the one who threatened the security personnel.

Only moments before the medical report surfaced, AAP launched another attack against Swati Maliwal by releasing another selective video. The video showed Maliwal leaving the CM residence. The AAP says since her clothes aren’t torn and she is not limping, her accusation of the assault are fake.

While the AAP continues to defend its position, the medical report confirms that Swati Maliwal has sustained injuries.

Kyrgyzstan: Violent mobs launch targeted attacks on Pakistani MBBS students in Bishkek; Indian Embassy asks students to stay indoors as violence escalates

In a series of violent incidents, Foreign students, particularly Pakistani MBBS students and their hostels have come under attack by violent local mobs in Kyrgyzstan’s capital Bishkek on Friday night (17th May). Several X users, who are in the know of the violent attack, have claimed that four Pakistani students have died and several others have suffered serious injuries in these mob attacks. The development has prompted both Indian and Pakistani Embassies to urge their nationals to “stay indoors”. However, they have so far denied reports of “rapes and deaths” of Pakistani students. 

According to reports, on 13th May, a fight broke out between Kyrgyz students and medical students from Egypt. It is also being said that some Pakistani students were reportedly involved in that clash, triggering targeted mob violence against Pakistani MBBS students. Several videos of purported Pakistani/foreign students sharing horrific details about the attack are doing rounds on the internet. According to the victims, the violent mobs have launched systematic attacks on hostels of foreign students and allegedly raped or sexually harassed Pakistani female students. Reportedly, the mobs are attacking hostels one after another and the attacks have continued into Saturday Morning.

Foreign students from India, Bangladesh, and other nations have also come under threat. The Indian Embassy has released an emergency number and advised Indian students to stay indoors and remain in touch with the Embassy.  

“Monitoring the welfare of Indian students in Bishkek. Situation is reportedly calm now. Strongly advise students to stay in regular touch with the Embassy,” Indian External Affairs Minister Dr. S Jaishankar wrote while retweeting Indian Embassy’s appeal to Indian students to stay indoors.

On Saturday, Pakistan’s Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Hasan Zaigham tweeted, “In view of mob violence around student hostels in Bishkek, the embassy strongly advise all Pakistani students in Bishkek to stay indoors until the situation return to normal.” 

He added, “We are liaising with the local law enforcement authorities to ensure the safety of our student fraternity.”

The spokesperson for the Pakistani Foreign Office said the embassy was in contact with the Kyrgyz authorities and issued emergency contact numbers.

In a statement, the Pakistani embassy in Bishkek said, “There have been a number of incidents of mob violence against foreign students in Bishkek since last evening. According to the Kyrgyz press, the matter boiled over yesterday due to sharing online of videos of a fight between Kyrgyz students and medical students from Egypt on the 13th of May.” 

It added, “So far, a few hostels of medical universities in Bishkek and private residences of international students including Pakistanis have been attacked. The hostels are inhabited by students from India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh.” 

The statement further added, “There have been reports of light injuries to a number of students from Pakistan. Despite social media posts about the alleged death and rape of Pakistani students, so far, we have not received any confirmed report.” 

Meanwhile, Pakistan’s PM Shehbaz Sharif expressed deep concern over the situation of Pakistani students in Bishkek. 

Foreign students under threat

According to local media, several Pakistani medical students narrated their ordeal. 

One of the student said that she was very scared and saved her life by hiding in the washroom. The student said that a violent mob had entered her hostel and beat up several Pakistani students and also vandalised the hostel. The student cried and pleaded for help. 

Another student said, “A very bad thing happened to us. We don’t know whether we are safe or not. A very bad thing happened to us. Please send us to Pakistan. Yesterday there was a fight in which Pakistanis were also involved. They beat up a lot of people. We saved our lives by hiding in the hostel, but we are fine. We are on the 6th floor. They have closed the doors of the apartments and are sitting there, not knowing whether we are safe or not.”
