Haryana DSP murder: Iqrar arrested after getting shot in police encounter

The murder of Haryana Deputy Superintendent of Police Surendra Singh by the mining mafia in Nuh district of the state has shocked everyone. Following the brutal murder, where DSP Surendra Singh was crushed under a dumper, the Haryana Police has stirred into action to catch the culprits.

To lead the investigation into the case, Director General of Police (DGP) PK Agrawal himself reached the spot to oversee the operations. Meanwhile, Assistant Director General of Police (ADGP) M. Ravi Kiran stated that the Haryana DSP Surendra Singh had reached the spot for a surprise inspection, and that is why they couldn’t provide him any backup before he was killed by the mining mafia.

A dumper full of stones was used to murder DSP Surendra Singh on the spot after he reached there for his surprise inspection. The DSP lost his life on the spot after that.

After the murder, 8 police teams were constituted to nab the culprits, including the CIA teams from the neighbouring districts. During their search operation, they ran into one of the accused Iqrar, and it led to an encounter with him.

As per the police, several rounds were fired during the encounter with Iqrar and he was eventually arrested after having been injured during the encounter.

The search for the other culprits in the brutal murder is still ongoing.

AAP leader Sanjay Singh peddles fake news that caste is being asked for ‘first time in history’ for recruitment under Agnipath scheme, PIB debunks the obvious fake claim

On July 19, Sanjay Singh, the Aam Aadmi Party leader and Rajya Sabha member, was caught invoking the over-used ‘caste and religion’ card to attack the BJP government at the centre over its Agnipath Scheme. Attacking the government over the requirement of caste and religion certificates to apply for the Agnipath scheme, he claimed that this was being done for the ‘first time in Indian history’.

As the claim by the Rajya Sabha MP went viral, Press Information Bureau (PIB) had to post a tweet debunking the obvious fake claim.

In his Tweet, the AAP leader wrote in Hindi, “Does Modi ji not consider Dalits, backward, tribals eligible for army recruitment? For the first time in the history of India, caste is being asked in ‘army recruitment’. Modi ji you want to create ‘Agniveer’ or ‘Jaativeer’.”

To legitimatize his bogus claim, Sanjay Singh shared a screenshot of the Indian Army recruitment application. He highlighted the section where candidates are asked to furnish caste and religion certificates.

The AAP leader was not alone when it came to spreading this fake news. The RJD chief Tejaswi Yadav also took to Twitter to peddle the same misinformation. Yadav did not stop at this, he went a step ahead to cast further aspersions on the government saying that under the Agnipath scheme, the retrenchment of soldiers will be done on the basis of their caste. He said that this was the reason why the Army has been asking the aspirants to submit the caste certificates.

Following these misleading tweets, Press Information Bureau’s fact-checking arm discredited the claims made by the politicians. Though PIB blurred Sanjay Singh’s name, it shared the screenshot of the AAP leader’s tweet and called it fake. Countering Singh’s fake assertions, PIB tweeted that submitting a caste certificate has always been a pre-requisite and no changes have been made for the Agnipath scheme per se.

“Requirement for aspirants to submit caste certificates and if required, religion certificates was always there. No change for Agniveer recruitment scheme has been made in this regard,” read the Tweet in Hindi.

Notably, soon after Opposition leaders started attacking the government with their fake claim, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh also stepped in to clarify the matter. He too brushed off the allegations saying that this system is being followed since the pre-independence era and is not something that has been introduced by the Modi government. “It’s just a rumour. The earlier system, existing since the pre-independence era, is going on. No change has been made. The old system is being continued,” said Rajnath Singh while addressing the media.

Students unleash mayhem in the name of protest, Gandhi siblings enter the arena of Agnipath recruitment violence

Ever since the Agnipath scheme was announced by the Central Government, it has landed in controversy over the recruitment of Jawans into the forces. Aspiring candidates in Bihar and other surrounding states in North India took to violent protests and agitations against the recruitment scheme, disrupting the law and order in the region. The protests were particularly violent in Bihar, where several trains were burnt by the violent mob. Gradually the violence reached other states like Telangana, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh and Himachal Pradesh, where students who were dissatisfied with the Agnipath recruitment scheme resorted to vandalism, arson and violence.

Following the violence, various opposition leaders including the Gandhi scions jumped into the fray. While Rahul Gandhi warned that it could end up like the ‘farm laws’, his sister Priyanka Gandhi Vadra resorted to fear-mongering and creating hysteria among the armed force aspirants. Union Minister and former Army Chief General V K Singh (retd) slammed the Congress over its opposition to the Centre’s Agnipath Defence recruitment scheme calling it ‘politically motivated’ and ‘misguiding’ the youth.

UP: Aatif, Rehan among 4 arrested over namaz inside Lulu Mall; Islamists and Cong leaders had spread fake news that Hindus posed as Muslims

The Lucknow police have arrested four persons for performing Namaz at the newly opened Lulu mall in the state capital. Mohammad Rehan, Aatif Khan, Mohammad Lokman, and Mohammad Noman have been identified as the offenders. These four people are all residents of the Indiranagar police station area in Lucknow.

Dhruv Kant Thakur, the Lucknow Police Commissioner, has stated that a complaint has been filed against the four apprehended suspects under sections 153A(1), 341, 505, and 295A. Four other suspects in the case are being sought by police.

Congress leaders, usual suspects had promoted fake news that Hindus posed as Muslims to offer namaz inside Lulu Mall

It is worth noting that Islamists and Congress leaders intentionally propagated false information about Hindus posing as Muslims to offer namaz at Lulu Mall. They were using the arrest of Hindus in another case to claim that individuals offering namaz inside the mall were Hindus, not Muslims.

Arfa Khanum Sherwani, Rohini Singh, RJ Sayema among the left-leaning ‘liberals’ were among those who twisted the Lucknow police’s statement on arrest made over Sundar Kand recital and used it to disseminate fake news that Hindus posed as Muslims and offered namaz inside the mall.

Siasat Daily, an Islamist website, also played a role in spreading the misinformation that men who offered namaz at the mall were not Muslim. OpIndia refuted the conspiracy theories claiming that those offering namaz in Lulu Mall were Hindus and not Muslims.

The recent arrests made by police plainly refute the myth, which is being deliberately propagated, that the Namaz was offered by Hindus rather than Muslims. On July 15, three persons were arrested at Lucknow’s Lulu Mall for reportedly attempting to recite Sundarkand inside the mall. One  Arshad Ali was also detained by police on July 15 for attempting to offer namaz at the mall.

The official Lucknow Police Twitter handle also issued a clarification, noting that social media accusations that all men were detained for offering namaz were false and misleading.

The Lulu mall in Lucknow, the largest in Uttar Pradesh, was embroiled in a conspiracy just days after it opened after a video of a few people offering Namaz inside the mall went viral on July 12. In reaction to the incident, the Akhil Bharatiya Hindu Mahasabha announced that a Sundarkand recital will be held within the mall. The Hindu Mahasabha cancelled the Sundarkand recital after the mall’s management apologised for the Namaz incident.

Amid US and EU sanctions, Russia’s Gazprom and Iran’s National Oil Company sign a $40 billion deal on the day of Putin’s visit to Tehran

On July 19, Russia’s Gazprom and Iran’s National Oil Company signed a memorandum of understanding worth roughly $40 billion. As per Iran’s oil ministry’s news agency SHANA, the document was signed during an online ceremony between NIOC CEO Mohsen Khojastehmehr and Vitaly Markelov, Deputy Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee.

The main highlights of the deal include the development of Kish and North Pars gas fields, pressure enhancement of South Pars field, development of 6 oil fields, gas and product swap, completion of LNG projects, construction of gas export pipelines and other scientific and technological cooperation. Notably, Russian President Vladimir Putin is on a trip to Tehran for a summit with his Iranian and Turkish counterparts.

It is noteworthy that Iran has the second-largest gas reserves in the World. However, the sanctions imposed by the United States hindered access to the technology and slowed down the pace of gas exports.

Sanctions on Russia

Following the Russian military attack on Ukraine, the United States and other western countries imposed sanctions on Russia. The idea was to limit funding to Russia that it might use to fund the war against Ukraine. However, countries including the US, UK and others remained the highest importers of gas and fossil fuels from Russia for several months after the sanctions were imposed, underscoring the dependence of the west on Russian energy imports.

Sanctions on Iran

The US and European Union have also imposed several sanctions against Iran for its nuclear program and alleged support to Hezbollah, Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad. The sanctions that are in place make it difficult for Iran to have access to the latest technology and export gas and other fossil fuel products that the country is rich in.

While Iran has long been at the receiving end of the US-led western sanctions, the embargo was tightened after former US President Donald Trump walked out of the Iran nuclear deal in May 2018. However, it did little to dissuade Tehran from pursuing its nuclearisation objectives.

Principal and 4 others sent to jail, police van and school buses gutted in fire as people outrage over the death of TN student: All we know so far

On July 19, Tuesday, Kaniyamoor Sakthi matriculation school secretary Shanthi, principal Shiva Sankaran, school correspondent Ravikumar, and two teachers were arrested in connection with the death of a 17-year-old school girl in Kallakurichi, Tamil Nadu. The five arrested school employees have been sent on a 15-day remand.

The class 12 student reportedly died of suicide on July 12 on the school premises. A suicide note recovered alleged that two teachers of the school had harassed and tortured her, compelling her to commit suicide. The family had also alleged that the management had something to do with her suicide. Hordes of protestors had also taken to the streets alleging foul play in the investigation into the case.

The case has now been transferred to Crime Branch-CID, a special wing in a CID headed by the Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) and assisted by the Inspector General of Police (IGP).

Family seeks re-postmortem on the girl’s body, SC agrees to hear the girl’s family’s plea

Meanwhile, the Supreme Court Tuesday, agreed to hear tomorrow (July 20, Wednesday) the plea of the parents of the deceased girl seeking an urgent hearing of the petition filed by them that has sought the inclusion of a medical expert of their choice in the team which will conduct a re-postmortem on the girl’s body.

The 2nd postmortem of the girl was ordered by the Madras High Court on Monday. Notably, the father of the deceased father of a Class 12 student in Kallakurichi whose death has sparked protests across Chinnasalem in Tamil Nadu, had moved the Madras High Court seeking a second postmortem examination and transfer of probe to the CBCID.

Reportedly, the first post-mortem report, which was conducted on July 14, revealed that the girl sustained injuries before her death. Following this, the class 12 student’s father filed a writ petition before the court seeking a second autopsy as he suspect it to be a murder.

The petition filed by Ramalingam, the deceased’s 47-year-old beleaguered father, stated that it was necessary to conduct a second postmortem examination to “unearth the truth behind the suspicious death”.

He claimed in the petition that she was forcibly admitted to the hostel by the school official. Additionally, he alleged that there was evidence of a struggle between her and another person and that there was no blood at the spot of her alleged fall. According to the petition, she had wounds all over her body and there were blood stains on the school wall.

Mother of the deceased class 12 student of Tamil Nadu school alleges foul play, says daughter’s body had injury marks

In an interview, the mother of the deceased class 12th student in Kallakurichi confirmed that the school administration initially informed her that her daughter was hurt but then suddenly notified her that she had died. Alleging foul play, the mother added, “when I looked at her body in mortuary it was largely swollen. There were injury marks all over the body. “

“When I went to the school and looked at the spot where she is said to have fallen. There was not even a single drop of blood. School management refused to provide us with answers,” she said.

The victim’s mother added, “It’s been 6 days since the incident happened. We still do not know the reason for our daughter’s death. No one is providing us with the answers we seek.”She went on to say, “We doubt that the school management has something to do with her suicide.”

“She never complained of any health issues. There was no issue between her and the school management too. All of a sudden we are hearing that she committed suicide. How did that happen? We want justice. We want the real culprits to be brought before the law. No other child should go through this,” the mother lamented.

Notably, the incident comes on the heels of the suicide case of M Lavanya, a student of standard 12th in Sacred Heart Higher Secondary School, Thirukattupali in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu. Lavanya had committed suicide reportedly because of forced conversion attempts by a missionary school. The case has created quite a stir in the state.

School buses gutted in fire, police vans vandalised: protestors in Tamil Nadu outrage over girl’s suicide

Since the incident has been reported, angry villagers have been protesting against the school administration, demanding justice for the student. On July 17, Sunday, the protest took a violent turn as hundreds including relatives, former students of the school and the general public joined in. The irate villagers clashed with the police and pelted stones at them. The police vehicles were attacked with sticks. Additionally, some school buses were set on fire.

In the videos and visuals that had emerged from the protest site, angry protestors were seen breaking through police barricades, leading to physical altercations with the police.

Tamil Nadu school girl dies by suicide

The 17-year-old girl, studying in Class 12 in Kaniyamoor Sakthi matriculation school in Kallakurichi of Salem district in Tamil Nadu died by suicide on July 12. As per reports, the girl’s body was found on July 13, a day after her death by a watchman at the building and she was rushed to a nearby government hospital, where she was declared dead. She died by suicide after alleged torture and harassment by teachers. The cause of death as mentioned in the first autopsy was multiple injuries and haemorrhages. According to reports, a note found in her room alleged that two teachers at the school harassed and tortured her, leading to her suicide. The girl’s family alleged that her death was not by suicide and had blamed the school administration for the untimely demise of their daughter.

Pakistani national arrested in Rajasthan with 11-inch long knife meant to kill Nupur Sharma, planned to visit Ajmer Dargah before attack

On Saturday (July 16) night, a Pakistani national was apprehended by the Border Security Force (BSF) from the Hindumalkot border outpost in Sri Ganga Nagar district of Rajasthan. The Pakistani national reportedly crossed the international border to assassinate suspended BJP national spokesperson Nupur Sharma. The 24-year-old Pakistani national was identified as Rizwan Ashraf who is a resident of Mandi Bahauddin of Punjab province in Pakistan.

According to a senior Border Security Force (BSF) official, the individual was apprehended at the Hindumalkot border outpost on July 16 at around 11 PM. A patrolling squad discovered him in suspicious condition and he was subsequently nabbed and frisked right away. A joint team of IB, RAW and Military Intelligence is currently interrogating him.

According to the security agencies, they recovered an 11-inch long knife, religious texts, clothing, food, and sand in his belongings. The arrested accused further said during the preliminary inquiry that he crossed the border to assassinate Nupur Sharma because of her remarks about Prophet Muhammad. He intended to visit Ajmer Dargah first before assassinating Nupur Sharma.

“We have handed him over to local police for further investigation. He was produced before a magistrate from where he was sent to eight days of police custody. We have informed the concerned intelligence agencies about him,” the BSF official said.

The controversy over Nupur Sharma’s comments during a TV debate has taken a horrible turn, with Sharma getting countless death threats and numerous others being attacked by Islamists simply for supporting her on social media. Islamists have already assassinated two people for their support for Nupur Sharma. Several other people have been threatened with death.

Further, the terrorist organisation Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP) threatened Hindus and Sikhs in June of this year in response to Nupur Sharma’s remarks on Prophet Muhammad. On June 6, this year, Al Qaeda issued a letter threatening suicide bombings in Delhi, Mumbai, Uttar Pradesh, and Gujarat in order to “fight for the honour of the Prophet.”

Filmmaker Avinash Das, who has a history of peddling fake news, picked up by Gujarat Police

On Tuesday (July 19) morning, filmmaker Avinash Das was picked up by the crime branch of Gujarat police. The development was confirmed by director Ashwini Chaudhary.

The arrest comes days after he posted a picture of Union Home Minister Amit Shah and insinuated that he is hand-in-gloves with scam-tainted Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer Pooja Singhal.

While talking about the matter, Ashwini Chaudhary tweeted, “Director friend Avinash Das was arrested today morning by (the) crime branch of Gujarat Police. His anticipatory bail application is pending in Supreme Court.”

Das had also posted a painting, insulting the national flag. The Ahmedabad Crime Branch filed a case against him under section 469 of the IPC and section 67 of the IT Act, as well as a section related to respect for national symbols.

The Mumbai-based filmmaker has a history of spreading fake news on social media. In October 2018, he shared a photoshopped image of Samit Patra and claimed that the BJP spokesperson referred to farmers as ‘Gaddar’ (traitors).

Patra was quick to debunk the fake image and clarified that he did not hold any such press conference. He also asked Twitter to take ‘stringent action’ against the director.

Avinash Das, the Mumbai-based filmmaker, is known for directing the 2017 film “Anaarkali Of Aarah” starring Swara Bhaskar, Sanjay Mishra, and Pankaj Tripathi. He also directed Raat Baaki Hai, which was released in 2021, and Netflix series ‘She‘.

SC grants interim relief to Nupur Sharma, orders that no coercive action shall be taken on FIRs against her

On July 19, the Supreme Court of India granted interim relief to the former spokesperson of Bharatiya Janata Party Nupur Sharma in multiple FIRs registered against her in different states. In its order, the apex court issued notices to the respondents in the FIRs registered against Sharma in order to look for ways how she can avail alternate remedies as suggested by the court in its July 1 orders.

The matter is listed for August 10 for next hearing.

The bench comprising Justice Surya Kant and Justice JB Pardiwala heard the petition filed by Nupur via Senior Advocate Maninder Singh. In the plea, Singh stated that there was a threat to Sharma’s life. He also mentioned the recent report where a Pakistani national was held by BSF who travelled from the neighbouring country to kill Sharma. He also mentioned how people were apprehended in Patna, who had Sharma’s number and address on her mobile and allegedly wanted to kill her.

When the court asked if the instances had happened after Singh filed his miscellaneous plea, he mentioned that the threats were continuous. He argued amid such threats; it would be impossible for Sharma to travel to other states. The court said, “We never wanted you to go everywhere. maybe we could not convey this, or you did not.”

Justice Kant then asked if Sharma was willing to appear in Delhi High Court, to which Singh agreed. After hearing Singh’s arguments, Justice Kant observed, “Our main concern is that you should not be deprived of your right of alternate remedy and develop modalities.”

In its orders, the apex court said, “In support, the petitioner in the Miscellaneous application has stated that after July 1 order of this court, various incidents like threats like one by Salman Chishti claiming to be Khadim of Ajmer Dargah has called upon people against the petitioner.”

The court further added, “Another from UP has made a viral video threatening to behead her. Another FIR has been registered against her in West Bengal, and Kolkata police have issued a lookout circular which will lead to immediate arrest and consequential denial of relief by not approaching HC.” The court permitted to file an additional affidavit giving specific details of these instances.

The court further said that it would look at how Nupur Sharma would avail alternate remedies and issued notices to the respondents. While setting a date for the next hearing as August 10, the court directed that no coercive shall be taken against Sharma.

‘In any other Islamic country, Nupur Sharma would have been killed by now: Diwan of Nizamuddin Dargah says Islam would not pardon her

Speaking to OpIndia, the Diwan of Delhi’s Hazrat Nizamuddin dargah, Ali Musa Nizami, asserted that Islam would never pardon former BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma for what she said about Prophet Mohammad.

Nizami advised her to go to the temple to do penance for her transgression. He asserted that she is still alive since this is India, had it been in any Islamic country, she would have been dead by now.

Nizami, who was seen laughing when asked about the horrendous beheading of the Udaipur’s Hindu tailor Kanhaiya Lal by Islamists, said that in Islam, there is no such thing as forgiveness for the sin she has committed. He added that since Jamhooriyat (Democracy) exists in India, she is still alive, had it been any Islamic country, the only punishment for her would have been death.

Notably, BJP ex-leader Nupur Sharma’s comments had the Islamists across the country running riot, indulging in wanton violence, issuing death and rape threats against her and killing those who extended their support to her, like Udaipur’s Kanhaiya Lal, besides engaging in vandalism and arson.

Nizami told OpIndia, “Islam will not pardon Nupur Sharma for what he has said. The punishment for it is only death. She, however, is still alive since Jamhooriyat exists in India. He needs to publicly apologise for what she said. She needs to go visit the temple and make amends, in my opinion. You ought to apologise for what you said. It’ll have a significant effect,” said the Nizamuddin dargah’s dewan adding that since India is a country of faith, raising the ‘Sar Tan Se Juda’ slogan was also ‘wrong’.

When OpIndia pointed out to Nizami how many Islamic scholars have corroborated with Nupur Sharma’s statement saying that she had merely quoted from Islamic texts, the Diwan of Delhi’s Nizamuddin Dargah repudiated the same. He responded by asserting, “Their claims are incorrect. In Islam, there is no room for forgiveness.”

It may be recalled here that Nizami, who appeared absolutely unrelenting and stern when it came to his response about Nupur Sharma, was seen bursting into laughter when questioned about the brutal killing of the Hindu tailor Kanhaiya Lal. He had given a placid response to the heinous crime by simply calling it ‘wrong’.

Notably, last month, in a debate show hosted by Pradeep Bhandari in India News, Islamic scholar Atiqur Rahman stated that Nupur Sharma was not wrong in what she said about the life of Prophet Muhammad. The Islamic scholar lamented the atmosphere of hate and threats created via social media and stated that Islam has the scope to discuss and forgive.

Replying to VHP’s Vinod Bansal, scholar Atiqur Rahman said, “No, Nupur Sharma was not wrong. She was not wrong. If any Islamic scholar or Muslim thinks she was wrong, Islam has such wide scope that she can be forgiven and given a chance that some senior Islamic cleric explains to her how she was wrong.”

Diwan of Delhi Nizamuddin Dargah starts laughing when asked about the beheading of Kanhaiya Lal by Islamists

Nizami is the same person, who, during the conversation with OpIndia was hailing the dargah for preaching peace and love. He had referred to himself as a custodian of Sufism and claimed that because of his persona, Sikhs, Muslims, and Hindus alike frequent the dargah. Ali Musa Nizami was also seen laughing when asked about the horrendous beheading of the Udaipur’s Hindu tailor Kanhaiya Lal by Islamists in broad daylight.

He had tried to normalise the recent controversy regarding the former BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma, the brutal murder of the Hindu tailor Kanhaiya Lal in Udaipur, and the impact of the provocative statements by people associated with Ajmer Dargah, saying that all this keeps happening.

Hindu visitors have decreased by 60% in the past year: Nizami

He also mentioned how the number of Hindu visitors to the Dargah has dramatically decreased over the last year. He said that the number has gone down by almost 60 per cent during that period. The 84-year-old dewan, who has been associated with the dargah for several years, asserted that fewer Hindus are now visiting the dargah as a result of the ‘propagation of hatred’, which he believed will only increase with time under the present government.

Nizami lamented how, earlier, many Hindus used to visit the dargah every day in the past. From 2 in the afternoon to almost 11 at night, the Hindus use to throng the dargah, hold bhandara, and distribute food and money amongst the needy, but that is not the case anymore.

Woke concepts creeping into science? Gender activists push to stop anthropologists from marking human remains as ‘male’ or ‘female’

The woke culture is starting to affect science. Anthropology can be defined as the study of humanity using applications of biology, cultural studies, archaeology, linguistics, and other social sciences. Using different methods, anthropologists provide a deeper analysis of the human remains and sketch a possible history of humans.

When archaeologists find any human remains, their first aim is to determine several traits, including age, race and gender. It helps in creating a proper map of history. However, the woke culture that is gripping the education system at an unprecedented pace is now questioning the gender assigning techniques used by archaeologists.

Several experts, including archaeologists, anthropologists, and even criminal forensic detectives, use several markers such as the size and shape of the bones to determine if the human remains were of a male or a female. The aspect of biological gender is crucial to the study of the remains because it provides essential details of the anatomy and socio-cultural aspects of the subject under study.

However, gender activists are now reportedly arguing that it is not possible to determine by the bones how an ancient person “identified themselves”.

Last week, Canadian Master’s degree candidate Emma Palladino wrote a Twitter thread on the matter and sparked controversy. She is pursuing an advanced degree in archaeology. That means it is possible that in the near future, she will be working on archaeological projects, and her “findings” may find their way into the history books forever. Notably, she locked her profile after her thread started gaining traction on social media. OpIndia found her thread on Archive.org, and here is what she has suggested.

In a 10-Tweet long thread, she called the methodology used by the archaeologists to determine the sex of the human remains “stupid”. She claimed that the archaeologists are “acutely aware of how culturally and spatially relative the concepts of sex, gender, and identity are. While a bioarchaeologist might identify a set of remains as “probably female”, it is understood that the gender of an individual is never necessarily the same as their sex, and that gender is a whole spectrum we’ve barely begun to unpack.”

Essentially, the woke concepts of ‘gender identity’ are being brought into scientific studies that rely on actual scientific facts, that humans are either male or female. Biological sex is determined by one’s chromosomes and is reflected accordingly in physical appearance. Females have XX chromosomes and males have XY chromosomes. No matter what gender a certain individual identifies with, the genes never change.

For example, in Geoffrey Chaucer’s The Canterbury Tales from 1386, the singular “they” was used to describe someone’s features. Also, in Shakespeare’s Hamlet from 1599 “they” was used for describing singular persons.

She further argued, “Labelling remains “male” or “female” is rarely the end goal of any excavation, anyway. The “bioarchaeology of the individual” is what we aim for, factoring in absolutely everything we discover about a person into a nuanced and open-ended biography of their life.” Continuing her argument, she talked about gender-affirmation surgery.

She said, “For those who’ve medically transitioned or have had gender-affirming surgery, there’s also that to consider. It’s still unknown how long-term use of things like HRT or estrogen might be visible in the bones, but you’d be surprised just how much our bones retain of our lives. (But for those who haven’t, as I said earlier, the bioarch of the individual is about surmising nuanced life stories and not about assigning rigid + arbitrary genders to skeletons).” Interestingly, as per records, the first gender-affirmation surgery was done in 1917. It is just over 100 years old, and interestingly, the woke propagandists want to use such surgeries as the base for interfering in the determination of a skeleton based on birth sex.

How ‘gender activists’ are working hand-in-hand to propagate their agenda

Palladino is not the only one who is propagating to change the way forensic experts identify human remains. A group named Trans Doe Task Force comprises gender activists who are exploring ways “in which current standards in forensic human identification do a disservice to people who do not clearly fit the gender binary.”

In its mission statement, the group says, “We propose a gender-expansive approach to human identification by combing missing and unidentified databases looking for contextual clues such as decedents wearing clothing culturally coded to a gender other than their assigned sex. We maintain our own database of missing and unidentified people who we have determined may be Transgender or gender-variant, as most current database systems do not permit comparison of missing to unidentified across different binary sex categories.”

Furthermore, Associate Professor Jennifer Raff of the University of Kansas published a paper in February 2022 titled “Origin: A Genetic History of the Americas”, in which she argued that the division between physically or genetically ‘male’ or ‘female’ individuals was not possible. She suggested it was impossible to determine the gender of a 9,000-year-old Peruvian hunter as no one knows how “that person identified themselves”. She further argued that the dual-gender system was imposed by Christian colonizers.

There are several “experts” in the field that want to change the way sex is determined in archaeology, anthropology and forensic sciences, so human history gets in sync with their agenda. However, while doing so, they are creating a barrier for the scientists to do their work properly and efficiently. Just imagine a scenario where a forensic analyst examining an unknown person’s body won’t be allowed to say whether the victim of a crime was male or female, or an anthropologist working on old skeletons won’t be allowed to say whether the bones belonged to a woman or a man.
