Months after being prematurely hailed by a section of media for suppressing COVID-19 cases, Kerala continues to remain in the grips of the coronavirus as a total of 187 students and 75 teachers have been reported to contracted the infection in two schools in Malappuram district.
The RT-PCR test conducted at Government Higher Secondary School, Maranchery and Vanneri Higher Secondary School, Perumbadappu on Friday once again punctured the claims of “Kerala Model”, touted by a section of media to hail state against the coronavirus.
By Sunday evening, it was revealed that 148 students and 39 teachers at Maranchery school, 39 students and 36 teachers at Vanneri school were infected with the contagion. The ubiquity of the infection in the schools underscores the extent of the coronavirus spread in the districts—Maranchery, Perambadappu and Veliyamkode in Malappuram and Vadakkekkad in Thrissur.
Samples were collected from tenth standard students in Maranchery school. Swabs of plus two students were going to be taken on Monday. The health department had advised those who had come in contact with the affected students to go on isolation.
The decision to conduct large-scale tests was taken after it was suspected that the students in Maranchery school might be affected with COVID-19. ” As many as 582 students and 50 staff at the Maranchery school were tested for COVID-19,” District Medical Officer(DMO) Dr K Sakeena said.
Dr Sakeena said tests were conducted at the Vanneri school after a teacher had tested positive for the virus. A total of 49 students were tested for the coronavirus, and 36 staff who took the tests were confirmed with the virus.
55 per cent of total active coronavirus cases in India belong to Kerala
It is also pertinent to note that Kerala currently has 55 per cent of the total active coronavirus cases in the country. Out of total 1,43,857 active coronavirus cases in the country, Kerala tops the list of states with 65,413 caseloads.

The fresh wave of coronavirus in Kerala comes months after liberals, along with left-leaning media eagerly applauded the Pinarayi Vijayan-led state government for its handling of the coronavirus outbreak. However, since then the situation in the state has only worsened as the number of COVID-19 cases reported are steadily rising.
The Kerala government is accused of not only underreporting of the coronavirus cases in the state but also has been accused of deliberately hiding the number of people who have succumbed to the pandemic to keep their image intact.
Kerala government accused of underreporting COVID-19 cases
Recently, a group of volunteers in Kerala has made a sensational claim accusing the Kerala government of fudging their COVID data to show a lesser number of coronavirus deaths in the state. The group recorded every Covid-19 related death in the state as per media reports and found that it is much more than the number of deaths reported by the state govt.
The group of researchers have compiled a list containing names of all the people who succumbed to the Chinese pandemic. These group of researches have put months of painstaking research to record data of these deceased persons, picking up from local papers and news networks to report almost all deaths that occurred in the state due to the pandemic.
According to the researchers, there were 3,543 COVID-19 deaths from Kerala till November 2020. However, the official death toll from the disease is 2,023 only. If one goes by the data of recorded deaths by Madhavan and his team, there has been a whopping 43 per cent of underreporting of COVID deaths in Kerala.
NDTV reported how a fraudster duped daughter of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Harshita Kejriwal, of Rs 34,000, when she tried selling a second-hand sofa on the online marketplace OLX.
It said that following a complaint, the Delhi Civil Lines Police Station registered a complaint and started investigating the matter.
However, minutes after publishing the report NDTV deleted the report from its website.
The report by NDTV which was deleted minutes after it was published
NDTV also deleted the Tweet pertaining to the story it posted a short while ago.
Now deleted tweet by NDTV
India TV, which had also published the same report, deleted it too.
According to now-deleted reports, the accused has duped Harshita of Rs 34,000. The accused had initially deposited a small amount of money into Harshita Kejriwal’s account, presumably to gain her trust. Later, using a rigged QR code sent to Harshita, the fraudster withdrew the sum from her account.
Delhi Civil Lines Police have registered a case based on Delhi CM’s daughter’s complaint and investigations are underway.
Now deleted report by NDTV
It is unclear as to why the story was deleted by NDTV. There are several reports, like this one on OneIndia, that still carry the story. It is unclear if the story itself was false or NDTV and other media houses chose to delete the report under some sort of pressure from AAP.
After years of spreading lies and falsehoods on social media platforms, the Congress party has now officially launched a campaign to hire paid social media trolls to further its propaganda. The campaign was launched during a press conference convened by the Congress party on Monday.
Dubbed as “Social Media Warrior”, the campaign aims to enrol about 5,00,000 social media trolls, including 50,000 office-bearers from across the country. In the press conference, Congress leaders Pawan Khera, Pawan Bansal and Rohan Gupta unveiled the party’s campaign of raising a social media troll army to bolster its presence on various social media platforms.
It stands to reason that the 50,000 office bearing trolls that Congress party recruit would obviously be paid. However, it is also not clear if they would be paying their entire army of 5 lac trolls or they would choose only the best trolls to receive payment.

The development to raise a paid online troll army was supported by the senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, who took to Twitter to admit that Congress party will henceforth avail the services of internet trolls to spread its propaganda.
Exhorting people to join Congress’ ‘online troll army’, Gandhi hailed internet trolls as the “backbone” of the social media fight and urged social media warriors to join Congress to take on what he described as “paid trolls”.
India needs non violent warriors to fight for truth, compassion & harmony. You are central to defending the idea of India.
Promotional video, helpline line number and dedicated website for Congress’ “social media warrior” launched
During the press conference, a promotional video for Congress’ “social media warrior” campaign was also launched, aimed at inviting online trolls active on social media websites to work for the Congress party. A logo devoted to Congress’ “social media warrior” campaign was also revealed in the press conference.
Furthermore, a helpline number and dedicated website to recruit social media trolls have also been launched. According to the website, the Indian National Congress social media team, under the campaign, will be expanded at every village, city, state, and national level in the country.
‘If you to believe in the ideology of the Congress party and want to contribute to the nation-building, then let us be a part of the Congress Social Media Team,” the website read.
The website sought personal details such as name, phone number, Whatsapp number, state, district, PIN code, educational qualifications, number of hours trolls can devote working for the Congress social media team and their preferred areas of interest.
Besides, applicants were also asked to provide social media platforms on which they were active and the link of their most active social media handle.

Those interested for being a part of Congress’ social media troll army are expected to fill the form. According to the Congress spokespersons in the press conference, after careful scrutiny of those interested, interviews will be conducted to complete the recruitment process, followed by training to put the project in motion at the earliest.
Congress spokesperson claim Congress to raise online army to save the nation, but they don’t elaborate how
Responding to a question raised during the Press conference, Congress social media head Rohan Gupta said that the purpose of raising an “troll army” would be to counter trolls who indulge in “wrong trolling”. “On many occasions, we witness that people are being trolled for wrong reasons. We can’t stop the trolls because of their sheer strength. This army is being raised to counter their numerical dominance,” Gupta said.
Pawan Bansal, another Congress leader who was present at the press conference said that the social media warriors employed by the Congress party would help in saving the nation. However, he, along with other Congress functionaries, Rohan Gupta and Pawan Khera, did not elaborate on how raising an army of internet trolls would save the nation.
The anti-farm law agitation in India has received active support of the Congress since the beginning. A ‘motivated’ movement, which began in the Congress-ruled State of Punjab, camouflaged into violence, vandalism and desecration of the Indian tricolour on India’s 71st Republic Day.
Under the watch of CM Captain Amarinder Singh, the ruling political dispensation remained steadfast to the anti-farm law propaganda so much so that all other issues concerning the State took a backseat. On Sunday, a large group of unemployed computer teachers tried to storm the residence of the State Education Minister Vijay Inder Singla in Sangrur in Punjab.
The protestors took out a state-level rally against the government for being jobless, despite clearing the ETT and TET exams. Spearheaded by the Computer Adhyapak Union, the teachers sought a merger with the Education Department. They first gathered near Sangrur Deputy Commissioner’s office, before marching to Singla’s local residence.
Scuffle breaks out between Punjab police and teachers
When they reached near the residence of the State Education Minister, they tried to cross the barricades. The police cracked down on the demonstrators with sticks. During the scuffle, around four protestors were injured. However, a total of 19 teachers were able to breach security and cross the barricades. A protestor informed, “After regularisation, we’re still working under a society. Our meetings with Singla and other authorities have failed to get the desired result.”
While speaking on the development, President of ETT and TET pass Union Deepak Kamboj emphasised that the Punjab government had been considering B.Ed pass individuals for ETT posts. “This is injustice with us and we will not tolerate it at any cost. The government must consider only ETT-pass youth for ETT posts,” he added.
The protestors had earlier turned down a proposal by the government to conduct a meeting on February 24. They had also organised a ‘Poll Khol rally’ in Bhawanigarh to urge people to not vote for the Congress party in the council elections.
Punjab CM sets up legal team to help anti-farm law rioters
Last week, Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh late took to Twitter to inform that the Punjab government has hired a team of 70 lawyers to ensure quick legal recourse for the ‘farmers’ booked by Delhi Police in connection to the Republic Day riots. CM Capt Amarinder Singh said that he will personally take up the issue of ‘missing farmers’ with the Ministry of Home Affairs and ensure these people reach home safely. Soon after Captain Amarinder Singh’s tweet, netizens wondered if the taxpayers’ money was being used to provide legal aid to the rioting mob.
In a hilarious video shared by Pakistan journalist Naila Inayat, Pakistanis are seen falling over each and fighting for a piece of cake in the presence of the Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi.
Cake fight erupts as foreign minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi inaugurates a road in Multan. pic.twitter.com/gTqeFjUSz7
Reportedly, the fight over cake erupted when Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi was in Multan for a road inauguration. After the inauguration ceremony, when it was time to cut the cake, Pakistanis simply could not control themselves and started battling each other for a piece.
The same video was also uploaded on YouTube.
In the video, hungry citizens of Pakistan can also been seen collecting some cake that had fallen on the floor due to the ensuing fight.
Interestingly, alert netizens from India also pointed out that Qureshi had almost joined the battling crowd and hurriedly tried to eat a piece himself with his mask on.
A closer perusal of the video shows that this claim is, indeed, true.
screen grab from the video
It is entirely possible that Shah Mahmood Qureshi was only hurriedly trying to take a bite of the cake because he knew that hungry Pakistanis could perhaps attack the cake and not leave a piece for him in the end.
Congress senior leader Kamal Nath like many other celebrities and political figures is also an avid social media user. Like Twitter, the former Madhya Pradesh Prime Minister is also very active on Instagram, the photo and video-sharing social networking service owned by Facebook. The Congress veteran has an impressive 2.10 lakh followers on his Instagram handle, however, he only follows 17.
Though it is completely his discretion as to whom he wants to follow through his social media accounts and its not our place to comment, the third name on the veteran leaders’ Instagram follow list, just below that of his son Nakul Kamal Nath, surely caught our attention and we decided to dig further.
Who Kamal Nath follows on Instagram
The Congress leader follows an Instagram handle which goes by the name ‘karona viral official’, and no, as most people might think, this handle has nothing to do with the pathogen which has wreaked havoc across the world.
This Instagram page has a little above 25000 followers and most of the pictures posted on this page are incredibly vulgar and sexually provocative. These posts are so explicit that it cannot be shared on a public platform.
One of the posts on Karonaviral’s Instagram handle
What appears from Kamal Nath’s Instagram profile is that he is very particular in choosing whom to follow. This is why, though Kamal Nath has over 2.10 lakh followers, he follows only 17. One is left to wonder here, as to what necessitated the Congress veteran to follow this explicit social media handle.
Further on scanning the profile ‘Karonaviral’, we found that this account was in no way related to the Congress party nor any of its leaders. But now with Kamal Nath having followed her on Instagram, considering he follows only 17 people against 2.10 lakh followers he has, one wonders if other Congress leader would now follow suit.
Posts of the handle followed by Kamal Nath
It is pertinent to note here that any account that follows as few as 17 handles does so after careful consideration and vetting, especially, if that handle belongs to a leader as senior as Kamal Nath. None of the posts by this handle pertain remotely to politics, rather, pertains to vulgar images and posts full of sexual innuendos.
While replying in the Rajya Sabha on the discussion on motion of thanks to President’s address, PM Modi said: “Congress members are like those ‘phoophis’ in Indian weddings who are always upset and angry…”
“…Whenever there is a wedding in the house, there is this one phoophi (aunt) who is upset, complaining about everything, it happens in every household. When there is such a big family, one phoophi is bound to be present who is angered over everything,” said PM Modi.
“A lot has been spoken about the farmer’s protest. People have dedicated maximum time talking about the protest, but no one has actually spoken on the real reason behind the protest”, said PM Narendra Modi, taking on the opposition parties for using the ongoing ‘farmers’ agitation for propaganda and petty politics.
The PM also stated that the farm reforms were also talked about during the tenure of former PM Manmohan Singh and the opposition should feel proud that it is Manmohan Singh’s ideas that we have implemented.
The Prime Minister, speaking on the farmer’s agitation, said that there are challenges. But we have to decide whether we want to be part of the problem or the medium of solution.
Lauding the contribution of former PM HD Deve Gowda on the discussions relating to agriculture in the Parliament, PM Modi said that his words have added great perspective to every debate. He has appreciated what the government has done for the farmers and given valuable suggestions as he himself has a strong association with the agriculture sector, said PM Modi.
PM quoted former PM Chaudhary Charan Singh while talking about the farmer’s protest. The adverse conditions faced by small farmers have always effected Charan Singh, he was always worried about them. If we see the statistics, there are more than 12 crore farmers that are almost 86 per cent of the total number of farmers in the country who have less than 2 hectares of agricultural land. “Are we not responsible for these 12 crore farmers,” asked Modi. We need to keep small farmers at the centre of our policies to pay tribute to Chaudhary Charan Singh, who is often hailed as the champion of Indian farmers, said the Prime Minister.
‘Pehle the buddhijivi ab hain sirf andolanjivi’: PM Modi takes a dig at Congress party
Taken a dig at the opposition especially Congress, PM Modi said: “Pehle the buddhijivi ab hain sirf andolanjivi (earlier there were intellectuals, now there are only people who survive on protests), said Modi furthering that as elections approach opposition parties starts ranting the loan waiver narrative. Farm loan waivers do not benefit small and marginal farmers. How much ever politics is over loan waivers, the fact is that these small farmers do not have bank accounts nor to they ever apply for loans. So how would farm loan waivers benefit these marginal farmers, asked the PM.
The big farmers have always benefitted from the agricultural reforms but the small farmers have always stayed deprived. The need of the hour is to improve the lives of the small farmers, which Modi Government realised and worked towards it. “Since 2014 we have initiated changes in the agriculture sector aimed at empowering the farmer. The crop insurance scheme was changed to make it more farmer-friendly. The PM-KISAN scheme was also brought in. We are working for small farmers.”
In the last 4-5 years, claims worth Rs 90 thousand crore have been given to farmers under the crop insurance scheme, said Modi.
We have not only brought in the Kisan credit card and have increased its periphery. The Indian fishermen can also eligible for this card and can use its benefits, informed the PM, furthering that this credit card has reached 1.75 crore farmers already. and we are earnestly requesting all state governments to implement the scheme in their respective state so that maximum farmers can benefit out of this the central scheme.
Speaking on the PM Samman Nidhi Yojana, Modi said that until now almost 10 crore farmers have already benefitted from this scheme and had the politics of the ruling dispensation in Bengal not come in between, the Bengal farmers would too be a part of this ambitious scheme through which the central governments has deposited almost Rs 1,15,000 crore in the bank accounts of the marginal farmers associated with this scheme.
The Prime Minister said NDA’s other schemes also help farmers. He cited the PMGSY as an example and said, “When the road connectivity improves, it enables the produce of the farmers to reach distant places. There are efforts like Kisan Rail too. The need of the hour is to improve the lives of the small farmers.”
I am surprised at the sudden U-Turn: PM says quoting Congress leader Manmohan Singh
PM Narendra Modi said in Rajya Sabha, “Sharad Pawar ji, and those from Congress, everyone… all governments have stood for agricultural reforms. Whether they were able to do it or not, but everyone has advocated that it should be done.” However, I am surprised at the sudden U-Turn these parties have taken…”.
“…Here I would like to read out a quote by Congress senior leader and former PM Manmohan Singh. Even if the Congress and other parties do not listen, they will perhaps agree with him”. PM Modi said reading out a quote by Manmohan Singh on the Rajya Sabha: “There are other rigidities because of marketing regime set up in the 1930s which prevent our farmers from selling their produce where they get the highest rate of return…”
“…It is our intention to remove all those handicaps which come in the way of India realising its vast potential at one large common market…MSP was there, it is there and it will continue to exist,” PM Narendra Modi quotes the Congress bigwig in Rajya Sabha said.
Taking a further dig at the Congress, PM Modi reiterated that opposition members should be proud that the BJP government is trying to implement what Manmohan Singh had envisioned for the Indian farmers. “Be proud of us”, Modi said with a smile on his face leaving the Rajya Sabha in a cackle.
The amusing part of the entire fiasco is it that those who have been indulging in petty politics over the central government’s farm laws have also implemented it in bits and pieces in places where they have been in power, opined the PM.
Modi invokes Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose
Meanwhile, quoting Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, PM Modi said: “Aaj jo mere khaate mainhain, kal Congress netao ke khaate mein bhi wo sab hi tha, left wale us samay bhi wohi bhasha mein virodh karte the”, roughly translated as (whatever the left says about me today, they said the same about the Congress then).
“We’ve forgotten the ideals of Netaji. We’ve started cursing ourselves. I sometimes get surprised, the world gives us a term and we start following it – ‘Largest democracy of the world’ – it feels good to hear this but we didn’t teach our youth that India is the mother of democracy. India’s nationalism is neither narrow nor selfish and not even aggressive. This is inspired by the values of ‘Satyam Shivam Sundaram’. This quotation was given by Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose,” PM Modi furthered in the upper house.
‘MSP tha, MSP hai aur MSP rahega’, Modi assures that MSP system won’t be done away with
Reiterating that his government is always open for discussions, PM Modi said: “MSP tha, MSP hai aur MSP rahega” (MSP was, is and will always be there).
Stressing that protesting is farmers’ right, Prime Minister Narendra Modi appealed to them to go back. “We want to assure that MSP system won’t be done away with. Our government is open to talks,” said the Prime Minister in his address in the Rajya Sabha.
On Saturday night, the Masuri police apprehended two accused, namely, Mohammed Sonu and Uma Singh for the torture of three children and murder of a teenager and a woman at Saraswati Vihar locality in Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh.
As per reports, the victims have been identified as Dolly Thakur (32) and Anshu Kumari (16). Dolly, a resident of Saraswati Vihar, was at her house with her three children. Anshu, an Std IX student and a private tutor, was teaching the three children at the time of the incident. The accused Uma, who happens to be a distant relative of Dolly, had planned to rob the victim along with her boyfriend Mohammed Sonu.
The duo visited Dolly’s house at 8:30 pm on Saturday and engaged the victim in a conversation. After having tea, they bolted the doors from inside and overpowered Dolly at the gunpoint. Sonu then shot Dolly in her abdomen and the teenager Anshu in the head using a .32 calibre pistol. The accused then tried to kill a 5-year-old Rudra and his two nine-year-old sisters, namely, Gauri and Minakshi. However, Sonu’s gun got jammed and he instead resorted to brutal torture of the three children.
Case registered against the accused, one victim in a critical state
The culprit inflicted near-fatal injuries to the children with a screwdriver, followed by a grinding stone and a knife. Uma and Sonu then fled the crime scene, leaving them badly injured. Dolly’s husband Mahesh Thakur and her father-in-law returned home at 9:30 pm from work, only to find her dead and the three children in an injured state. They then registered a complaint at the Masuri police station. A seperate complaint was also registered by Dolly’s family.
A case was thus lodged by the cops against unidentified people under Indian Penal Code (IPC) Sections 302 (murder), 307 (attempt to murder), 380 (theft), 394 (hurt caused during a robbery), 411 (dishonestly receiving stolen property), and relevant sections of the Arms Act. The children were rushed to Yashoda Hospital in Nehru Nagar for medical treatment. Doctors informed that the 9-year-old Minakshi is in a critical state while Rudra and Gauri are stable.
Accused Uma arrested from her residence
SP (rural) Iraj Raja informed, “The most important clue was given by one of the two girls who told that ‘Amma’ (referring to Uma Singh) had visited the house. The children used to call the suspect woman with this name.” They also referred to Mohammed Sonu as ‘tailor uncle’.
Meanwhile, the police raided Uma’s house in Lal Quarter locality where she confessed to her crime. “Dolly was the granddaughter of my mother-in-law and her children called me ‘Amma’. We had been planning the robbery for long. Saturday night we went to Dolly’s house and also had tea there. Sonu later locked them in a room and he first shot dead the teenaged girl and then Dolly. Then, he picked up knife and grinding stone from the kitchen and hit the children,” she said in a video statement.
Cops nab Mohammed Sonu following an encounter
Unlike Uma, Mohammed Sonu had been planning to flee Ghaziabad. A total of five police teams were deployed to nab him. On Sunday, when he was spotted by the cops near Dasna, the accused open-fired at them. Sonu was injured in his leg, following a retaliatory fine by the police. The cops then recovered stolen cash, jewellery, a pistol and pressed charges against the two accused. The police said that the case would be fastracked and the testimonies of the children would be crucial in the case.
Twitter’s Public Policy Director for India and South Asia, Mahima Kaul, recently resigned from her post to reportedly focus on her personal life. However, her departure from microblogging site has not gone down too well with her fans, who are trending hashtags on Twitter demanding she returns.
Piyush Mishra, National Spokesperson, Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party (SBSP), has been very upset.
Who, for mysterious reasons, had tagged some Gurpreet Walia, who identifies himself as a ‘journalist’ and was also trending the same hashtag demanding Kaul’s return to Twitter.
ये तुम्हारे भाई ने स्टार्ट किया था trend #MahimaPleaseDontGo और तुम सब जानते हो इसको कहाँ लाना है
As did Aam Aadmi Party leaders and various other profiles with ‘social media activists’ in their bio who regularly tweet on multiple hashtags through the day. Kaul, however, does not seem to have paid any heed to the appeals.
In 2018, few weeks after Twitter chief Jack Dorsey had admitted that his employees have a left-leaning bias, Kaul had started deleting her own tweets which exposed her own political bias.

Back in 2010-11, Narendra Modi was the chief minister of Gujarat. Another former Twitter employee Raheel Khursheed had also mocked and bullied a 15-year-old girl who dared to have a political opinion against Kanhaiyya Kumar, that didn’t conform to Khursheed’s own worldview.
Yesterday we reported that the Mumbai police’s Property Cell of the Crime Branch had arrested actress and model Gehana Vasisth for her alleged role in shooting and uploading porn videos on her website. Mumbai police arrested the actor after it received complaints from at least three more victims who said that they were forced into doing porn films.
Reports suggest that Gehana Vasisth aka Vandana Tiwari lured new and struggling actors who were seeking to make a career in the entertainment industry. She would pay them Rs 15,000-20,000 to work for her movies, said a police officer privy to the case.
So far, Gehana has shot 87 pornographic videos and uploaded them on her websites, as per a report in Mumbai Mirror. People have to pay subscription fees of up to Rs 2000 to watch the content. Police seized three bank account associated with the racket with an Rs.36 lakh balance that they had generated through the subscription of the apps. The police also recovered six mobile phones, a camera and related equipment, a laptop, memory cards and 5.68 lakh in cash.
Based on a series of complaints, a team of crime branch raided Green Park bungalow at Madh Island in Malad and raided several people, including Yasmin Beg Khan alias Rowa (producer and director), Pratibha Nalawade (graphic designer), Monu Gopaldas Joshi (actor), Bhanusuryam Thakur (assistant) and Mohammed Asif alias Saify (cameraman).
Reportedly, a case has been registered under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code, Information Technology Act and Female Subliminal Form Prohibition Act. All accused have been sent to custody till February 10.
Gehana Vasisth has made movies that at most can be classified as ‘Erotica’, says Gehana’s press and legal team
Meanwhile, calling her innocent, a statement issued by Gehana’s press and legal team said that her business rivals were falsely implicating her. “Gehana Vasisth aka Vandana Tiwari is totally innocent. She is not involved in any porn film racket…She is being trapped or made a victim by vested interests and business competitors who are out to defame her. As the producer and director of her company GV Studios, she has only produced and directed films that are permissible in law and at most can be classified or categorized as ‘Erotica.”
“Unfortunately, Mumbai Police, which is otherwise the best police force in the world has mixed up and clubbed together Gehena’s Erotica film making work with hard porn and hard porn makers in India”, said the model turned actor’s legal team furthering that they have full faith in the judiciary and the Indian legal system.
“There is a legal difference between Erotica or sensual or bold films and hard core porn, but unfortunately, we are really saddened by the fact that the cops have clubbed both together. We hope the courts will identify the difference and give Gehana justice in the coming days,” her legal team was quoted as saying by media.
